The room was super clean and convenient. The fact I had a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and kettle really made my lazy days easy as I could just prepare my own food and coffee. The staff were so accommodating and helpful and always greeted me with a smile and a wai, and helped me with anything I needed. The location was absolutely perfect for me. A really quiet location hidden away off Soi 39 just 3 minutes walk from Phrom Phong BTS station. Not too far from any action, be it relaxing with a beer and people watching, eating amazing street food, shopping for all budgets, or partying the night away. Also a nice touch was the basket of quality umbrellas that were free to use as it was rainy season. I loved so many things about this hotel that I could go on for days about it. 5 stars in all aspects from this solo traveller. I would 1000% stay here again, and I look forward to doing so in the future. 🙏

Super central location in Sukhumvit and yet tucked away in a quiet alleyway. Welcoming staff. The small units were simply decorated and spotless. Balcony area nice. High recommended.

The location was only a 10 minute walk to the closest BTS station. The hotel is down a small side road off Soi 39 and as such is peaceful with no traffic noise. Size of the unit is a little bigger than I expected. Also clean and comfortable.

A hanger for drying clothes would have been useful.

The room was spacious, clean and modern. Had full ameneties including a small kitchenette with induction stove + pots and cutlery provided. Bed is comfortable, sheets and towels are clean. For the price it is definitely very good value. The receptionists were super lovely and tried to accomodate to our requests as much as possible. There is a 7-11 and Lawson mart nearby where you can grab your snacks when walking back from the BTS station. There's also many cafes and Emsphere mall (which has literally everything) around the area so definitely no shortage of good food options.

1. The hotel is a 5-7min walk from the BTS station. There is no 'linkway' to walk through the Emphsere mall, you have to walk by the road which can get quite dark at night. But as with the other reviews, the surrounding area includes higher class condominiums with their own security so the area felt largely safe. 2. Noise - not very soundproof. But this only affected us for 1 night of our stay up to about 10pm. 3. Lower floor rooms face the neighbouring condominium carpark - so can be difficult to leave the balcony open without others being able to look in. Can be an issue if you're staying here long term but we didn't mind drawing the curtains anyway and keeping the aircon on throughout.

The room was relatively large, with adequate storage space. Unlike more established hotels, the room was cleaned EVERY day, together with fresh towels and 2 bottles of water. There’s a small pool for cooling off but not much else in terms of facilities. There’s a charming cafe in front but it only opens at 10 AM. While the front desk is not manned 24 hours, the staff allowed me to check out early and returned my THB1000 deposit (have local currency when you check in) the day before.

Location’s not the best, as there aren’t a lot of commercial establishments nearby. It’s around a 8 minute walk to the nearest Mall or Skytrain station, though. And while some flatware and plates are provided for the “kitchen”, there were no knives.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice sized rooms with good facilities. Pretty quiet amongst the chaos of the city. Rooms have kitchenette which is handy. Very short walk to train station and malls with convenience stores nearby also.

Water hardness in the area can leave hair and skin a bit sticky after showering. Gym could use some weights and a bench. Front desk is not attended overnight. Location can be a little hard for some drivers to find as it is a small street ( not the hotel's fault). Noise from halfway could be reduced.

A superb hotel with all the facilities you will need. The room comes with a washing machine and a cooker and a small sofa ,TV with some English films on and a decent soft bed. The bathroom has a bath in the suite rooms . They clean it every day. Worth every penny . The staff are excellent.

It's about 10mins walk to the SkyTrain which is a little far if you are carrying a large suitcase or have difficulty walking. The water in some of the rooms is only luke warm so if you want a bath it'll be a luke warm one. But they are minor problems.

It was perfect for my purpose. I needed somewhere central, quiet and comfortable to sleep and wash. Although the man on reception couldn’t speak much English he certainly tried and went out of his way to be helpful. He drew a map which allowed me to find my destination using seven-11s as my check points. Who needs Google. It was perfect.

It was a little difficult to find for the taxi but that was easily overcome with Google and some concentration.

Facilities are good, clean and pleasant. Very quiet location, only a short walk to main street and BTS. Located at the end of a small alley/street, so very quiet.

First room faced building close by, so no view and not much natural light. Changed room to other side and had plenty of sunlight. Building is only 5 of 6 stories tall, and many neighboring buildings are much taller, so really no views, but not a problem really. Pool closes at 6 pm .
