Lovely spacious and comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need. Shower was so good! Good location - can reach most places easily in a Grab / Tuk Tuk.

Unfortunately the lifts kept breaking during our stay and the only stairs were a fire exit so we had to keep walking through back entrances to reach the room. Even when the lifts did work there was a very long wait each time we needed them. We also had a guaranteed late check out but then our key stopped working so we had to go to reception to update it. Obviously none of this ruined our stay and was really minor!!

It is a clean and quiet hotel. The rooms are well decorated and they have comfy beds. The roof top swimming pool area is really calming and comfy, you almost forget that you are in the heart of the chaos called Bangkok😅. Nice breakfast and generally helpful staff with specially really kind men for security/parking.Good choice for the money.

The days we stayed, some times (mostly night hours)the hall(8th floor) outside of the rooms had a strange (stinky )smell. I think that it has something to do with the A/C because also at the breakfast area the air was also stinky (less than 8th floor)

Our room seemed very new and was well designed. The bed was large and good. The room featured a new, large flatscreen TV with internet connection. Perfect for watching Youtube or whatever. It had a good tall shower (I'm 1m96) and a separate toilet. And, though a minor detail: I thought the little light switches ("shower", "pantry" etc.) were a nice touch. Overall a great room, especially considering the price we paid (roughly 1400 Baht / 38 Euro at the time).

The location -though in a good part of Bangkok- could have been better. Not all of the surrounding streets have a sidewalk, so it can be a bit tricky walking to the nearest 7-11 ;)

Location is hard to find and get to MRT. It's far. Late breakfast, for tourists Busn people who need to leave early. No slippers in room. Staff entered room at night using master key, to bring in requested things which scared us.

Brand new Hotel with super comfy rooms. Excellent value for money. I World rate this Hotel 4 Stars plus. Super clean and friendly staff.

At the Moment (October 2022) the breakfast is delivered cold to your room. First Day it had Croissants, after that, they have disappeared. I guess its a money saving measure after covid where they spare on cooking staff. That was a bit disappointing, but I can understand that covid hit the Thailand Hotels hard. Twice I had business to do in the city so I changed the breakfast delivery time, and on these days I didnt get any breakfast at all.

To my surprise, It is at a great location in a Japanese neighborhood where there are many decent Japanese restaurants and nice supermarkets close by. Plus it's close to the Phrom Phang station so you can reach shopping malls or transit to other places in no time.

I booked the king room, but when I first checked in, the staff gave me a wrong room which was not cleaned and is the not type of room that I booked. Of course, I noticed that and went back to the front desk, they changed it to the right room. I am pretty sure they just made a fault back then.

Friendly staff. All the other hotel staff were awesome. Especially the guy with the flag who helps guide traffic and the girls at reception. Housekeeping were so hardworking and did a good job cleaning. Really really really comfy bed. Clean and new bathrooms. Great gym. Great pool and chill out area. Wifi was ok. Loved the location, supermarkets 3 mins walk away. If you’re a dog person like me, there are always cute dogs around.

They offer a tuk tuk service, although we always tipped the driver he was always quite unwilling to take us to destinations despite being close to the hotel. Such an odd attitude, made it awkward and we ended up preferring Grabs instead. The aircon in the hallways had a weird smell to them.
