The hotel is located within a 10 min walk to the Phrom Phong station, with many eateries on the way, yet its in a quiet neighbourhood. This must be one of the cleanest hotels in Bangkok, Bedding crisp & clean & design of the room & bathroom is lovely. We didn't have a view, but for a short stay it is highly recommended. The on-site restaurant, Jolie Cafe provided an awesome breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were professional & friendly, highly recommended.

There was nothing to dislike

1- the location is swell! Seriously. Tons of great restaurants nearby, a couple of awesome massage places, Phrom Phong BTS station is a 5 min walk and so is EmQuartier the mall (that has a spectacular food court- HIGHLY RECOMMEND) 2- Fantastic housekeeping. My room was cleaned every day, linen was changed, room was vacuumed every other day during my 4 day stay. 3- rooms are slightly on the smaller side, but supremely comfortable. My queen side bed was firm without being too hard. 4- the AC works well. 5- the breakfast is good. A simple choice between either a Western b'fast or a Thai one that is made to order.

1- the front reception staff, while very welcoming, weren't the best at communicating in English. I asked them several questions and received very confusing answers. 2- laundry is charged at a per piece rate. This I think is ridiculous since they are not going to wash multiple people's stuff in one load. So why can't they charge accordingly?

Fantastic location with lots of restaurants, bars, and cafe’s, including the lovely one on site. Shopping galore nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is really nicely decorated, the hotel having been totally renovated recently. Bed was very comfortable and it had plenty of parking which is a rarity in this part of Bangkok. Great boutique hotel.

Really recommend this place and the location is great! BTS and shopping mall is 5 min walking from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and also Good breakfast and coffee.

You have only one option for Charging your phone, boiling water or use the hairdryer and that's next to your bed.

Friendly staff. Parking available. 24/7 Security on site. Great Coffeeshop. Rooms were very modern and clean. I loved the "Old fashion" key entrance. I was never a fan of keyless entry. The hotel itself is very very clean.

The noise made by hotel guests, especially when coming home at night. They were unbelievably noisy, drunk, talking loud, smashing doors and the list goes on. It sorta destroyed the entire atmosphere of this beautiful hotel. I would advice putting up signs, in Japanese and Chinese, reminding guests to behave quietly after a certain time at night. Especially after midnight.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned every day. This location consistently provides a great level of service. The room price was a great value. The location on Soi 26 is close to main road and convenient.

I understand that many people from all over the world come to visit Thailand. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the breakfast at the cafe. They have a wide selection and rotate menus through different cultures. I did visit a few times and it all looked good and well prepared, just wasn't interested.

Clean, new hotel. Comfortable, clean room big comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Smart tv options netflix, youtube etc.. Breakfast was ok. Room service is great. Food from cafe is nice. Staff are nice. Location is walking distance to some nice malls, local foods and massage. The road outside hotel is a bit awkward for walking and gets busy with traffic. Hotel is good for a couple days.

Very Minor things. New hotel but with old key entry. Carrying around big key in your pocket. The sound of people unlocking their doors is loud. Oddly placed sockets in the room..either behind the tv or behind your pillow. Awkward if you wanted to actually use the kettle provided. Breakfast is just ok not much options on menu.

Very quaint and well-kept. The appearance of the property was set apart from the city’s whole vibe and it is like a different universe altogether. It really matched the pictures as well, no fake advertising at all.

Nothing to dislike. However there were some things that I found not to my liking: - the shower heater wasn’t very hot and water was very lukewarm - the breakfast range was quite limited - there was no spare handphone charger available on loan - the tv Netflix was set to Korean (from previous tenant I suppose) and it took me a while to set it to English (I don’t speak Korean) - wish it was closer to the airport

Stayed here with my mom for five nights and we loved the place and hospitality. Detailed points are as follows: 1) Location: About a 5 - 10 Minute walk to the nearest BTS Station (Phrom Phong BTS Station). 20 - 25 Minute walk (5 Minute by BTS) to Terminal 21 Mall which is ideal for a lot of selection of restaurants and shopping. A lot of good restaurants around this area and also a nice park for a walk / run / workout. Excellent Location in Sukhimvit. Also a nice cafe which is attached to this property. 2) Price: Great value for money. Not too expensive for the kind of room and the service that they provide. 3) Rooms: Average room size, but very neat, clean and a comfortable space. 4) Service: Excellent service, which is why the 5 star review. They helped us with any issues we faced and we did have a minor problem in the room which was resolved immediately by their team without any reminders from our end. Overall, a great Hotel (feels more like a home), new amenities, clean room, convenient location and great price and service.
