I stayed in a private room on floor 5. It was very spacious and the bed/pillows were super comfortable!! The staff are lovely and the cleaning service is incredibly thorough! There is filtered water, washing machine (70b) & dryer (30b) and a kitchenette available in the shared spaces downstairs. The location is excellent! Lots of little restaurants and bars. 7/11 2 mins walk. Super close to EmSphere and the amazing food court!! 12 min walk to BTS through EmSphere & above ground covered walkway. Also Benchasiri Park is very close by! It is beautiful to walk around! Lots of Soi cats to look at!! The alley the hostel is down is fine. There are some girl bars, but as a solo female traveller I didn’t feel unsafe at all.

Excellent location right off Soi 22 (Sukhumvit). Flanked by several high end hotels. Plenty of restaurants, bars, massage parlors, and street vendors in the area. Brand new vibrant EmSphere mall right around the corner with plenty of shops and amazing eating options. 10-15 minute walk from MRT/BTS and Soi Cowboy. Rezt follows the same format as Juno, a no-nonsense hotel, that provides a conveniently located small comfortable room at a decent price. Perfect for me. Complimentary soap, shampoo, bottled water (x2 daily), toothbrush, and limited snacks (available in the lobby). You can pay with a CC, but are required to leave a 500 Baht key deposit in cash.

I wish they had blackout shades. I was in room 201, and the street / morning light shined into my room/eyes. The hot water could have been warmer. Door was paper-thin. A 500 Baht deposit for an electronic keycard is ridiculous.

Great located in a busy area with lots of restaurants, bars and shops but still quiet. All was clean and the hotel employees were sweet. You'll get what you expect and pay a fair price.

You should notice that the hotel crew hardly speaks English. And currently there's a construction site that wasn't mentioned here on Booking. So ask for a quiet room. I did and that was the right decision.

that's a very good staff (except for the woman at the reception, she was really rude)

there was no ventilation in our room, with the window closed the CO2 in the room reaches 1600-2000 in half an hour, we had to keep the window open all the time, it is impossible to sleep with the window open - outside the window there is a road of the shopping center, they are doing repairs to the walls at 3 am, unloading all the materials and so on, all 9 nights there was never any silence...

Love this place. It’s in a crazily busy area two minutes from the back entrance to the new EmSphere mall. The hotel itself is mostly quiet though because it’s down a small side soi. It’s modern and functional and everything works properly. All the staff and the owner are always exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. There aren’t many services in the hotel but there is a basic kitchen and common area with free water so you can refill your bottle. There are so many restaurants in this area and even a great laundry shop on the same sub-soi you don’t need anything else in the hotel. There’s park s few minutes walk away and it’s only 10 minutes walk to two BTS stations and Sukhumvit MRT. Traffic can be a nightmare in this area but I don’t find it a problem because you can find everything you need on foot and use the skytrain and subway to go further. Highly recommended, I always look forward to coming back to Rezt!

Excellent value for money for its centralized location, literally right behind EmSphere. Good amenities. Shared kitchen and laundry area which are great for long term stay. Parking is available at no additional cost. I walk a lot so I would say it's walkable to the sky train, especially if you walk through EmSphere when the mall is open.

Lots of massage and สาวนั่งดริงค์ places in soi Sukhumvit 22 and alleys within, could feel a bit iffy. Meanwhile, it's pretty well-lit with people coming and going late into the night so it doesn't feel dangerous either.

Only take cash payments so we had to go get a large amount of cash out where all the machines charge you. They also charge a 1000 baht deposit, not entirely sure what for, you do get it back at the end of the trip but as it’s only in cash, then left with a lot of cash when you may be leaving the country.

Always a good experience here. Professional, polite staff. Quiet, peaceful rooms, clean beds, no stinky pillows or bedding, mold free bathrooms. An excellent, no frills hotel, in a great location, where you can walk to many of the best places in Bangkok.

Rates can double or triple according to demand, so if you're in Bangkok during peak season, it's pretty pricey for such a basic hotel. However, you'll have; peace of mind, clean beds, tranquil, mold free rooms, excellent location and professional staff. Note: There isn't a pool or gym, but this is no problem for me.
