This Marriott is always a great stay! Clean, good service, great rooms with high quality kitchen area, very nice beds. The staff is very friendly. The free and frequent hotel tuktuk bus makes sure you get easily to the big shopping mall area in 5 minutes. One of the best pool areas in the neighborhood!! They have also improved the breakfast quality since 2023. Now it meets the 5star quality and quantity.

Hotel staff were excellent and attentive. We had a problem with the bathtub plug not shutting properly, but they sent an engineer to fix it promptly and even sent an email update. Beds were also incredibly comfy

Breakfast isn't included and seems overpriced considering there are so many options for authentic local food very close by

amazing View. gym is one of the best of the hotels we stayed at in bangkok. you have to walk for about 10 minutes to the shopping mall and sukhumvit street (BTS). there is a free shuttle, but you have to follow the shuttle times and are not flexible. staff is very friendly. there is a 7 eleven supermarket next to the hotel, which is ideal for small items.

the windows cannot be opened. If a previous guest has cooked in the apartment, the smell is not so pleasant. we bought room fragrances. there is a topper on the mattress that is not comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel from 11th September to 17 September. The overall experience was good. Lovely staff breakfast was lovely. Our room needed some maintenance hence they upgraded our room for free which was nice. We had our own kitchen and washing machine the dryer in the second room was better as was separate but the first room was little slower. As it was my mums birthday they got us a small cake and balloons which was nice. We got bolt from the airport to hotel is cheaper and easier and also on way back. If you want to exchange money there is a better place you get good exchange rate about 15 minutes walk called KJ. There is a lot of massages places if you walk left side of the hotel roughly 10 min walk but also few on right. We booked safari world privately as hotel was expensive and it’s worth seeing it. The hotel also take you to the mall free every 30 minutes the shuttle goes but you also can walk there bit longer Overall good experience however people that get breakfast ie visitors they do waste a lot of food I think it’s a buffet so you can go and get it again. It was quite sad to see people still wasting food. We ate few times in hotel I would recommend green salad which was nice but to sure about the pizza the pasta was yummy. Thanks Marriot

Robes, slippers, accessories all available In room Dining: Kitchenette with all accessories , fridge supplied with cold drinks, coffee/tea/snacks available View: Skyline view was amazing with a red sunrise. Room Service: 24/7 at our beck and call Amenities: Gym, pool, sauna, kids-zone, massage, roof top bar, court games, hair-dresser, and more Staff: Chief Concierge ‘Kai’ and his team never let us worry about a thing. Nothing to hard.

We didn’t want to leave. My daughter cried after getting to know the Concierge and dining staff. She stated they were family to her.

If you're planning to enjoy a stay that feels like home, this is the best place to do it. Pharmacy, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within walking distance, adding to the convenience. My partner and I wanted to try cooking during our trip, and this resort perfectly matched our expectations, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable experience.

I don't like cooking on an electric stove, so that was a slight downside for me.

Unfortunately it was during the earthquake. But I have to say that the staff handled themselves extremely well. They were very professional and took care of all of the guests with great care. I think the hotel held up quite well but my shower didn't. So they as quickly as they could move me into a new room. With all the craziness going on they didn't have to give me that much attention but they did.

Staff were excellent. Required a hospital stay for a gastrointestinal issue and staff were extremely helpful and compassionate - one of the ground floor / door staff even accompanied us to the hospital. One bedroom suite was wonderful and perfect for evening gatherings with family in the dining room area. Highly recommend this hotel

Although the hotel is tucked away down a Soi away from the Sukhumvit main drag a shuttle runs every half hour for those who choose not to walk. The Phrom Phong skytrain station and the EmQuartier shopping malls are found at the Sukhumvit / Soi24 road junction which is very handy. Asok and the Terminal 21 shopping mall are a short walk away. All the hotel staff were fabulous as was the room. Ours had a small kitchen unit and a large main bedroom with a bath/shower room attached. Nice bar/coffee area and breakfast had a variety of options with Asian and Western foods available.

If you choose to walk to Sukhimvit it takes approx. 15 minutes to walk but the pavements are not easy to use for anyone infirm. (This is the case with most pavements in Bangkok though!)

Enormous apartments with high ceilings, luxurious and beautifully designed interior. Lots of tech. It's like a home away from home. Very comfortable. The restaurant has western and Thai options and both are good. Cosy bar with good selection.

Traffic is bad in this area, i don't blame the hotels, but it is something to take into consideration. I had to go to the other Marriott for dinner (in the same neighbourhood) and that took me an hour.
