Please, this is not a complaint because I would definitely stay here again. THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING AND MADE MY STAY RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE I CAN'T REMEMBER ALL THEIR INDIVIDUAL NAMES, But LISA, BREEZE, BOW, and all of the staff whose names I can't remember were lovely, and kind. This included the security guard I wish to express my thanks to them all

First impression on curb appeal/exterior is not for business client. Although it's >1km from Sukhumvit roaf, the neighbourhood here is not as upmarket as the main street. Room WIFI is poor Ordour of toilet goes ground floor lobby and lift corridor

It was a good location, a bit of a far walk to get to the main road, about 15 minutes, but for the price it’s worth it. Clean modern rooms, nice building. Overall good stay

There was a slight smell of sewage in the room. It wasn’t constant and it wasn’t terrible when it did smell.

Almost everything! I travel to BKK frequently and I would say that this would be one of my favourite hotels. I like that the area is much quieter although it’s still quite near to the more Central Areas. The bedding and room lighting is very comfortable, and the cleaning lady is very lovely and sweet. I also love that the tv seems brand new and clear, so it was cosy watching Netflix during a rainy night. Bear in mind this hotel is quite sparse in offering freebies in the room but it’s still very comfortable, almost like budget luxury.

The airconditioning is pretty old, so there is no remote and you’d have to walk to the door to adjust it. It also took perhaps 15-20 mins on the day I checked in, for it to cool down. The bathroom drainage also needs some checking because it emits this sewage stench and I was already on the top (6th) floor.

I prefer odd-numbered rooms. They are more spacious, very clean to perfection, but the view from the window is just the wall of the building next door. When I moved to an even-numbered room, it was smaller and not as clean as the previous one but the view of the window is just better. However, I appreciate that the cleaning staff was very meticulous in their work. and one of the cleaning lady was really really nice. (the tall one)

The hotel staff wasn’t too friendly but was decent enough. The security was nice but not very helpful in assisting guests with their luggage. and wifi is soo damn slowww. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Decent location, with a 7-eleven very close as well as some street food vendors. A couple of nice parks close by, which make for a nice excursion combined with other destinies. The AC was easy to tune or turn off when needed.

The provided shower gel and shampoo were of pretty low quality. The bed duve was considerably thick, which made the AC a weird necessity, a bit uncomfortable altogether because it makes it easy to get sick overnight due to the cold air. The window had no views as it gave to the side of another building immediately, making the room naturally quite dark, although not a big problem for a short stay.

Very clean and comfortable room and spotless shower and bathroom ,safe in room for your valuables, 7/11 nearby for any essentials . Bed very comfortable and room very well lit. Would stay again for the cleanliness and bed comfort

View from room was just a building a few metres away as just off a side street. Bit of a distance to nana plaza but not to far from terminal 21.

Clean facilities and operated efficiently, great that it was able to be booked last minute too at a reasonable price.

Only thing I can complain about was perhaps location but even then didn’t mind it too much as public transport via Grab app was always handy. Wasn’t always too far from things either. Everything is close enough.

The cleanliness and staff. Really well modern appointed smaller hotel. I didn’t have to worry about sub-standard bedsheets and worn furniture, that is usually associated with hotels at this value price. And didn’t have to contend with the overcrowded hustle and bustle of Nana and Asoke neighborhoods. However it is a stone’s throw away from that happening area too if you like. Decorations are well kept and modern. Small cafe beside was very cute and comfy.

Location requires a 10 min walk to Queen Sirikit CC MRT. You have to find the pedestrian short cut to do this. Otherwise it is 15-20 min walk in the sun/heat. 10 min walk is fine. Otherwise there are loads of motorbike-taxi’s for 30 baht to zoom you off to Asoke BTS. Not much around, but a very convenient and clean 7-11, plus street vendor food that is really yummy and cheap.
