The location is great. Close proximity to restaurants, high end shopping malls, and BTS station. The hotel is cozy, clean and comfortable. Ideal for a family holiday accommodation. The hotel comes with full kitchen appliances and every works. Beddings were comfortable and we are able to be well rested every night. The hotel is off the Main Street of Sukhumvit 24, as such it is very quiet, away from the traffic noise. The hotel staff is helpful to tend to our needs and took immediate action to our complains about the air conditioning which had issues during our stay.

Location was great, 3 mins walk to Emporium and 5 mins walk to BTS. Room was comfortable and well equipped - the extra large bed was fantastic!

We had a few friends over and arranged dinner but couldn't find large enough serving plates or bowls - I wish the room had a few crockeries for serving. They charged us for a bucket of ice - not sure if it's that's the normal in BKK

Great location, 100 m away from Emporium / EmQuartier high end malls, also 100 m away from MRT station,very well connected. Staff is fabulous, they really treat you like a special guest every time you interact with them. Although the furnishing and design does not represent the latest trends, the hotel is extremely well maintained and super clean. Based on my research at the time one of the best price / value ratio in the area. Well equipped gym, although it is located in the basement, so no fresh air, or view while working out. Very well managed estate, this hotel is going to everything at their power to make your stay more enjoyable.

Net was sluggish at times, but overall stable (free, included in the room price). Breakfast which was (at the time) also included in the room price as free of charge was rather basic, could not eat it more than two days...

Close to BTS and malls, very comfortable bed

I always ask for a room with a view located on a higher floor at the special requests thing at booking but when arrived they were all occupied. It is always frustrating when you travel 9000 km from the other side of the planet to end up with a room with no view located on the lowest floor. Hotels should use the system when you book a flight. You have the option to choose when paid extra and see in advance where your seat or this case room is located.

Love the space in the suite and the location. For the price, I am impressed with what they provide. Love the big fridge and kitchenette. Bed is comfortable. Super value for money, the hotels next door are double the price and half its size. Good Lek Massage, just 3 mins walk away... Super near Emporium n bts. Near Michelin food rong rueong too, I don have to spend time queuing with other tourists under bkk heatwave, just do Grab delivery. So many good food around.

The water temperature is not consistent. The pool is too small. Would prefer if a washing sponge n detergent is provided at the kitchen sink. Walls are thin, but I am ok. It didn't disrupt my sleep.

It's a serviced apartments. I have booked 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment it's little bit old and need renovation. Specifically the toilets. Apartment has all equipments. Area is the best all important needs can be reached by mints. The staff are very helpful and provide their maximum to assist .

The breakfast is very limited. No many options . Toilet need to be renovated and the living room tiles as well . Bed and pillow are getting old need to be replaced.

Nice Staff. We stayed at a room with washing machine. We requested for a laundry rack. They try their best to arrange one for me. And, When we had problem with the air conditioner. They still able to arrange technician to fix it even at midnight. And, they will arrange follow up check on next day when we're not in the room to make sure our machine will work properly on the following night.

The interior is comfortable but still can see a bit old which didn't affect our stay but customer always want the room VERY perfect! And, our room was on 2nd floor which do not have any view.

Very friendly staff Vee and Peemai.. the rooms were super comfortable and especially love the full speed hot water showers. Thank you to Vee who helped us in arranging a taxi through the hotel to visit floating market and ayuthaya at Very reasonable cost..the driver Mr. Somchay made the journey to the spots seamless and felt so much at home in the whole stay..Both my sister and I loved it and felt like we were well taken care of by everyone at the hotel including the driver that they arranged. Easy access to BTS line made our journey so easy.

It was a busy time and we put the make your room sign but the room was not made when we returned. As soon as we told the reception staff someone came immediately to do it..so nothing negative but something to monitor and improve. Also the package deals proposed to customers can have a additional mention of entrance fee if any so that they are better prepared..for example we did not know there was a fee for boat ride in the floating market that cost 3000 bhat for an hour..20 bhat 50 bhat is manageable but a huge sum like 3000 could be mentioned to guide customers and prepare better.
