Location wise. Once you step out from the entrance Tonglo BTS is already right beside. The staff were very kind and accommodated us well. We were well treated by Mr Shin. By the way Mr Shin can speak well English. Our stay in Good Fellas is superb.

This was the second time we stayed here. As the first time, everything was perfect for our time discovering the city. Here’s the best things: - 1 Minute to BTS station - very friendly and helpful staff - comfortable room with everything we needed - the shared bathrooms are clean and we not once had a problem with someone wanting to use the facilities at the same time - we were allowed to store our luggage after check out because we had a very late flight back home and were even allowed to use the shower again before leaving - nice breakfast included

I don’t think there‘s a better value for money option in Bangkok. Everything was perfect for our 3 day stay. To people who can’t sleep well with street noise I recommend asking beforehand which rooms have a window to the street and which don’t. This time we stayed in room 3A and it was quieter than room 2B, which we had last time. But we didn’t feel bothered by some street noise in any of the rooms.

A large part of the success of this hotel is the wonderful owner and lovely staff! This awesome team creates a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, where guests feel safe and respected. The City Room was bigger than expected, with a charming vintage decor, including a sofa, desk, shelves, wall art based on cities of the world, and comfy king bed. I thought I was 'sensitive' to noise, but I slept well here. The faint, muted, sounds of the city in the background, wasn't disturbing at all. Although I was awakened a couple of times by hall noises, they stopped quickly and I was able to fall back asleep. The shared bathrooms, were always available when needed. Staff completely deep cleans daily. The guests here are incredibly respectful and considerate; I'm sure this is due to the top notch, respectful and considerate staff. Breakfast is freshly made, tasty, and served with a smile, in the hotel's cozy cafe. A special thanks to the lovely, and very cute girls. in the cafe, who helped me get my luggage to the taxi when I left! This really made me feel as if I was visiting my friend's. Thanks also to the kind staff who got my luggage up and down the stairs, when I arrived, and checked out!

- the location right next to the BTS is very convenient - the neighborhood is nice and we found great places to eat, walking around feels safe - the staff is super friendly and very helpful (they gave us good recommendations and even a packed breakfast when we had to check out early - the room is very clean and had everything we needed, even though you can hear the street this didn’t bother us at all - the shared bathrooms are super clean and we never had any interference with other guests but everything basically to ourselves

• The staff and owner were exceptionally nice and friendly. • The location is very convenient, with food stalls, a 7-Eleven, and a train station just outside the hostel. • The breakfast provided was excellent. • Despite our early checkout, the owner and staff kindly prepared takeaway food for us. We loved everything. The room was spacious snd clean, the location was excellent being right next to Thonglor BTS, the breakfasts and coffee were great, the staff were very helpful and friendly, but above everything we loved Mr Chin and his lovely wife. Thank you Mr Chin for a most memorable time in Bangkok, for all the interesting and fun conversations, and for assistance with any queries we had. We will never forget our time at Goodfellas.

Run by the wonderful Shin and his team, Goodfellas is such a lovely hostel in a great location. As close as can be to the BTS, meaning it is super well connected to the rest of the city. Shin very kindly provided me with incredibly thorough directions (including to/from both airports) which were so appreciated. It is also very close to the popular sky bar Tichucha. My best friend and I stayed in the Tropical private room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! The room was spacious, clean and well air conditioned. We slept really comfortably too with no noise from the BTS. Breakfast was delicious, and we were so appreciative of the staff’s willingness to tweak the menu based on our preferences. I didn’t realise this room had a shared bathroom when I first booked it. It was very clean and well kept, we never had to wait for facilities.

Lots of stairs up to our room, which was difficult to manoeuvre with our heavy backpacks. Also, please note that this hostel does not offer 24H reception. Check-in closes relatively early. In my experience, it closed before we were due to arrive. Thankfully this was not an issue for us as Shin contacted us in advance and provided us with detailed self-check-in instructions. Nonetheless, it’s worth mentioning this here for those who plan to arrive later into the evening.

Location is just next to Thong lor BTS station. Easy to access to everywhere. Staff and host are nice. Room is clean. Breakfast is healthy and nice. Host shared a lot of information about Bangkok and my next destination-Chiang Mai. Thank you so much. Appreciated! - Some tips: - if you are light sleeper as the room is just next door to main road. Will be abit noisy. It's ok with ear buds. -No lift, you need to climb up staircase if you have big baggage. -Bathroom is shared We ok with all of these. Nothing affected.

The hostel is right at the BTS Thong Lo. I don't need to get a cab to the BTS. The room is spacious, great breakfast and the owner is so accommodating. Though, it's near the BTS, I can't hear the sound of the train passing by or the sound of people at the street. It is quiet and I had a good night sleep. I have a really nice stay in this hostel. It is also very close to the seven eleven, massage place and other establishments. I can get everything I need when I feel too lazy to visit other district.

The host was very welcoming and very helpful during our stay. The homestay is above a cafe and 10m from the Thonglo BTS, near a mango sticky rice stall so it is perfect for your vacation.

If you are sensitive to noise then you might need to consider as it was very loud at night given its location next to the main road and BTS. The room was not sound proof so you basically hear everything from the other rooms.
