All in all a good hotel with a great location, soo close to skytrain. Breakfast was varied and good in my opinion. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitively stay here again.

The area in the middle of the breakfast buffet was very dirty, lots of dust, had not been cleaned for at least 3 months. Will most likely be fixed 24 hours after this review. broken sunbeds and too few of them.

Location+ size of my 2 Bedroom suite+ separate shower+bathtub ensuite for both rooms+ cleanliness+ quiet surrounding and hallways+ Lighting was surprisingly bright. A very quiet lift. Special mention for the breakfast - which was good and tasty and had a decent variety which (apart from the staples - sunny side egg, miso soup, toast, juices..) changes daily in its Thai food and western mix). Plenty of parking in front of lobby building.

No room service+ Old facility and room was quite worn with old window shutters and a leaking Bath-tub which leak whenever I soaked. Had to change my fridge which was also leaking water. Towels were old and some torn at the edges.

Perfect Location . all amenities near by. the ambiance of the hotel is comfy to stay with very affordable price.

The location is really great, a 5min walk from the Phrom Phong station which brings you to the Siam Center within 15mins. The hotel staff is super sweet and welcoming. Rooms are clean and nicely done. Best price we found for a good value during high season in Bangkok.

Breakfast is a bit bland for European standards, but overall contains everything you need. Bathroom has a pretty bad drain smell until you turn on ventilation. Balconies are small and ours had a washing machine on it which covered half the space.

Location was fabulous. The room was very big. The guard at the entrance gate was very friendly and helpful! The restaurant staff were lovely, greeted me when I got there for breakfast. The aircon worked well.

The reception staff were not very helpful, I had to ask where the lifts were, where the pool was, where the breakfast was etc. The hot water was not hot, only warm (and even that took 5 mins to heat up), I had the shower turned all the way up and it was still not hot. The balcony was barely that, you could have maybe fit 1 chair on it, it was so small.

The room was very spacious. The location is good (Benchasiri Park is from a walking distance, BTS station Phrom Phong also from walking distance and three shopping centers that are next to the BTS station and the Benchasiri Park). There is a sidewalk so you can walk from the hotel to the BTS station and the shopping centers (no need to walk on car road). We found the area to be quiet during night and safe. The staff seemed very friendly.

We did notice a sewer smell in the bathroom time to time. Luckily closing the bathroom door helped/stopped the smell affecting rest of the room. Breakfast was ok. While the staff were attentive and willing to answer questions, the absence of labels on the dishes was a bit inconvenient (difficult to know easily what every dish was). Many dishes seemed to have eggs or dairy products or fish/meat.

Nice location, everything you need is within 5 mins walk. There is a street vendor who sells banana pancakes outside 711 highly recommend. There was basically no hot water for 4 days. Only on the 3rd or 4th night was there hot water only in the morning. Quiet hotel breakfeast, pool, gym, sauna is not too busy. I liked the breakfeast and coffee. It wasn't the best ever but satisfactory.

Good location. A bit away from urban hassle. Walking distance to high-end malls. Clean studio room with a full kitchen and full bath. Exceptional value for money.

The size of the room is great . I stayed in two types of room over a week . Initially , a one bedroomed suite with balcony overlooking the front of the hotel . On returning from a few days out of the city, I had a suite room for one night , which overlooked a construction site , but it was ok for the night . This room is still well equipped but does not have a sectioned off kitchen space or a mirror in the bathroom . Both rooms are fantastic for relaxing after a hot day exploring Bkk..Loved the pool and the kindness of the staff in allowing me to leave my main luggage for a few days whilst I traveled somewhere else .

Would be good to have a mirror in the bath room in the suite room and a clothes rack on the balcony .

The doorman and security were excellent, the front office staff didn't even acknowledge my presence. Housekeeping lady excellent....

Breakfast of very low standards and quality, room requires some up grading, washing machine very dated.
