The properties location is very handy for both the BTS and EmQuarter. The room was spacious, clean and well looked after. The breakfast was amazing. The gym is well equiped for a workout including both cardio and strength training. The pool is located well above street level which means you get the added benefit of the breeze. The pool size is large enough to do laps in. All staff at the hotel are professional, friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay. The house staff on our floor especially Too looked after our room amazingly.

Really cool rooftop views! Nice clean, comfortable rooms with verrry cold AC that runs continuously. Extremely helpful concierge staff and front desk staff. Very nice pool with adequate seating options!

My room, and you can tell a bunch of other rooms below floor 13 or 14 on one side have a view of a grey brick wall. I know it’s unavoidable to a point, but if you are coming for the view that is pictured, make sure you pay extra to stay on a higher floor.

2 Sky bars and pool area plus 3 resteraunts very nice. View from sky bar amazing, staff are very good very good service. Beds very comfortable. Nice area close to BTS station so easy to get to. Would 100% stay again. Close to huge shopping malls. 7/11 directly opposite very handy

Mini bar in room was to expensive charging £5 for 2 small bottles of water.

Beautiful stay. Room is very huge and the bathroom with the view of bangkok is wonderful. Fitness room is ok not big but enough because it's not full. The reception area look really good and the staff was very nice

Very very bad that the liquid bar area is a smoker area. I wanted to enjoy the swimmimg pool but all the sunbed was busy so I stayed in the liquid bar area and it was full of smoke. I couldn't enjoy the moment so I had to leave. I don't understand why such a big area is a smoker place. That should not be , it's not cool for non smoker who cares about their health and want to enjoy near the swimming pool.

We stayed 5 nights and honestly had the best stay. Room 1218 was lovely, big King bed suite which was definitely worth the extra investment and dead quiet above the Bangkok noise :) King bed amazing, I actually was looking forward to getting in to bed each night when we were out and about each day, it was that damn comfortable!) location amazing, don’t miss the free skywalk access from Phrom Phong BTS where you can walk freely above all the crazy traffic below, which brings you to Emsphrere (food court on steroids) Housekeeping was amazing thank you “Too” you are so professional and attentive at your job. Big tip, download the hotel app and link your QR code from your room booklet to request extra water, towels, toilet paper etc. with ease.

Super-comfortable room, especially the bed! Unforgettable view from the rooftop bar on the 35th floor! Excellent gym with four high-end treadmills, excercise bikes and a big set of dumbbells. Nice pool area on the 8th floor. Breakfast with a wide selection choices. Friendly and courteous personnel. Especially at the concierge desk! It was so helpful that they found a taxi/tuk-tuk for us every time we needed it, negotiated the price and made sure the driver knew exactly where we were going. Great stay!

I'd feel totally spoiled if I tried to find something to complain about. We had a fantastic time!

Room: Room was a little small (my usual stays are 40+ to 70+ meters square), but the many drawer compartments make up for it. Bed was comfortable. Loved the overlapping night shades that absolutely covers all sunlight. All wall plugs are universal plugs, so no need to bring your own adapters. Loved the light switches too; (1) instead of the usual both ways up-or-down activation, it's pressing in for on-off and (2) very well segmented to have specific areas light up. Location: Just beside Phrom Phong BTS which you can access via Emporium (why walk in the heat when you have aircon and escalators?) Food: Breakfast spread was OK. If you love eggs they have like 8 ways to cook it for you. Didn't try the 2 Japanese restaurants at Level 1, but it sure looks enticing and delicious. Bars: 2 skybars in the hotel. Good option if you just want to have a nightcap without travelling far.

Location: Traffic is just legendarily horrible, through no fault of the hotel though. It took me 2 hours to drive back from Ekkamai which should have been a 15 to 30 minutes drive. This is the congestion for the main road. For the road by the hotel Soi24 itself, it is also badly congested because the main road isn't really moving. From my observation it is partly caused by selfish drivers that do not follow the lanes when turning. Plan wisely where / when you want to book a car ride. Smoking tables outside the lobby was swarming with mosquitoes.

Excellent friendly staff, awesome set up with the rooftop bar, pool etc. Great spacious room, great bathroom and an incredible view over the city.

Nothing major. Furnishings were starting to look a bit tired but it didn’t bother us. More a note, we loved the location but it was a little far away from the touristy things. We preferred this though because of the great amenities in the area. Breakfast was average. Lots to pick from but everything was a bit cold not super tasty.

The restaurants ( and pool bar) were way too pricey compared to outside.

We went for our honeymoon trip and this was our first stay for couple of night. We had a honeymoon set up on the bed thank to Too and another member of staff (apologies, I lost the TripAdvisor card with your name!). The room had a nice view and included all the showers and basic kettle tea/coffee stuff as well as a mini fridge with some drinks (not free)

Smell of dampness in the room was very strong and kind of unpleasant. It was a short stay so we just ignored it but it’s definitely something they should sort out. TV is not smart and has probably less than 10 channels but not a major issues unless you came there to watch TV
