I like everything about this property. There nothing negative to say about this property. You can’t beat for the price I paid. It’s much better than other properties I stayed before I stayed at this property. Some area might need to renovate but they can’t do it at once, they try their best to renovate as much as possible to make sure their guests are comfortable enough during stay. For me it’s minor. Doesn’t bother me bcz I have the best location. Thank you Oakwood.

I like this hotel bcz it’s close to BTS and malls. It’s very easy to get around. Staff are very professional. They’re very helpful and have good hospitality and respect. The hotel has laundry inside my room. It also has everything I need for cooking. The house keeping staff did a very good job. It’s my favorite hotel so far.

Location, size of room, appliances in room. It is at a quiet location.

The location is great. Close proximity to restaurants, high end shopping malls, and BTS station. The hotel is cozy, clean and comfortable. Ideal for a family holiday accommodation. The hotel comes with full kitchen appliances and every works. Beddings were comfortable and we are able to be well rested every night. The hotel is off the Main Street of Sukhumvit 24, as such it is very quiet, away from the traffic noise. The hotel staff is helpful to tend to our needs and took immediate action to our complains about the air conditioning which had issues during our stay.

Location was great, 3 mins walk to Emporium and 5 mins walk to BTS. Room was comfortable and well equipped - the extra large bed was fantastic!

We had a few friends over and arranged dinner but couldn't find large enough serving plates or bowls - I wish the room had a few crockeries for serving. They charged us for a bucket of ice - not sure if it's that's the normal in BKK

Very convenient area, and great helpful staffs

The first room we had had this musky weird smell, felt like it was thoroughly clean, fridge is not working properly and i keep finding hatch moth eggs (bugs). We had our room upgraded anyway in which the other room had no issues.

Close to BTS and malls, very comfortable bed

I always ask for a room with a view located on a higher floor at the special requests thing at booking but when arrived they were all occupied. It is always frustrating when you travel 9000 km from the other side of the planet to end up with a room with no view located on the lowest floor. Hotels should use the system when you book a flight. You have the option to choose when paid extra and see in advance where your seat or this case room is located.

Room is huge and AC is very strong! the washer in the room is a big plus. It might seem like it has seen better days but the whole hotel smells great and looks clean. reception are also very helpful! There is a 7-11 within 2 mins walk, very convenient as well. will recommend this hotel to everyone.

We got a very good rate on the place and we plan to come back in a week for another two nights. Unfortunately we didn’t get the same great rate.

It's a serviced apartments. I have booked 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment it's little bit old and need renovation. Specifically the toilets. Apartment has all equipments. Area is the best all important needs can be reached by mints. The staff are very helpful and provide their maximum to assist .

The breakfast is very limited. No many options . Toilet need to be renovated and the living room tiles as well . Bed and pillow are getting old need to be replaced.
