We were here for about 3 weeks (we've extended our stay after the initial Booking reservation) because we had someone sick in the nearby hospital, and the hotel was close for us to go there every day. So, the location was good for us, but it's not at all a touristy place. The rooms were big and clean and we found the kitchen very useful. The staff was also nice, but we found that most people we've met had some trouble speaking in English (even at the hospital...). But we've managed. There's a rooftop pool and gym, which we found nice.

The breakfast buffet is far from "fabulous" as they advertise. I was sick and tired of the same few things offered each morning and of the little space available for eating. We decided to eat at our room a lot of the times (there's a supermarket behind the hotel). The AC was very annoying: without it, it was super hot. When the AC was on, though, even on the lowest setting, it was freezing and very noisy. There was also too much light coming from the bedroom window (you'll need a sleeping mask).

The rooms are stylish, spacious and have all of the amenities you'd want. The staff is very pleasant and everything was quite clean! Location is great - it's right in the middle of the "Japanese town" of Bangkok, so there's many good japanese food places nearby. Also the BTS skytrain (main mode of transport when you're in Bangkok) is only 10-15min walk away. Oh and they have a bidet! I was so happy..

The ventilation/aircon system is... loud. Like, really loud. Also it's central, so we didn't just get unlucky - it's the same in every room. We'd turn it off for the night and then turn it back on in the morning at ~7a.m. when the sun started to heat up the room. Worked well, but still a bit annoying.

The 2 bedroom was perfect! It felt like home and our toddler and baby didn't have any issues upon arrival since there was a lot of space to play around in the room. The little playground was also a nice addition. Also, the tuktuk service around the area was convenient and fun! We would definitely stay here again, but maybe just without availing of the breakfast. The staff were also all very lovely and helpful!

The apartment was neat and clean as in the pictures.They have a free tuk tuk shuttle around thonglor. Breakfast was fair.travel to prathunam China town was a half hour drive to 1hr.drive by taxi as per the city traffic conditions the thonglor water taxi pier is also a 10min ride on the free shuttle but we preferred the grab as convenient for a family of 4.

Clean and comfortable stay. Front desk staff was very understanding to my request. Hotel is located near restaurants and supermarkets. Ordering in food and groceries are convenient. upon check-in, the room i was allocated to had a strong smoke smell. Previous guest must have smoked in the room even though it is a non-smoking hotel. Hotel staff understood what was wrong and changed a room for me.

The apartment is pretty nice, big and stylish. It's clean. The bed is comfortable for me. Despite the fact that these are apartments, they have a reception. So no need to look for a special person/entrance to the apartment

There is a problem with the water in the shower - it doesn't flow evenly: boiling water flows for 5 seconds, ice water for 5 seconds. Taking a shower isn't comfortable. And the location isn't very convenient if you use BTS

I liked the amenities. The rooftop pool and gym are beautiful and robust. The building feels well built and secure. Rooms are like apartments. It's on the pricier side, but a good place for a first stay.

Charged me 1000 Baht (~30 USD) for a "Soiled Towel". It was a hand rag, and I used it to clean up coca-cola... Laundry is a fortune. Staff is almost overbearing.

- the pool area and rooms felt a bit old, some rust in some areas - the location is not ideal for visiting the big sites such as the grand palaces and Wat Arun, but with the tuk tuk service to the BTS it is manageable - we did not book it, but the breakfast did not look too good
