Everything was spot on, from the moment you arrived until the moment you left. Staff very polite and friendly and very intentive. Hotel is very clean and luxurious. Rooms were modern and spacious, good view of the park from the south tower. All the little amenities, even shaving foam in the bathroom, an item you never see included. And the breakfast, wow.... Excellent buffet choice , quality and quantity, wish I had a second stomach to fill, bang on. All worth the extra pennies. Awesome experience and stay.

The only gripe if any was the lack of lighting on the roof top bar. I couldn't read the menu, it was very dark. Ok, I had a mobile phone so I could use something as my night vision wasn't good, and I don't like carrots.

The rooftop bar is a bit pricy for drinks and snacks, especially as numerous good quality low-priced bars are nearby.

The hotel offered clean and well-maintained facilities, creating a comfortable environment for guests. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, making the overall experience pleasant and welcoming. While the location was slightly removed from the main tourist areas, it was conveniently close to public transportation and several shopping malls, ensuring ease of access to key attractions and amenities. Amazing rooftop bar!!

The entrance street had many "massage" parlours, which gave off a slightly dodgy vibe. However, you do not feel unsafe, but when traveling with kids, it may raise questions.

Magnificent. I have always loved the huge lobby, even many years ago when it was Imperial Queen’s Park. Your staff are wonderful, very well trained, friendly and fun. The entire service and facilities are outstanding. And your breakfast buffet is incredible. Never in my life of traveling around the world have I experienced such variety. Beautifully presented in luxurious surroundings. Thanks to all your staff, including Housekeepers and all services we don’t come in contact with.

Breakfast selection, staffing and service was fantastic. Challenges were with the amount of people due to the high number of corporate groups also staying at the same time. Pool was great. Gym was fantastic. Concerierge was excellent. Rooms were good. Shower products were excellent. Vicinity and access to the adjoining park was great.

For 8 operational lifts the frequency was too slow - too many people cramming into one lift at busy times. Too many corporate groups staying in the hotel was a definite disadvantage and the likely reason I would not stay here again.

Location of the hotel which is close to BTS station and good eating places and two shopping malls. We also enjoyed a park walk to the station and shops. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast with a wide varieties of Asian and Western Food. Room was clean and recently renovated.

Some of the services were not up to the 5 star hotel standards. We called a reception before checking out to collect our luggage but nobody picked up a call. Also I requested to clean our bathroom as the water was leaking from shower and flooded our floor but nobody came to clean it even the they promised to send some staff to our room. I ended up to call some staff from the floor to mop water at the bathroom.

My stay at the Marriott Bangkok sounds delightful, with an impressive lobby and an amazing breakfast to start the day. Enjoying the gym and sauna added to my relaxation, and the attentive staff made an experience even more pleasant. Overall, it is a perfect blend of comfort and excellent service.

While my stay at the Marriott Bangkok had many highlights, the swimming pool not being temperature controlled was a drawback. Additionally, the heavy traffic in the area may have been inconvenient. Despite these issues, it seems the overall experience was still enjoyable.
