Everything fine location, facilities, staff super friendly

Beds hard as rock

Close to restaurants and walking distance to the mall. Bike ride hire right in front of the hotel The dining area was excellent, clean and enjoyable to be in. The breakfast had a variety each day that was great Reception staff knew English that was easy to communicate. Clean rooms and overall friendly staff After our trip we recommended a work colleague who also booked to stay at Four Wings

Aircon system - The aircon was not cooling to a comfortable temperature- Initially the 2nd room temperature seemed ok but later the temperature always autoset to 23-24 degrees. Setting the temperature to 18-19 degrees always autoset to 24 degrees that was warm and uncomfortable to sleep. Kitchen staff do not know the difference between fried and scrambled eggs. Asking for scrambled eggs always got fried eggs

The room was clean, no creepy crawlies, linens/towels were soft & clean, AC worked, shower water was hot, and they provided a lot of items: soap, shampoo, lotion, shower gel, robe, slippers, wash clothes, tissues, shaving kit, etc. Plenty of lighting in the room, desk to work, closet area, safe, refrigerator, electric kettle, water & coffee items. All the room lights/AC controls are connected to the button interface on the nightstand. Views are beautiful! The room service and breakfast (buffet-style) had a lot of options. The fitness center & pool were easy to access and clean. There's also a restaurant, coffee shop & bakery in the lobby. The staff/service is definitely 4-star -- super friendly & helpful -- I easily extended my stay, had a letter sent to me from overseas, and got extra water when I requested it. It's near EmQuartier area & there are taxi guys with motorbikes that can take you anywhere quickly. It's a 10-minute walk from Sukhumvit Rd (where the bus/train stations are), in a quieter neighborhood at night.

The hotel is dated and you can see how they've renovated the rooms (upgraded certain things & not others). The wifi was spotty at times and I had to rely more on my data to work/take conference calls. There was mold on the wall of the shower & behind the toilet was nasty (the rooms could use a good deep clean). It's an expensive part of Bangkok so the restaurant/room service food reflects this -- you can easily get cheaper food that tastes better if you walk to Sukhumvit. The laundry was also ridiculously expensive & only dry cleaning was available -- I found a cheaper laundry service a 15-minute walk away. I also didn't book any excursions thru the hotel because I could find the same tours for half the price on Khaosan Road.

Amazing stay, family friendly, and staff were sooo nice! Great cleaning staff, patient with us as we had a big family in a room. She was great! Doormen were always greeting and very friendly with our kids. The included breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had! Close to shopping areas and 711 which was convenient. There is a little shop right across the street (not connected to hotel) to do laundry. Cute cafes and restaurants close by. Would def stay again!

Can’t really think of any thing negative other than they don’t let you take the breakfast out to go. But it’s understandable. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel was exceptionally classy and located in a perfect spot, conveniently close to a 7/11 store and a BTS station. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us, even guiding us on navigating the BTS station during our outings.

An international adapter can be made available in the rooms, which would be convenient. Though most staffs were nice, one or two staff members, particularly a lady at the reception, seemed rude and not very friendly, which was disappointing.

The hotel locates about 10min walk from the BTS. The 7-11 is right next to the hotel. The gym is very good - one smith machine, nice range of weights, some ab machines and different cardio options. The pool is located on the 4th floor as well as the gym. The pool is very nice and rooftop has sun. The room is little old. The bed is “Thai” - rock hard, probably the hardest we have had in Thailand so far. The staff couldn’t find our booking at first, but they handled it well.

Maybe to be fair - the location isn’t the best, but hey, at least You can sleep in peace.

The Breakfast Buffet was excellent. Everyone at the Front Desk was courteous and helpful. I enjoyed talking to Mr. Ai when I came back to the hotel in the evening. The staff did an excellent job cleaning the room each morning.

Some of the panels on the floor need replacing. I didn’t like the bath tub for showering as I have artificial knees and there were no grab bars on the wall which I had to be very careful not to fall or slip.

The staff were first class. The facilities are excellent. Loved the pool with its food and drink service and views of downtown Bangkok. The rooms were kept in very clean condition with all bathroom facilities working perfectly. I did like the location, but I don't mind walking. Others might find the hotel a tuk tuk ride away from places they want to see. Congratulations to the staff of Four Wings.

The location is great. Has 7/11 right underneath. The staff is very nice. The pool and the gym area are decent. The machines in the gym area want replacement.

Very outdated hotel. I felt like I submerged into the 80s. I would say it is on a very thin border in between being completely outdated and old and at the same time being very stylish for the vibe of 80s. The control board near the bed is something super retro.

The room was clean and tidy. Daily cleaning whilst we were out. Bed felt firm at first touch but was surprisingly very comfortable. The pool was excellent. Out of 5 hotels we stayed at during the month this pool was the best; beautiful temperature and long enough to swim some casual laps in to stretch out the back a little. Location was good.
