Good property & staff, we stayed there for 10 nights & it felt like a home away from home . The staffs at the reception is friendly & helpful, the housekeeping service is good if u can make them understand what you need (they only understand Thai). They also have a shuttle service which can do a drop to Phrong Pong BTS or 1km radius from the suites. Each room is equipped with everything your daily needs. Price is worth if u book early but not recommended with the high price rate last minute deal as have others better options with high rates. Location is a little far from the nearest BTS station (15-20mins walk from Phrom Phong BTS Station), but its ok for me as i need Quiet & family friendly place near Sukhumvit Road & its serve my Purpose well. TOPS & Seven Eleven is Near by. In Peak time u will get traffic in front of the hotel & other Soi , so make plans early to go outside if use taxi. Located in Japanese neighborhood so it’s very quiet at night. Recommend if u can match the budget & don't have issue with walking bit far from BTS.

The shuttle service Driver is not willing to go every where in 1 km radius from the suites, which very annoying while reception said the provide the shuttle service with in 1 km radius. Every time you have to make request to the reception to tell Shuttle Service Driver to drop off if u go directly to Driver tell him to drop off he gently tell you its near u can go by walk thats very annoying. They Don't have the Bell boy to carry the Luggage while check in & check out. There is no Price Chart for MINI BAR which should have as it not comes complimentary.

The roof top pool is superb along with the gym. Nice and quiet self contained all apartment with 2 TV's and a small kitchen. Everything you needed to prepare breakfast, tea coffees and snacks. The heated Japanese toilet seat was a triumph.

On check out the staff said there was a spoon missing from the drawer but in fact it was in the sink with a cup so had to hang around while house keeping checked that a spoon was not missing which I thought was a little poor. They apologised though but thought they could have quietly checked more thoroughly rather than making me feel awkward.

Room was very dark. Advertised as city view but room was overlooking an apartment or hotel which was frustrating. I came back to the room one afternoon and my door was open with no staff inside. I had valuables so this was quite disappointing.

The place itself is nice and is well-located. Room is spacious. EmQuartier mall is also very close for shopping and dining out. You can walk for 20 minutes or use the hotel free shuttle service. Very easy to get a GrabCar too. There are also a number of restaurant options nearby. We also enjoyed the pool at the rooftop. There's daily housekeeping so the suite is always clean.The staffs were friendly. There's a washing-machine/dryer so it's perfect for staying longer and dont want to overpack luggage - though haven't figured out the trick how to use dryer for a perfectly dry laundry. Also good to have a coffee machine in the room. There are plates, glasses/cups and cutleries in the kitchen - but just exactly 2 sets.

Stayed on a 1-BR corner suite that is in the 3F so the view is blocked by trees and by neighboring houses/buildings. Would have been better if the room is on the upper floor (maybe 5F or above) so we can have a good city view. I will remember to request it next time. The platform where the fridge sits already needs to be fixed/replaced as the fridge is moving/tipping forward when being opened. The sofa is already old and is not comfortable.

On of the best place for family vacation. We enjoyed lot. My both Kids and my lovely wife like their Roof top sweeming pool and Gym. Mervelous service. Near future we will stay defenitly. If possible, try to provide complementary breakfast.

On our recent visit to Thailand, stayed here on two occasions for a total duration of 5 nights (3 at beginning and 2 at end). The location is fine, but it is a 15 minute walk to Phrom Phong BTS station and about the same to the Saen Saep water canal taxi. The hotel does offer a free shuttle (when available) to the station, however it is almost quicker walking due to traffic. There are plenty of restaurants and two decent food shops within a couple minutes walk. Pool and gym were great. On both our stays, air con broke but they were repaired within minutes. We enjoyed our stay.

Can't use the balconies due to the heat flow off the outdoor air conditioning units (poor building design). One positive is it dries clothes ridiculously fast. Furniture was sparce. TV rooms could have had another chair in each and the bedroom had no bedside lights.

Staff were all friendly and hospitable. We stayed in the rooftop suite which had its own massive pool and views. We appreciated the space and privacy. Absolutely loved escaping to the pool which we had to ourselves after those long hot days out!! Can’t rate the breakfast because we opted out. Only gripe I would have is the location - a bit far out but it was perfect for us because we don’t like the hustle and bustle of the city. Pretty much utilised Grab taxi wherever we went. Free shuttle service was convenient, but was only designated for the Emquartier mall nearby (we loved the gourmet market!!), BTS station and hospital. I would stay here again just for the private pool! No smoking anywhere on the balconies and rooftop FYI for the smokers out there. Loud bar music can be heard over the weekends on the rooftop but can’t hear if you’re inside. Cafe downstairs serves decent coffee but prices are a bit dear for Bangkok!

Toilets would give out a smell that lingered after flushing. Not pleasant. The lower levels also had a mouldy smell that was masked by a scent…
