The location was exactly where I thought it would be. Considering Bangkok is not designed for walking, it was relatively at a walking distance to most places. The bed was comfy. Overall, the room was as clean as it gets. Loved the fact that I could install Plex on TV to access my library on the days when I stayed at the room. I stayed in a room without windows, but that's what I would have wanted to take shelter from the noise of mopeds outside. The ventilation in the room was great, no weird smell. The shower worked as expected, access to hot water at all times. Reception was great, they let me do some early check-in, they are all friendly! Amazon Cafe downstairs is a huge plus for caffeine addicts like me.

I have stayed at Sova hotel a few times and I will return again. I love this place. The beds and rooms are so so comfortable, and I sleep better there than I do anywhere (very comfy beds, quiet rooms, well insulated, clean). The staff are so so so lovely and helpful, and friendly. It is a great location: very close to so many things, but also not at the height of the main busy strip of Sukhumvit: easy to walk to Terminal 21, many massage places, great eating places etc.

I couldn't fault Sova. It is a great place.

Unbeatable price for a place located at walking distance from the Sukhumvit area. The room was small, minimalist, but comfy. It was provided with a safety box. Ironically, the bathroom was so roomy!. Staff were friendly and provided tons of information. SOVA hotel consistently strives for a lower environmental impact. Yet, the temperature control and water supply were efficient. Amazon Cafe, at the lobby, offers many options for a light breakfast at reasonable prices.

For a room without windows, it would help some kind of additional lighting. There was a digital, transparent watch, but barely visible. If with luggage, it would not be advisable to approach the hotel from the Convention Center Stn. (MRT Line), but from Asok Stn. (Skytrain).

This is a wonderful hotel. It is an oasis in the middle of central Bangkok. The room was beautiful: very stylish, clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Great shower and bathroom and air con was great. Safe in the room, plus television and fast wifi. The best thing about Sova is the staff. They are so delightful. Super friendly, and helpful. I stayed for a week and was very sad to say goodbye to them. The only thing I'd say is maybe the location isn't super family friendly (as there are many brothels and bars on the street and surrounding location). I was travelling as a single woman, and never felt unsafe, but may not be appropriate for young children. The hotel itself is very clean and warm, and there is a wholesome atmosphere there. I would highly recommend this place.

I think the most outstanding in this hotel is its staff. It's been a long time since I have been accommodated by very friendly, in fact, very caring staff! Their reception is 24 hours and all of the staff I met have all been wonderful. The rooms of course are great, just the size you need as a tourist in Sukhumvit area. You got everything and the most comfy bed as well. Very clean rooms, very nice classy bathroom and good pressure shower - rainshower as well, modern toilet, very good and new towels, TV with plenty of channels, water and kettle and fridge in the room - everything that you need! Also there is Amazon coffee in the reception. Also it is opposite to 7-eleven. Close to both Asoke and Phromphong BTS, a bit of a walk but it's a good walking distance.

Very good location with food stalls and a 711 just in front of the hotel and a 15 minute walk from the metro, very nice staff and helpful, everything we asked from them they were able to help, room was very comfortable and clean. If you don’t plan on staying in the room too much and just need to sleep this is the perfect place.

It didn’t bother us too much because I was with my husband, but the washroom was divided by glass that was not all the way opaque so you could see the person inside a bit.

Everything was very clean and comfortable! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. When I asked to extend my stay, they upgraded me to a larger room at no extra charge since my original room was already booked. The cafe on the 1F is also really nice with a cozy atmosphere. Everyone just seemed very happy and chilled including the guests - highly recommend!

It would've been great if the windows could be opened in all rooms. My second room had a window that I could open and it was very nice:)

Everything in the room was very nice and super-comfortable. Ideal clean and comfortable bed, with excellent pillows, a well-thought design, modern equipment in the bathroom, very well-thought and nice small details. Very helpful and friendly staff, available 24 hours. Amazon cafe in the lobby.

My fault, I didn't check well on the website and found that my room had no window. Due to the late check-in (around 23:00) I haven't had energy to give up my booking and to find another hotel nearby. The staff kindly offered to change to a room with a sealed window, but it didn't help much because I needed access to the fresh air. I got a severe panic attack due to the absence of fresh air and couldn't sleep at night till I was totally exhausted and fell asleep only around 3am. It's a pity for me because all the rest exceeded my expectations for this price and I would love to have such a a place to stay in this area when I travel to Bangkok.

The staff were always ready to help and very accommodating to all the requests. The facility was new and the room was really clean. Had all the basic amenities and everything was excellent.

There is nothing i didn't like, actually. But I think an iron board could be very helpful. Something maybe to look forward to in the future

The room is clean, and the receptionist is friendly and polite. It is conveniently located near a convenience store across the road. I recommend it for business travelers.

Please be cautious with the toilet tiles; they are very slippery.
