i would like the balcony, and the room its quite large and comfortable. i might come back in next time

the breakfast can have some difference in between 2 days. everyday just only can eat the same one. In the first before i come until to the end day, i just want to request for late check out until to 3:00pm or 2:00pm that was because the flight not allow me to be early. but i was request a lot of times, they still just only let me stay until to 12:00pm only. i was stay in airport 5 hrs.

location of property is good. property is old and not maintained well. morning breakfast is limited. we have to make special requests for toiletries and towels. staff is not very proactive and basic amenities are missing. Space of rooms and dining are good this is the only best part first glance it is luxurious room but later you realise it is not maintained well.

Clean.Staff very nice and helpful.Breakfast excellent.

Room a little dated but well maintained and tidy and clean and bed very comfortable.Good Location.10 min walk to Phrom Phong sky train station and locals restaurants / street food which is very good and fresh and cheap

Room, Location, kitchen area.

The Room needed a little TLC in the bathroom and the bedroom, plus the cabinet under the TV needed replacing as there were IRON burn marks (No idea why, as there was an ironing board in the wardrobe?). It just made the room look a little tired and unkept.

Room is spacious room. All facilities and i'm surprise that there is washing machine and microwave in the room OMG it was so nice. Bed is soooooooooooooo comfy and big. Me and my boyfriend were really like the bed. We had really good sleep.

Breakfast the only thing we dont like is breakfast.

Dated kitchen and bathroom amenities. Seemed old and in need of servicing. No towels were provided too and I had to call housekeeping twice to just get 2 towels

The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Overall property build and quality was great with good rooms

There were ants which never went. Understaffed and couldnt deliver service to mark. Breakfast was not thzt fine, with no capacity to handle people much and not alot options.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Also, I had a room with a washer/dryer. It's a special request so write that in your booking.

Room was comfortable and had a great night's sleep.

The location is quite far from MRT or BTS, 2km away. And the road flooded during rainy day 🙈
