Building was not new, but quite well maintained and clean. Bathtub in bathroom. Service was totally OK, i did not encounter negative experience as i read before in the review, e.g. of "mafia like place", or "can not get room key card". All staff were kind, friendly and helpful: reception by a Japanese gentleman who had lived 30 years in Thailand and local Thai lady who was very friendly, kitchen staff who were friendly during breakfast, all good. Located in Sukhumvit Soi 26, it might not have so much activities as in Soi 24 but there was a short cut to the building in the back, Oakwood apartment under same management which was in Soi 24. Along Soi 26 there was a famous pork noodle place with Michelin star which i ended up stopping over every morning for brunch + local Thai restaurant also nearby Mongkol Thai food.

If you carry big luggage and walk from BTS Skytrain Phrom Phong station, it was not easy as the pedestrian was up and down, so need to frequently lift and drop it to reach hotel by walking. In this case, better call a Grab car from BTS station to hotel...

Very good location, close to the Phrom Phong bts station, with a bus stop nearby as well. It's accessible from the airports using public transport, but we only took Grab since we had heavy backpacks. Loads of little eateries nearby, but be aware that many of the cheap ones close at 5 pm or 6 pm (don't worry, there will be others that stay open late; we arrived around 11 PM and still managed to find some lovely Japanese food). Also massage parlours of various sorts nearby, from the ones that make you feel like a train ran over you (affectionate) to the more colourful ones that open only at night. The rooms themselves were clean and spacious, with enough space and hangers in the cupboard. The highlight was the Japanese style toilet that has 2 buttons to direct the water spray! It looked initially a bit intimidating, but was very easy to use. The staff were very sweet and courteous. They have a system to hold our luggage in storage after check-out, which was very useful for us.

Nothing really negative. Breakfast was ok-ok, there was a decent spread but we preferred the fruit, salads and egg dishes to the Thai items that seemed a bit bland for our tastes, but might suit Western palates. The coffee was very good, though the machine takes forever to churn out a cappuccino, so be prepared for a wait.

The staff were so pleasant and accommodating. Always quick to bring anything I needed. The family suite was very comfortable as I was traveling alone and had so much extra room. Felt like a home vs a hotel room. The manager was very kind and accommodating. He greeted me every day and made himself available.

The “hot” breakfast options were like warm to cold each day however the inlets were amazing. The walls outside near the pool need significant maintenance. The pool area is small but very comfortable but then you look up at the wall and it’s in bad shape. Really that’s all I can come up with. Everything else was amazing.

Location was good close to the action and BTS station

The staff service was exceptional. We had a late arrival and checked in at 8pm. The manager on duty at the time made sure we were well looked after eventhough we were late check in. The staff, from manager to room service were exceptionally friendly and always responds with a smile. The hotel lobby, dining is quite modern and looks newly renovated. We were on the 7th floor, the corridors give a dated look and a bit of stale smell but the rooms were clean and tidy.

The only thing I'd prefer is the bathroom/toilet to be renovated and being modernized to fit the look of what the entrace and the lobby promises. It takes you back to the 90s where there is a shower in the bath tub and tub doesn't look like something you want to bath in. Overall the service outweighed the actual facilities and made it a remarkable stay.

This hotel is one of the best places to stay in Bangkok. The location, the amenities, the service and the staff - everything is the perfect in details. I would like to mention the professionalism and the kindness of the staff, and especially the Cluster Guest Service Manager Takayuki Yamamoto. He helped me with great enthusiasm in literally every issue. For example, I forgot my sunglasses in the bus on my way to Bangkok and he called to Ekkamai bus station (it’s almost impossible to get through there on the phone), he asked them to check the bus and look for my glasses. Thanks to his concern and dedication I could recuperate my glasses. The other detail is that when I asked him to give me recommendations of the good rooftop bar to see the sunset, he not only told me which one is the best but also showed me the short walking way to that building through the backyard of the hotel, so that I could pass there easily without having to go to the busy street with much traffic. To be short, you see that it’s all about the details that make your life happy. I really liked my staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back. I’m really grateful to the staff and the hospitality they perform. THANK YOU 🙏

The location was great for exploring that area of Sukhumvit Road and access to BTS. Spacious car parking and a guard to help you in and out. Set back off the road so no noise. Lovely little swimming pool. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was good. Two very comfortable pillows and lovely bed. Not having tea coffee facilities in you room was replaced by a free to use as many times as you wanted machine in the lounge area that made great quality drinks.

Staff and location could not be better. Hotel is very private and very accommodating for any requests I had. Very personal attitude and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I was there on business and I was impressed with the security and how attentive the staff were on everything. Will definitely use regularly now I know it’s there especially as my work involves working at The Emporium which was a 4 minute walk away from the hotel.
