Located conveniently on Soi 24, away from the noisy riff raff of Sukhumvit, and a bit of a walk from the main road and Phrom Phong BTS. There are many restaurants in the area, a 24-hr 7 Eleven right outside, a Japanese supermarket in the building basement and multiple good malls with all the brands you can ask for, just a stone’s throw away. The staff were always prompt and helpful. Netty at the front desk ensured a quick and smooth check in for me and helped me out with a smile for any queries I had during my stay. The kitchen is well-equipped and should let you prepare most simple meals. Rooms are well-furnished, clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping. The co-working space was a convenient surprise, and a great place to work from for a few hours every day. The breakfast starts at 5 am and has a decent spread. Overall, I had a great stay for 10 days at the property and would return the next time.

The lack of 24-hr room service. But that is to be expected because this is more like a serviced apartment and not a hotel.

Five star level cleanliness, friendly staff, well equipped. My only regret was that I did not book sooner. This is a great hotel to start off a journey in Bangkok. The staff was very helpful in recommending areas to try out. Breakfast was excellent, the daytime lounge outside the breakfast area served great mocktails. Out very conveniently is a convent store. The pool and gym are also easy to access and welcoming.

Everything was very good, food, accommodation, cleanliness and staffs. Wonderful place definitely will recommend to friends and family. Staffs were very friendly and helpful

When booked we noticed on the website that it says no WIFI which made us go for a second thinking. So we had to call hotel and confirm if it was there or not. So information provided need a proofread or needs to be updated

Fantastic place - I loved the spa area, the outdoor pool area, and the coworker spaces. The breakfast buffet is great too. Really everything was wonderful. I could see myself staying here for months on end. I also love how they have laundry in-unit. That's huge.

The only problem we had was the wifi has a little popup to login rather than just a password so sometimes this didn't work with some of our devices. Our smart TV in our bedroom didn't connect to the internet either. We asked for someone to fix it but they never did. It wasn't a big deal, we were only there for a week.

Practically everything a visiting guest expects from an accommodation is provided well. My favorite is the washing machine in the suite.

Lacking room service

The Staybridge Suites format is just perfect for hosting families such as ours, especially when staying longer than a week. The rooms are very comfortable, functional, and well appointed, with the washer/dryer combo being very much appreciated. Kudos to the staff that went out of its way to make us feel important and appreciated. The breakfast was very good, with much choice for all diets. The presence of a few restaurants as well as a Fuji mart attached was a great plus.

The hotel water distribution/mitigation system needs to be reviewed and improved. In both our rooms, as well as that of at least another unrelated guest with whom the subject was unexpectedly brought up, it was not possible to maintain a constant water temperature during our showers. This would not be an issue if the variation was slight. In all of our cases, the difference between the cold and hot shifts were high enough to be somewhat uncomfortable... I trust the hotel is aware of the issue and taking appropriate measures to identify, confirm, and remedy.

I loved my stay. I travel a lot for work and wanted a place where I wouldn't feel so out of home. The room had a small kitchen, a washing machine and a dining table and a couch. The hotel also has 2 co-working areas which is very useful for people that need to work but dont want to stay in the room. The staff was very nice and polite (as it is usually in Thailand) and I was very happy. I already knew the neighbourhood from before and found it very easy to navigate.

The only thing I wasn't fully happy it was that I booked the meeting room for 2 days to receive external people for meetings and on the first day everything was ok, with notepads and bottles of water placed before the time of our meeting. On the second one however there was nothing. So we had to go and get glasses of water for the people we were receiving, which for a business meeting isn't ideal. I asked someone from the staff if they could bring some bottles of water but I dont think she understood me.

The room was extremely good, swimming pool and gym were top notch but the best part of our stay were the staff, who were magnificent. On Reception, MJ, Boy and Mr.Nong were fantastic but Lunar was totally extra special. Top customer service from that team. Hotel was immaculately clean so the folks who cleaned the rooms were exemplary. The restaurant/ breakfast staff were also extremely good, Meng, Kamonrat, Kie, Linya, Boy, Kea were great but Nook went that extra mile, she provided the best customer service.

It’s like a small apartment with everything you need in it for a nice stay. Very clean and modern. Also loved the fact we had a smart Toto in the bathroom, that’s always fun lol

These are minor things however worth considering: - breakfast: mostly catering to asian taste. Very limited choice and gets repeated every day. Also avoid peak times, you might end up queuing till a place is found for you. - location: 8/10. Although there is a shuttle taking you to a metro station near by, as it was my first visit to Bangkok, next time I would prefer staying next to a metro or skytrain station.

Staybridge SUKUMVIT is close to BTS Phrom Pong, where you can go to Bangkok sights without car traffic jam. The Restaurant ORIGAMI had nice breakfast, and the service, especially by the cooks, the waiter and waitresses excellent. The frontdesk team and the cleaner team were great, too. I recommend this hotel so much.
