The location is perfect for us, close to excellent shopping, lots of street food available, and close the the BTS trains. We're very familiar with urban and rural Thailand so the combination of modern shopping and economical, and tasty, street food was perfect for us.

We're easy to please, there's nothing I didn't like...if I had to be really picky I'd say the automatic coffee maker at breakfast isn't up to our Australian coffee standards lol.

My second home in Bangkok. When I come back to the city, it's a no brainer - I always choose Lotus hotel on Sukhumvit 33. From the very start the second you get out of your car you are taken care of. The guys at the front door welcome you with smiles, promptly grab you luggage and walk you in. the breakfast crew is always there to serve you and take care of all your needs The staff at the counter desk is the best and the nicest I ever met, especially khun Neung that always takes extra mile to make sure you feel like home :)! Not to mention great location, close to BTS, fast and stable Wi-FI, cozy and renovated rooms and more!

All the staff were very lovely, and the hotel was lovely once you were inside. Kettle, crockery, cutlery, microwave, all in the room, as well as water in the fridge. The food was plentiful at breakfast. The swimming pool and surrounding area was very clean, pool towels were provided which was great. A short walk to the end of the road, cross the main road, then you were in the EMSPHERE building, where you could change money at the Superrich desk, eat food, go to the chemist and IKEA, all in the same building! 😂. There was also access to the BTS system, with rail links to the whole city.

The pillows were very firm, as was the bed. Would prefer mugs instead of tiny cups. Not all the breakfast food was as hot as it should have been.

Finally found hotel in Sukhumvit which satisfied my needs. It's not the newest and modern one, but it actually provides whatever I need. My room had small office room with desk which was perfect for someone who actually does some business during the day. Breakfast offers various options, pool is big and clean and not many people on it. Gym is well equipped. Big shopping mall across the street, dirty massage places for those who likes on walking distance. Greek-Georgian restaurant at ground floor is nice.

Aircon didn't work one day until 4pm as they had maintenance but never informed me about that. I could organize that day better than working and sweating.

I am very pleased with the location, cleanliness, spaciousness and the staff who are quite helpful but they couldn't guide us well for the surrounding places where the local food is good and reasonably priced. Their language skill is a little limited to have a good conversation. The elderly bell boy was extremely helpful on the day I left to sort out my Grab issue with credit card. The staff on duty on 6 August was very helpful too.

I got to make deposit of $100.00 when there is nothing in the fridge. I protested for giving no clear reason for this deposit and the reply was the hotel policy. Huh...

The hotel is centrally located, near Emporium and EM Quartier malls. The rooms are a little bit ageing, but still acceptable. Staff is very corteous and efficient. Good Greek restaurant at the lobby. Swimming pool has salted water.

Fitness room is under renovation, and hopefully they should change some machines too old. Breakfast is good, but a little bit downgraded compared to 7/8 years ago, the variety is less. Bakery to be improved.

Lotus was recommended to me by a friend. Now, after staying here, I'll be passing along the same recommendation to others. Wonderful! Large room, quiet carpeted hallways, awesome breakfast buffet, super close to the Sky train, EmShere, 2 parks, +++. It's all here. Although the gym equipment looked a bit old school, everything was maintained and give me a great pre feast workout. Pool is nice as well. Love how they have the pool towels right at the pool entrance. Makes life super easy. Although I don't recall everyones name, A shoutout to Mr. Raiwin at the tours table in the lobby. If you're at the Lotus and thinking about doing any Bangkok activities, get ready to be impressed!

Bed was a firmer than I like, but no complaints since firm beds may just be requested by the majority. Don't know. : )

The location of the hotel is great. Its very close to the BTS skytrain which makes getting places quite easy. Its located just off Suhkumvit road but far enough down the side street that you don't hear all the traffic noise. The room was large and spacious. It had a nice pool area which was very quiet so you could always get a sunlounger.

The quality of the food for breakfast was a bit low, there were western options but mainly eggs. A larger selection of pastries and fruits (other than watermelon & papaya) would have been nice.

I am a fairly regular guest and I like the hotel a lot. It is in a handy location for BTS, bars, food and so forth. The staff are always very friendly and professional. Check in/out is swift and smooth, and the concierge are on the ball at all times. Likewise the housekeeping staff (such as Pui) are very good at cleaning the rooms and are willing to go the extra step for their guests. Breakfast is more than adequate and the staff there, including Mook, are always friendly and ensure a good start to any Bangkok day. Highly recommended.

Old style of hotel, but well maintained. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Convenient location for local amenities and close to public transport for wider travelling.

Breakfast offering was nice but limited. Shower was in a bathtub that made getting in and out difficult, but was also too small to really enjoy a bath. No "do not disturb" signs to hang on the door. It appeared that there is an electronic version, as there are lights for "do not disturb" outside the room, but we could not find the switch to activate this. This meant that on one day when I was unwell and resting I was fist disturbed by housekeeping trying to enter my deadbolted room, the disturbed again 20 minutes later by a phone call from reception.
