I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my 11-year-old twins while visiting Bangkok for a medical check-up, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the hospital and about 15 minutes to the nearest BTS station. The room, while not very large, was comfortable and clean, and we were able to fit an extra bed for my son without feeling cramped. Breakfast was a great, offering a wide variety of options—from Western to Asian cuisine, with something for everyone, including meat lovers and vegans. What truly stood out was the hotel staff. They were exceptional—warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a well-located, welcoming place to stay in Bangkok.

I would recommend starting breakfast service earlier than 8 a.m., especially for guests with early appointments or travel plans.

No cleaning of rooms after 5pm, no extra chairs allowed, doorman does not help with baggage or diverting flow of traffic for the taxis to reverse out... he just sits around... -Location is acceptable but not great, pretty far from the train stations, nearest 711s and SPAs are a 5-10 minute walk. -Rooftop pool and restaurant was closed for a full day for an external event. If your hotel has very limited facilities.. you should not be selling out and further denying your guests

the breakfast and the quality of the food was very good. Staff at breakfast and in the restaurant very nice and helpful. Rather small but well equipped rooms. The rooftop bar was cool and is well decorated, also with lots of plants. The swimming pool is small and has more of a decorative character. The location in soi Phrom Si 2 is a bit special, quite far to Sukhumvit and the BTS, only reachable by motorbike taxi, or tuk tuk or taxi if you don't want to sweat and walk to the BTS.

The fitness room is very small and only has one working machine, so please don't have any expectations. The connection to the wifi in the room was not always easy, but when connected it was OK.

Nice stay at The Quartier Hotel Phrom Phong. Room has nice decor and cleanliness. Friendly housekeeping. Breakfast is a set not buffet, enough for morning started. One day coffee machine was under maintenance, K. Jinny apologies us for inconvenience and tried to reach us when it solves that's pretty lovely while another day other staff busy chatting another guest and let us waited for coffee. Room is not sound proof so may effect for some noise on rooftop bar. It's cool on the rooftop must visit.

Even though hotel located in Phrom Phong and EmDistrict but not so close to BTS also shuttle service was temporary out of service so only taxi, motorbike or distance walk possible.

Good experience, very hard to find fault. The staff are lovely, kind, and helpful. I had some dry cleaning done which was returned with no issue. The bar on the roof is class. The bed was super comfy too. Honestly sad to leave!

Only small things. The location is so so - when staying in the 35° and thunderstorms off season months, you'll need cabs to get in and out as the metro and main attractions are far enough away that you'll get soaked one way or another. The breakfast staff are so lovely but the food is only ok. The shower temp was a bit inconsistent - I wanted a cool shower after a hot day but it would fluctuate between cool and fully hot. Nothing major.

This was a stylish and trendy hotel with a pool. I commend ALL the staff for being so accommodating and nice to us during our stay. A shoutout to Jenny and Taddao for handling breakfast—it was an organized system because of them. Neighborhood: The area was packed with restaurants, and there was a Tops supermarket just a 2-minute walk away. 7-eleven was a little bit further but still a good distance from the hotel nonetheless. Transportation: It’s quite a walk from the station so we tend to book a motorbike or car to go places from the hotel. It’s pretty accessible. Rooms: The air-conditioning was strong and the beds were comfortable. We got two pairs of pillows each, and the best part was that the room was made up daily. The only thing I found lacking was that we didn’t get small face towels, and the complementary coffee was just a basic Nescafe. Wi-Fi: There was wifi but some corners of the room got weak or unstable connection. It was good in the restaurant where we have breakfast though.

Fantastic stay. Modern, clean and a bit of luxury. Bathroom was very relaxing with a large bath tub and separate shower. Great A/C. The room itself was small but very nicely designed. We slept very well and enjoyed the smart TV. Rooftop bar area was a great vibe in the evenings! When we were there the rooftop area had a different aesthetic/style than shown on booking, but it was very cool- just a bit of a surprise. We did not make use of the pool but it looked inviting. Gym was small but sufficient for a quick workout for a short stay.

The area for us wasn't our favorite part of Bangkok, but it's just personal preference. We found it to be very busy with constant traffic on small streets. But the hotel was a great oasis.

Location near the hospital. Comfortable bed.

If you prefer to sleep with all lights off (a dark room), when you check-in, make sure that the nightlight switch in your room is not faulty. The hotel informed me that for some rooms in this hotel, you can NEVER turn off the lights under the nightstands and bathroom counters. Pressing the "nightlight" switch does absolutely nothing. Later the hotel found a room that you can turn off all the lights and then moved me. (I stayed for 5 nights) I was lucky they still had such a room left. This is, of course, no problem for people who sleep with lights on. But my dark room sleeper fellows, it's something you should keep in mind when you book this hotel.

Nice place : Good for people who need a car park and looking for a reasonable hotel price in Phrom Phong / Thonlor area. Cool bar upstair in the evening, bed are so comfortable ....

.Downside : long way to the BTS station, difficult to cath taxi are the road is always full of traffic + no shuttle to station. Access to swimming pool is very difficult and no sunloungers , as the roof top has been taken over by a very nice bar / restaurant ( the Cul de Sac). Cannot relax by the pool , this is not acceptable for me .. My room must have been close to the road so quite noisy .

Staff, bubbly, polite, genuinely helpful. The BED. a perfect combination of firmness and the kind of bounce you can throw yourself onto and get a slight bounce-back. 11/10. Plus the decor, characterful whilst staying on the right side of kitsch. Some interesting places for a wander nearby, the staff upstairs can knock up a decent cocktail

Good breakfast bar, cooked and buffet, had it all, just not (yet) my personal fave. Muesli, yoghurt & banana. If that's all I've got to complain about you know it's pretty good 555
