The location and the room are worth for money. I like the size of the room. The bedroom is perfect for me. It's clean and I believe Azrie is target for Japanese customer so the room is so cozzy.

No other TV channel in the living room. Only few channels selection in the bedroom. The bathroom design is not good enough, the shower head holder was broken and made everywhere wet easily.

the shower is a very silly design which floods the bathroom and you can’t adjust the shower head I’m 5,5 and the shower was directed straight at my face also they don’t fully check the rooms after check out I found drugs in the freezer

I recently stayed at Arize Hotel, and it was a great experience overall! The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable retreat. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the BTS station, which made exploring the city a breeze. Despite this, I highly recommend Arize Hotel for its excellent accommodations and convenient location!

However, I believe the breakfast could be improved. It was quite limited in options, and I noticed some pork items that weren't clearly marked, which may not cater to all guests, particularly those with dietary restrictions. I would recommend expanding the breakfast offerings to be more inclusive.

Typically friendly staff - especially at the reception. Room was clean and comfortable - with a window into the bathroom. No. I don't know why some hotels in Asia have this. Breakfast was good, plentiful with a lot of variety

I asked for a taxi and was told a price by the member of staff who arranged it and checked I was OK with the amount. I was until later I found out it was more than double the proper rate. I would have thought hotel staff would be ensuring their guests don't get ripped off. Other than that I was very happy with the hotel and would certainly stay again.

The location is excellent. Arise Hotel has a nice laid-back feeling but is still functioning well. Washing machine in the room is a great idea. Our one bed suite worked very well, also nice kitchen area with full size fridge freezer (never seen that before in a hotel)

Breakfast is not great. The Thai food is generally fine, but the Western food is not good and would only be rated 3 out of 10 We stayed 12 nights and not super impressed to be charged 500 baht for late check out.

The location was top notch, right near Phrom Phong BTS station, the EM- shopping malls and Benjasiri park. Staff was really nice and friendly. The room was clean and had everything you need, even a washing machine and a cooking area.

The minor disadvantages were the lack of light in the room, so it got kind of dark in the night and the mosquitos. Also the swimming pool was cold, which was refreshing for a couple of times, but not for chill

The location is great as it is very central and walking distance to Sukhumvit and Phrom Phong BTS. There is free parking onsite. We had a two bedroom suite which was a good size for a longer stay with our toddler, very helpful to have a washing machine, microwave and kitchen sink in the room. There was an area-wide electricity cut on one day during our stay, expected to be off between 8am - 6pm, and the staff were great at keeping us informed when we were out, of when the power was back on so we could return to the hotel (toddler needed a nap!).

The breakfast offering could have been slightly better / more fresh. We found the bread and pastries each day were a little stale. However, the staff were attentive and helpful in bringing our orders (eggs) to the table. Soundproofing in the rooms is not brilliant. We were on the 8th floor, and while never bothered by constant traffic noise, we could clearly hear construction work and also the garbage truck emptying lots of glass bottles at 3am every two days. I understand a hotel can not control outside noise but better sound proofing may be a good step.

bed and pillow are soft and comfy. Location is near shops/mall and public transpo (BTS). Breakfast is just enough and fit for the price.

I booked two corner rooms for a family of five, and was given connecting rooms which was very convenient and a nice feature. The rooms were clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was superb, just a 5-minute walk to the BTS, making it easy to get around the city.

Rooms could use some renovation, as they felt 'just a little' run-down in certain areas.

This is my first time at Arize hotel and it was great. I booked a corner suite and it had everything I needed, and a free snack basket on arrival and water was a nice touch. The swimming pool is great but small. But did the trick in being able to cool down after a day's sightseeing. Gym is an afterthought for the hotel. Very very tiny and dated equipment. Breakfast was a nice and simple affair. Small range of Thai, western and Japanese foods. 7/11 and many other restaurants and shops are all within walking distance.

Shower is over the bath and water leaks out everywhere onto the ground making a slip hazard.
