The room is very clean and the condition of the place is well kept and maintained. Is quiet and peaceful from the buzzling streets or any party. Mostly are Japanese and some locals. No noisy tourist if you know what I mean... Breakfast choices are ok, they have Japanese style breakfast, with some selection of Thais and western, not too extravagant..just nice to fill your stomach to go up and about the city of Bangkok. They have Japanese bidet and seat warmer which is a plus point!

Location wise, although it is near the train station say about 300 meters away, it is not actually near any night markets or huge shopping malls. May need to spend bit on trains to go to any major shopping malls. Or even get their GrabBike or GrabCar. Overall is ok, just dont expect much activities nearby.

Excellent location. Short walk to BTS station, about 3 minutes. 7-Eleven shops and lots of restaurants nearby. Delicious mango sticky rice from well-known Mae Varee is just around the corner. Easy to set location for Grab transportation pick-off and drop-off. Able to order food (e.g. Phed Mark) to be delivered to hotel and collected at entrance of lobby. Friendly staff. Clean room and toilet. Air conditioner was cold and adjustable. Water pressure for shower was good. Celebrated Chinese New Year with firecrackers and lion dance organised by hotel, together with Hotel Nikko.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at JAL City. We got upgraded to their Suite room and it was wonderful. Beds are firm and supportive. Pillows are firm, which we requested. There's a dressing table for my wife. Big bathtub + separate shower area. Our kids Twin room was lovely too with a bath tub which they enjoyed after a long day of shopping + sightseeing. Prices were reasonable for the room size + facilities. Location was good & Thong Lo BTS is less than 5mins walk. Nikko Hotel is just across the private shared driveway and its facilities can be utilised by us. Massage shops are everywhere around our location.

Bedroom slippers. It was pretty thin & awful. Definitely need to be upgraded.

Excellent hotel which is relatively new, rooms are spacious and the location is great: 2min walk away from BTS Thonglor (walk through Hotel Nikko Bangkok, there is a sheltered walkway from their back entrance all the way to the BTS). Lots of food options, 7-11 and 24hr supermarket nearby too.

Japanese toilet functions (bidet etc) wasn't really working, but not a big issue. Prices are a little expensive for hotels in the area, but location makes up for it. Shares the pool with Hotel Nikko Bangkok next door, so you have to go over to use (did not try during my stay). They are a relatively new hotel, so not many taxi drivers know where it is.

New and clean.

There is a step between the room and the hallway, which requires attention. I could not stop air conditioner in the room.

The building felt a bit dated when I stayed in 2022, but they replaced the entire A/C unit and moved it to the central location so it's not hot and cold like before. Bidets in the washroom is that's something you need. TV has HBO and other channels that you would actually watch. Better presentation overall with the new branding.

The room is in need of a virtual assistant to centralize the control (button control are a bit dated and no remote for the AC).

The hotel looks jaded on the outside but newly renovated on the inside. Room was big, bright and pretty sound-proof. Front desk staff were very pleasant and patient. I was served by Ms Opal, she's friendly and full of smile. Breakfast spread was adequate and delicious. Dining area is clean and spacious.

The bedroom slippers were just too thin and filmsy, almost tripped over and fell when they bent on walking.

Friendly Staffs and convenience location

Everything, I’ve stayed at Hotel Nikko, a chain hotel with this hotel, before. Staffs remember me and provided me a wonderful welcome again with their super great hospitality. Check-in process was very smooth and done within 10 minutes. Room was tidy everyday. Hotel is having boiled-rice buffet every evening, which was wonderful as well. Thank you all staffs for making my leisure trip very memorable, I will surely com back again :-)

The service is top notch. I was only feedback about the water temperature and Aircond wasn’t functioning properly. But they immediately change a room for me, and also offered me a free upgrade to suite room. Very nice service.

Clean and safe, within walking distance to Asiatique! Comfortable beds, good wifi

Have to go next door to use pool, no streaming services only local channels, charged over 1000 BAHT +tax/night to add a cot for my son to sleep on, 9 years old
