The properties location is very handy for both the BTS and EmQuarter. The room was spacious, clean and well looked after. The breakfast was amazing. The gym is well equiped for a workout including both cardio and strength training. The pool is located well above street level which means you get the added benefit of the breeze. The pool size is large enough to do laps in. All staff at the hotel are professional, friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay. The house staff on our floor especially Too looked after our room amazingly.

⸻ This is a beautiful, modern hotel in a perfect location — you won’t regret staying here. Everything you need is just steps away: ATMs, the BTS, a mall, massage shops, and great restaurants. It’s incredibly convenient and well-connected. This was actually my second stay in less than three months, and this time I stayed nearly three weeks in the executive suite 3002 — a truly beautiful room that made the stay even more enjoyable. The doormen feel like family to me, and I’ll always be grateful for their warmth and kindness. Unfortunately, my last impression changed the way I feel about the experience. When I called to request a late checkout — just 30 minutes — the receptionist quickly said no, explaining the hotel was fully booked. I understand that during rainy season, high occupancy is a good sign, but after such a long stay and returning as a loyal guest, I expected the request to be handled with more flexibility or care. I’ll be returning to Thailand in a few months, and for the first time, I find myself looking for a different hotel — simply because of how this moment was handled. It’s true what they say: “The last impression is the lasting one.”

Really cool rooftop views! Nice clean, comfortable rooms with verrry cold AC that runs continuously. Extremely helpful concierge staff and front desk staff. Very nice pool with adequate seating options!

My room, and you can tell a bunch of other rooms below floor 13 or 14 on one side have a view of a grey brick wall. I know it’s unavoidable to a point, but if you are coming for the view that is pictured, make sure you pay extra to stay on a higher floor.

If there is any small thing to complain about its that many of the sockets in the rooms were not working properly, and some of the toilets have low water pressure. Regardless I ended up in a room with a couple of good sockets and a good toilet.

The hotel is everything that it promises to be :) Chose it for the location and wasn't disappointed one bit. It's got very nice facilities by way of the pool, gym and the 2 rooftop bars. Didn't do the breakfast inclusion as I preferred to get meals outside (and there's a ton of options). Pleasant well-spoken staff. The guest gentry is an interesting mix of families and well-healed travellers, largely from southeast Asia. The room was a great size and had a good view of the street. Came with basic non-fussy inclusions like tea and coffee and water.

Would have been happier if I paid a 1000 thb less per night, even though this is premium boutique. What I paid should have been inclusive of breakfast. Also, they're pretty strict about the check-in time. Don't expect to get your room before 1pm. However they do provide access to the upstairs showers and toilets and allow one to sit in the lobby, if you arrive early.

The rooms with an incredible view from the bathtub. Huge rooms very well designed with very good quality materials. Bathrooms in stone and nice woods in the room. Corner rooms have an amazing view. There is a swimming pool with a bar in the 8th floor and a restaurant in the 7th. Breakfast is very very good. In the rooftop there are several bars with incredible view to the city and different type of atmospheres. Staff is super friendly and will do everything for you since carrying your luggage from the taxi. explain you everything you need, take luggage to your room or call you a taxi. Great lobby

2 Sky bars and pool area plus 3 resteraunts very nice. View from sky bar amazing, staff are very good very good service. Beds very comfortable. Nice area close to BTS station so easy to get to. Would 100% stay again. Close to huge shopping malls. 7/11 directly opposite very handy

We stayed 5 nights and honestly had the best stay. Room 1218 was lovely, big King bed suite which was definitely worth the extra investment and dead quiet above the Bangkok noise :) King bed amazing, I actually was looking forward to getting in to bed each night when we were out and about each day, it was that damn comfortable!) location amazing, don’t miss the free skywalk access from Phrom Phong BTS where you can walk freely above all the crazy traffic below, which brings you to Emsphrere (food court on steroids) Housekeeping was amazing thank you “Too” you are so professional and attentive at your job. Big tip, download the hotel app and link your QR code from your room booklet to request extra water, towels, toilet paper etc. with ease.

Beautiful stay. Room is very huge and the bathroom with the view of bangkok is wonderful. Fitness room is ok not big but enough because it's not full. The reception area look really good and the staff was very nice

Very very bad that the liquid bar area is a smoker area. I wanted to enjoy the swimmimg pool but all the sunbed was busy so I stayed in the liquid bar area and it was full of smoke. I couldn't enjoy the moment so I had to leave. I don't understand why such a big area is a smoker place. That should not be , it's not cool for non smoker who cares about their health and want to enjoy near the swimming pool.
