MUU is a beautiful hotel. We like that it’s not too large and you are looked after as if you are a guest in their home. The complimentary shuttle service to the MRT was great (midweek there are also certain times that it’ll go to Emsphere mall too) We loved having the pool to cool down after being in the Bangkok heat, with a brilliant view - and were lucky enough to have it to ourselves one evening. The hotel is surrounded by really good restaurants and bars to explore too.

There was nothing that I can think we didn’t like

This is a fantastic hotel! Everything is very clean and cozy, and the bed is incredibly comfortable—it was an absolute pleasure to sleep there. The staff deserves special praise: they are very friendly and always ready to help. I especially loved the jacuzzi with its stunning view of the city – truly unforgettable! Everything was top-notch, and I was very impressed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort and excellent service!

Great location. Rooms were absolutly awesome. Very comfortable beds. Massive bathroom and comfy lounge area. Cant fault the rooms. Happy hour was a must everyday😁 All the staff very friendly and helpful

The bathroom, the shower inside the bath was difficult to access, anyone with even a minor disability would have difficulty getting in and out.The lighting wasn't great

Muu is a fantastic hotel in Sukumvit. It's very centrally located, and has easy access via road and rail to other parts of the city. The hotel also has a shuttle that can take you to the nearest train station. All you need to do is ask as reception - it usually makes a trip once an hour. The staff is excellent and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This applies across the board - reception, service staff, and the cleaning staff are all ever ready to help. On a side note, this hotel had the shortest window between when I asked for something and when it was delivered to me. Breakfast is also very good with a combination of a buffet as well as a fixed menu to order from. They make excellent tea/coffee and have a good selection of juices as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

The only complaint I have is that I'd like more vegetarian options for breakfast. Most of the mains are meat/seafood based. While the fixed menu does have options, the savoury items in the buffet do not (or at least did not) have vegetarian options.

The staff are great. Never will you be unhappy with their service. Always willing to help. I stayed at three properties this trip and always happy to be back at MUU. DOI the manager is outstanding… what a blessing for you folk! Everyone, from the minute you pull up…. The security, breakfast staff, all the gents in the lobby, cleaning staff… Is all I have to say is well done! A few things should be addressed; like plumbing in bathrooms and damaged flooring… Overall great job team!

Great hotel, friendly staff with an excellent breakfast. Rooms are spacious and feel brand new. The hotel has a real 5 star feel, especially the service from the staff. We stayed here twice over our holiday and really enjoyed our time here.

Only negative is the location, it's a bit of a walk to the hotel from Tonglor BTS Station. They provide a free shuttle service to the station and also the emporium mall. It would be great If they had, like other hotels we've stayed in a pick up at the station too as we struggled to get a taxi to drop us off?

The location is excellent, smack in the middle of the coolest restaurants , bars and a 5 min drive to the BTS which gets you to the Emquartier & Emporium malls. This was my third stay at this property, I first visited in 2019, then in 2020 for my honeymoon, this time my husband and I visited with friends and it’s kept up its quality over the years. We stayed in a junior king suite,which was quiet, clean and spacious with a city view. The staff at the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure one has a comfortable stay, a van is available for free for pick and drops from the BTS, a lovely luxury during the hot Bangkok summer. The breakfast has great variety and goes on till 2pm on weekends which is great when one wants to sleep in. The Italian restaurant by the pool has a delicious menu. Separately the hotel is connected to a very chic mall, which has salons, a 24 hour grocery store, a curated array of restaurants and nail bars, we picked up souvenirs from there. I can’t praise the patient, lovely and incredibly helpful staff at the hotel. Will keep coming back!

I have stayed at this hotel before on business and was delighted. Now I was there with the family and it was again to the best satisfaction. you can only be happy about the concierge, very courteous always on hand, funny and always smiling. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and is of high quality. The pool on the 11th floor is simply marvellous by day and by night. The hotel is located in a better area of Bangkok, with many Japanese restaurants and small upscale shopping centres. The hotel is not far from the BTS station, you can reach it on foot or take the hotel shuttle, free of charge! At the opposite of the hotel in front of the 7/11 you can find from 09:00 p.m. onwards a young man with his street kitchen who makes some of the best roti (Thai Pancake) of Bangkok. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

The beer should be served very coold at the pool, not warm in a Ice bucket.
