The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well-organized. The furniture was modern and beautifully designed, and the room layout was impressive. The staff were extremely professional and courteous in their service. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a pleasant stay in the city. I spent four days here for my honeymoon, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. This will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Bangkok in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)

The property was brand new and so easy in heat of town, everything is near by.

Super clean, quiet and great location

Spacious and clean with full facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle service provided to the nearest BTS station, Asok.

We stay in a one-bedroom apartment. It was spacious and nice but some stuff are lacking eg no instructions on how to operate the electrical appliances. Dish washing liquid and sponge are not provided so we had to buy our own. The bidet was not working and the toilet roll holder is in an awkward position; each time you pull the whole roll of toilet paper will fall off. Bath area is slippery when you shower; a rubber mat would be helpful to prevent slips and falls.

Great service, location, hotel! Don't put effort in looking at other hotels. Great service: we received for free an earlier check-in and room upgrade because we have a child and just arrived after a 12 hour flight. A big THANK YOU for Rin, Fern, Lek ! Location: middle of everything. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping malls, 7eleven, and skytrain Hotel & Room: we had a studio. It was very clean, specious and had a small kitchen. The hotel is very clean and has a very good swimming pool. The coffee is - Amazing - irrespective whether you buy it at the Barista near the reception or near the pool... a must try.

The one bedroom suite has everything that we needed. Excellent location 10 mins breeze walk to BTS, environment is very safe 24 hours security and require card access. Excellent customer service though-out the one week stay.

Honestly nothing I don’t like about the property. . Below are some feedback or suggestion on small areas that would have made my stay perfect☺️🙏 Smoking isn’t allowed in the balcony. Will be great if breakfast spread has more options for Asian/Thai food. Shuttle service hours are limited and no options for pick-up from BTS. Maybe provide training to have more English/Chinese speaking staffs.

The location of the hotel was terrific. The rooftop pool was amazing as well. The breakfast is good, not your usual buffet but you can order off the terrific menu. The rooms are quite large and very clean. The coffee shop at the bottom was cute and a great place to begin your day before going out and about.

There was no pool service while I was there. It said you could order drinks and food for the pool, but it did not work when I tried. The rooms are quite large but do not have real chairs for sitting on. This would be a welcome addition. The hotel stressed that you would be charged if you lost your key card. Also, they were fixing the internet and then did not share the code with the guests unless you specifically called and asked for it. It felt like a new hotel learning how to work with the guests.

GM Estate is very clean, fresh hotel located in the heart of Bangkok. Lovely smell as you enter the lobby. Great sized rooms and bathrooms. A fresh fruit platter for us as returning guests. Great breakfast with excellent barista coffee. Tasty selection of food. A smaller buffet with, a la carte eggs menu, which means your food is hot when you eat. I’d say this setup would result in less food wastage also, which is commendable.

Very little to complain about. Wi-fi was patchy, dropping out regularly. We were not informed about the mini bar contents regarding what was free and what wasn’t despite staying on two occasions. I believe that was a simple oversight. Our 2 night stay room lacked the same furniture as our 3 night stay room but they did bring in a comfy chair after I requested one.

Everything was great. The room was convenient with every necessity in it. It is styled in a classic good taste. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The girls on reception helped us with everything we needed. And every one of staff (waiter, bell boy, etc.) gave great service with a smile. The location is great, next to a very stylish mall and massage places near.

Maybe find a way to add more chairs by the pool. But except that it was perfect.
