It had everything,washing machine,iron ,iron board,fridge,microwave,and a plug in stove.balcony,fly screen.just perfect for bangkok,very quiet area,5mins walk to a BTS stop.

The place is quiet and away from the main streets. Property is located close to BTS Thong Lo (about 300m) & 7-Eleven store. The TV channel selections is more to Japanese. But there are English speaking movie channels. There are free Japanese newsletters you can take from the main entrance of the property. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

The bed is on the harder side. It's like sleeping on the floor or on a Tatami floor. During this month of visiting Bangkok (July 2023), the dry heat dried the toilet drainage, causing the toilet to smell like sewage.. Cutlery is at a minimum and if your drinking bottled beverages, be sure to bring a bottle opener.

Internet did not stay connected and you needed to re- load every time you returned to the property

Room was extremely clean, good air conditioning, comfortable bed and nice view from balcony. Amazing location in city centre, great value for money.

Shower was spacious but didn't have a curtuin or glass door. It did have half walls around so water doesn't spill out and we were still comfortable and happy to use it.

Acella is really not an Hotel but a home away from home. They mostly rent out monthly so the rooms have the feel of a studio. I love it. That’s the reason I come back here every so often. The ampel rooms are furnished with good storage space, cooking facilities, a fridge, safe, good bathroom, and on top of it all, they have a wonderful onsen on the rooftop. It’s very low-key in a high key area. I totally recommend the place if you’re not into exorbitant luxury, but into good safe and quiet, in the Sukhumvit area.

Acella… you redid the studio’s wonderfully. Please repair the roof deck, get rid of the broken washing machines and the hideous jacuzzi… It could be so wonderful up there…

The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the Thong Lor BTS station. The area is very quiet and only a short walk to multiple restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is quite large and comfortable, and there is an air conditioning unit in the living room and bedroom. There is always a security guard at the entrance/parking garage, and entering the building using the keycard is simple. The WiFi worked fine after some initial difficulty setting it up.

The advertised check-in time of 12:00pm was not honored. Instead, I was told that check-in had to be at 2:00pm. The rooftop amenities (onsen pool and exercise equipment) appear to be disused. TV channels are only in Thai.

Overall the price was great I didn’t really have any issues the location to me was fine and it was pretty close to a lot of restaurants and transport was close by as well I would stay again

Quiet location in Sukhumvit area, just a short walk to shops, restaurants and public transport. Perfectly clean and comfortable room if you’re looking for a base to explore Bangkok.

The Wi-Fi works fine while being used but you need to re-enter username and password each time you restart. Also, a one-handed shower could be avoided by changing the wall mounting. Small issues but easy to fix.

The roof seemed run down and the outside jacuzzi was broken. The bathroom in room 407 had orders coming out of it every so often. I stay here almost every time I come to Bangkok but it is a bit sad to see that each time the place looks less and less well kept

Second time I've been here. Great service. You can basically check-in at any time. There is always someone at the door. The rooms are well equipped and clean. 5 min walk to Tong Lo BTS station. Though, not far from Sukhumvit main road, it is pretty quiet area.
