Superb location off Sukhumvit with only a should walk to either Emsphere or Terminal 21 shopping malls; both offer extensive dining options/bars in addition to shops. Check-in staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was larger than most with an extremely comfortable bed, a spotless bathroom with shower, and good air conditioning. Stunning view from the rooftop bar with attentive service, great vibes, good music, and plenty of drink options.

Difficult to set/maintain water temperature in shower. Bedroom furniture could do with some cleaning: too many stains on couch etc.

We really enjoyed the location of this hotel for sure. Convenient store and laundry story are right there. I have read all the previous guests comments of this hotel. Then I really worried about staffs friendlyness. But all staffs were very friendly and reachable.

Just couple of complaints. The First is the toilet of our room. Not flash at all. We spend so much time for flashing of the toilet. The Second is the pool area. The used towels were on the chairs for a long time and piled up the used towel at the basket. We wished the staff just tidied up more often. Maybe be a small things but I believe all guests feels more comfortable and enjoyable for the area.

Great room. Modern, clean and with a good view. Pool was cool, clean and a bar beside. Loads of fresh clean towels, loungers, bean bags etc. Roof top bar is great and the breakfast buffet was extensive! Freshly cooked omelets on demand... yum!

The first room I was given had an unusual 'water flowing' noise throughout the night. They fixed it the next day, but it returned in the middle of the night again. They were very apologetic about it and moved me to another room on a higher level. I was grateful they took my issue seriously as sleep is so important to me.

Great location. Great pool bar staff. Decent gym.

The female checkin staff was very rude. Over my stay I saw her getting into an argument with atleast 2 other guests. All other staff treated us very well, but this particular front office staff needs to be replaced - tarnishing your image for sure.

- The facility looks modern. - Location was close to 7/11 and street food. - Staff was very friendly. Easy check in and out. Shoutout to concierge and security people who always helped us with luggage and greeted us with a smile. - The massage place at the hotel is very affordable with great service. - Housekeeping always cleans the room. - Nice lobby area for easy taxi/grab pick-up.

- The power was off in the hallway. It was dark like in horror movies. Then I was in the shower, the power was off in the room for a few seconds. - The curtain that covers the bathroom is torn and taped. - Traffic is always busy to get to and from the hotel because it's in the buzzing Sukhumvit area. - There's a rooftop bar but it looked dead. Nice view over Bangkok. - If you want to use the hair dryer, if it's not plugged in the drawer, it will not be on.

Very convenient location for walking and doing touristy things. Clean rooms, nice size. We stayed for 2 weeks because of a tournament with our 8 year old. The room didn’t feel stifling even on the 13th day. And great value for money.

There’s not much to dislike! But if we are splitting hair, then I’d say that while the breakfast buffet is very nice the in room dining menu is limited. But you’re in Bangkok, in the heart of Sukhumvit, step out. Tonnes of restaurants and options within 500-600m radius in any direction.

The property is centrally located and we could get to the subway or skytrain very easily. It was clean and beautiful always. The room was spacious, and they provided us with everything that we needed.

The only drawback was both the restaurant that is within the hotel and the spa are separate businesses. So they did not you could not add the service to your hotel bill. It’s not really a problem, but since you don’t know that until you get there, it becomes something you have to now address. They should fix that.

All was good, what we liked the most is the Food at the Gourmet bar

The staff needs training on being courteous. Early check-ins are not granted, and the staff is very dismissive when providing early check-in support. Since flights from India arrive early morning, there is no provision to accommodate us we were made to wait for 6 hours although we made an early check-in in advance. They were not even ready to offer a glass of water. Pathetic service, I can go on and On but this should sum it up.

The location is great. The hotel is near the action, but not on a main road. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool (though we wish it were a nonsmoking area). Most of the staff were very good - housekeeping were especially friendly and very helpful. (However, having staff consistently greet guests as they enter and leave the hotel would be a nice touch.) Snack and Obi at the front desk were excellent as was the staff member who helped us with our luggage and got a taxi for us when we checked out.

The lighting in/around the closets was not sufficient. I understand trying to create ambiance, but I think most people want to see what they put on the shelves. Also, while the room itself was clean, there is mold on the walls in the shower.

First to say that this is one of our favorite hotels in Bangkok. This was our fifth time staying at this hotel, but our first time staying as a family of four. The location is great, in the heart of Asoke, close to BTS and MRT station so you have easy access to the whole city of Bangkok. It is also close to the big and modern shopping malls emsphere, emporium, emquartier and terminal 21. The room are clean and the bed are comfortable. Great breakfast with a lot of choices. The staff are very nice, friendly and welcoming. The service is great. Love the pool area, and it also has a smaller pool for the kids. Perfect for toddlers. It also has a nice spa with good prices, which was perfect for us.

As a family of four we booked a room that also had a sofa bed. This was very poor quality, and not very comfortable as the mattress was lying directly on the floor. It was also very hard.
