The apartment style rooms are exquisite with well done set up everything new and function well beautiful views of the city with option to go out to small balcony and get fresh air with open door. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. I’ve stayed there several times and they know who I am and always welcome me back. Location is prime to explore the neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and shopping close by easy access to public transport. Pool and gym facilities are nice as well.

The balcony is a bit small to enjoy being outside and the TVs are not smart TVs, which is a shame given how nice and modern everything else is in the rooms.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartments, good for longer stays. A lot of storage for luggage, clothes etc. Good location in decent proximity to metro and nice with free shuttle from hotel to station. Lots of great restaurant and food options within walking distance (would recommend Supanniga across the street). Staff was super helpful with all our enquiries and quick to solve any issues. The pool is very nice and not too busy even though the hotel has many rooms.

We unfortunately had an issue with the window in our 15th floor apartment not being able to close properly, which meant the noise from the street made it impossible to sleep. The staff tried to solve it for the night and helped us change rooms the next day, which was a lot better but you can expect to hear noise from traffic even with shut windows. There is some maintenance going on with the Windows I believe, so I think they are already in the process of fixing it, across the building. We enjoyed the pool area but I would suggest to optimize the space for sunbeds, so more guests can enjoy the pool during the day - for example by removing the jacuzzi (which no one used) and utilize the space for more sunbeds.

Exceptional stay! I was first greeted by all the friendly staff at the lobby and to my pleasant surprise, I got upgraded to a better room for free and let me tell you the room was beautiful. Brightly lit, clean, water pressure it's like if there was a car wash for humans, a few seconds of water blasting and I feel so squeaky clean already 😂. Bed was so comfortable and bouncy. Every night I would front roll on the bed and bounce straight to Dreamland instantly. and the VIEW WAS SO PRETTY!! Look at my photos!! Whether day or night I was always greeted with an amazing city line of central Bangkok. Took my breath away every time. The fact that there was a washing machine plus dryer in the room was like a blessing from the laundry gods because I love doing laundry overseas but sometimes the laundromat is too far away. So having it in the room means for the waiting time, I could go to nice bars nearby to chill. Will definitely be back again !

Just one of those experiences that makes you wish you had more money to stay longer. We stayed in the bigger 65m2 apartment and fell in love. If possible we would rent it full time while we stay in Bangkok. The view from the 27th floor was amazing and the finish and feel in the apartment is just relaxing, comfy and complete. Most of the facilities in the building are great, although the showers for the swimming pool are a bit poor. Overall the staff is great and very kind and helpful. We will definitely visit Somerset again in the future.

I would say the breakfast is quite poor for the quality of the hotel. It's small and the flavor is mediocre. But nothing they could not easily fix and it was good enough to start our day.

EVERYTHING ! Superb location and area filled with restaurants and cafes. There is a very nice and cute mall right opposite with a 24/7 grocery store making it very convenient. The ares also has many spas so you can always just walk down for a massage. The room and property along with the staff are great - it was like having a little home in our week long stay in Bangkok. This really was the quintessential 'serviced apartment' - there is a washing machine and dryer, there is a proper ktichen area with a stove and fridge - all of which is really great to have and it all worked very well and was all super clean. The cleaning staff did a great job with cleaning our apartment room every single day. The staff at the reception is very helpful and courteous and I look forward to seeing them again. I cannot say enough good things about the property. We had a great stay and will definitely pick the same place again as it was so spacious and comfortable.

honestly nothing really - it was all really wonderful. we loved it. If i had to pick something I would say the breakfast could have been much better. The buffet was not very encouraging and I do feel there could be more improvement with the breakfast offering.

We stayed here twice in the past few months. Both times were excellent. The room is clean and spacious and feels like home. Breakfast was full of options. Play room and swimming pool are a plus. Most staff is friendly and often plays with our son. The neighbour is full of restaurants and small shopping malls. Though there're bars and clubs around, it still feels safe. The hotel isn't very close to the station but there is free shuttle tuk tuk provided by the hotel but remember to take a photo with the map so you know where the pick up and drop off points are.

We didn't know where the pick up point was for the shuttle tuk tuk. The driver that day sent us part of the map and some pictures with one 711 however the location was not clear and he wasn't able to provide live location on whats app. It was raining and there was miscommunication. When we finally found the pick up point, the driver was unhappy and yelled at my husband. My husband apologised to him and the driver didn't say anything. We were shocked as all other staff in the hotel is quite friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised with booking Somerset in Thonglor as I booked it last minute. When I got to the the hotel with my wife we were greeted with smiles and everybody willing to help and get us in our room fast and efficiently. Everything from the staff, to the room to the facilities were amazing at this hotel and they even make you feel at home with special touches. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and bars around the beautiful Thonglor area. Thonglor is a busy but great area, you wouldn't even notice it was busy with Somerset tucked away nicely. Every part of the hotel was clean, the rooftop pool was amazing and spa and gym facilities. I would like to personally thank Fahsai, Kem, Mr A and May at the front desk for all of the help and making our stay feel special. Also thank you to Yoko for inviting us to celebrate the beautiful Loy Krathong tradition (I will add photos) I will most definitely stay at Somerset Sukhumvit Thonglor again on my next business trip in Bangkok. Nice clean and large hotel-apartment style room - with small sofa and kitchenette. Would be a good place to stay for slightly longer. Bathroom was also nice, modern and clean. Great location in Thonglor - nearby lots of hip bars/restaurants, shopping and not hard to get to popular/touristy areas.

The two main negatives as to why it is not a higher score are: 1. The bed was a bit too hard, but at least the pillows were decent. 2. The pool was really small and didn't have much space for seating - tried to go twice but all seats were taken.

Reception was very nice. It's good to have kitchenette and washing machine in room. Housekeeping, pool and location were great. Shuttle to BTS is awesome. When you walk in, they have wonderful scent in the lobby. Baan Ice, the Thai restaurant in front of hotel is fantastic.

Breakfast was managed by some young men who clearly were not trained by the same standard as the nice reception team, not welcoming. Selections were very basic, surprising for Thai hotels where they generally have great breakfast spread.

Premier studio was a beautiful room, large with all we needed and more. The team at reception was very helpful. Fasai seemed to be there all the time, regardless the time of day, Tai was very kind to help us out with local currency for our cab until we could exchange some cash ourselves. Also Oat, Chai and Korn were more than helpful with tipps around town and places to go. Concierge team was equally helpful and very supportive especially in search for a sky view bar location in walking distance. Breakfast was good and had all we could ask for. They did their best to cater to western taste, albeit we seemed to be the only ones there (understandably in August). The pool was the highlight after a day of exploring. Open until 10pm allowed us for a relaxed cool down session in the evenings and also on occasion for a little bit before lunch. View from the pool was outstanding.

Perhaps the bed might be a bit hard for some. It appears on first feel, but lying in it was comfortable after all. Perhaps a small hotel bar or lounge for wind down in the evening would've been nice. But we made do with alternatives. Didn't take any points from our rating.
