Fastest check in ever. Friendliest staff ever. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Very professional and sincere. Close to BTS, but Hotel staff drove me to BTS instantly. Hot water good, air con good. Overall, excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough

Friendly and helpful staff, quit area, clean rooms, cold air-con (i like it the most), dish washer, microwave, wifi, washing machines, room service and cooler at the entrance for drinks, not fancy but it’s great 👍🏻

Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made for a memorable trip. I highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly be returning in the future!A Wonderful

Quite far from Sukhumvit. The doors stick when closing, so it seems that everyone is slamming the doors at all hours.

Located very central, good price/value ratio. Friendly staff, overall really satisfying.

Stove was not working, AC was pretty loud and took very long to cool the room - but absolut acceptable for the price :)

No such thing is perfect but there’s nothing wrong worth mentioning about this hotel it’s all good.

good strong stable wifi good location - albeit a bit off the main road and some drivers will refuse to go in so you are not drop in front of the hotel shuttle service to bts room is clean despite quite old and would do a bit of renovation

old and damaged furniture - some renovation will be good no seating in the balcony area but thats minor- there is ashtray to use for once paid for a late check out but came back 10min late due to traffic causing to pay a full room rate but didnt get to stay the full time i get either due to clearner who came to clean the room. - would have appreciate a bit of leniency/goodwill on the hotel part but I understand the staff

Location if you need to be in sukhumvit area. Staff were friendly. Comfortable bed with lots of cushions.

This property is quite outdated and lots of things need to be replaced or repaired. For the price, you can find better options. I stayed in aspira hotels before and theirs is not of the same high standard. The door in the bathroom blocks the toilet as you go into the room. No privacy curtains, meaning that during the day if you want to have the curtains open, the opposite building can see straight into the room

Excellent staff across the board and the Tuk Tuk service was great.

The first room I checked into the Airconditioner broke down however the next Morning they gave Me another Room which was fine.
