The location is perfect, with easy access to everything by public transport. The room was convenient, clean, and tidy, with a very comfortable and spacious bed. The price was also very affordable. The staff were wonderful—helpful, professional, and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Excellent location. The staff are absolutely fabulous, they are always willing to help as much as possible.

the property is just a few steps away from the nearest train station. the staff were extremely helpful. i was given a room a few hours before my actual stay. they even helped me get a grab taxi from the hotel to the airport in the middle of the night. thanks so much.

there is no kettle for coffee or tea inside the room but there is coffee pr tea available at the lobby/ dine area.

Very sweet front desk team. They take pride in the property, the housekeeping team is amazing. Right next to emsphere and a ton of food options & 7/11.

the property is a few meters away from phom phrong bts station. it only takes three minutes or less of walking. the staff were extremely helpful. i was given a room right away even though i came hours before my booking. i was also provided help to get a grab taxi by the staff when i needed to catch my flight.

the amenities are basic. there is coffee provided at the reception area but there are no kettles or cups in the rooms.

The location is excellent! Staff are very helpful. The room was very nice, very comfortable in pretty much every way.

Some other guests were quite noisy and you could hear every door closing etc.

Very friendly staff maybe even a little goofy at times, I’ve had several encounters where they were both funny and inviting.

Location was great, with shopping centre right next to it and also a convenience store right in front of the hotel.

The water temperature was not very hot.

Perfect location to feel at home in the heart of Bangkok. Close to bodywork, vegan cafes, shopping, all a short walk away. Helpful staff immediately reset modem when needed. Generous towels and water. Hot showers. Comfortable bed. Good aircon. Amazing value for basic, safe, low cost good accommodation with responsive, kind staff.

Wifi went off at times when I was working but no problem as reset brought it back.
