The staff were lovely and even the studio was a very spacious apartment. Good aircon and pool..it was close to some good eateries and the BTS.

The wifi was very poor. I was trying to work and stream channels on my firestick but everything too an age and the tv was constantly buffering. If you need a place to work, I wouldn't recommend. The gym was also very poor as was my balcony view at a wall.

Nice small apartment for a couple. Separated bedroom (for the 50 sqm) and a small tv corner. Location quiet but within walking distance from several restaurants. Bit fancy area, so good restaurants nearby. Many Japanese style.

If you want a supermarket it is a bit further and typical Thai streetfood is not nearby. Elevator broken most of the time. No washing machine for clothes and no balcony to dry clothes for a longer stay. Sky Train 20 THB, Emquartier 40 THB by motorbike.

Clean and decent sized - our room was an excellent home away from home whilst my partner was having major dental work done. With a great sized comfy bed, good bathroom and separate couch / tv area off a kitchenette - this place enabled my partner to recover from his procedure without us feeling like we were on top of each other. The free shuttle to the train station and other spots was really great - as were the friendly staff.

I think the kitchen could have used a few more bits and pieces like a tea towel, sponge and dish soap for washing up etc but at the end of the day, if you're not going out and eating the amazing local food then you're missing out. Note though that this is in a Japanese neighborhood so whilst there are lots of western and Japanese options for dining, there are less local Thai options.

Just everything about the place was way above expectations. Quite location, very clean rooms, wide spacious corridors. Full size refrigerator in the apartment, big TV in lounge and bedroom. Very efficient air conditioning units.

Little difficult getting taxi or ride sharing but that is not their fault it is just the location.

they don’t clean pool regulary, gym was also a bit dirty, but the bed was comfortable and clean, also the bathroom

Perfect location in a quiet and cool neighborhood. The people working there are super friendly and helpful. Definitely booking next stay in Bangkok here. The rooms are quiet, clean and good energy.

Only thing I have to say is the at the washing machine needed some deep cleaning.

Great location nice rooms.

Water pressure low, and almost no hot water. Staff didn’t believe me when I said I couldn’t join any of the WiFi sources. Tried to play me a video on how to connect to the internet instead of listening to me. I had to explain I own a software company and what their issues was

It is massive! I also has a laundry machine, bathtub and everything needed. Honestly I wish I booked here my entire time rather then the place I stayed before. The wifi is very strong and good for anyone needing it for work or netflix. The staff are super nice as well, it was just a great experience and I'd love to return again.

The only down side, which is an obvious one is that the streets to get there are very busy and cramped. But if your staying in this area in general then it's just part of theme.

Great location, helpful staff, and clean rooms. Samitvej hospital is 5 minutes walking distance, 8 minutes to Villa Supermarket and J Avenue. Lots of bars and restaurants on famous Thong Lo street, which is also 8-9 minute walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Nice swimming pool!

Shuttle service and its scheduling need improvement. It would have been convenient if the hotel offered regular paid shuttle services to the BTS station to the guests instead of making the services available every 2 hours.
