- Located at a quiet neighbourhood. - A tuk-tuk to Thong Lo BTS station is readily available at all times. - The property is spacious for a family of seven (2 seniors, 3 adults and 2 kids), and the bedrooms are excellent. - The staff, including ปีใหม่, the housekeeping, and the maintenance teams, are exceptional—always very helpful and accommodating.

Some aspects of the stay were disappointing: - The lane leading to the main road is narrow. - Some appliances were not functioning properly, requiring repair requests. **The staff responded promptly to address these issues. - The tissue paper rolls provided were of low quality. - The selection of TV channels was quite limited. - The door lock latch was not fully functional and required a specific trick to operate. - It would be helpful if slippers were provided for use in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Very big space. Can accomodate 7 people easily. It was cleaned everyday, Free water was replenished daily. Free Tuktuk service to BTS station Thonglo on the Sukhumvhit line but it is also an easy walk to the station. Many great breakfast places and restos nearby. Staff were excellent even helping us order a birthday cake. Kitchen is fully equipped. 3 T and B which is very convenient.

These are suggestions, and not complaints. Nothing major. Great to have a 24 hr food delivery however difficult to order so maybe give another app like whatsapp to order. A ramp for baggage would be helpful. It would also be glod to have a Tuktuk available for hire to go to nearby places.

The apartment was spotlessly clean! For an older building, the maintenence was tip top! The rooms, toilets and kitchen were very tidy and hygienic. It was great to have a washing machine and a dryer inside, and washing powder was provided. Every day, they would supply us with 3 big bottles of mineral water. The reception was very polite and prompt, texting me with the details and offering to book an airport transfer (which we did!). The apartment was very spacious, definitely way better than a small hotel room.

The furniture is slightly older, but it didn't bother us as we were out the whole day. One aircon was noisy but we slept through nonetheless. As for the free tuk tuk service, it was only available from 9am to 6pm, which was a bit restrictive. May I suggest that it starts earlier, like 7am or so? Many day tours or activities in central Bangkok start at 8am or 9am, so we didn't utilise the free tuk tuk much to get to Thong Lo BTS Station.

Located in Sukhumvit 36 it is near to Thonglor BTS but far enough away from Sukhumvit that it is very quiet. We lived in Bangkok for some years and chose this area as it is popular with Japanese expats and very quiet but close to where we wanted to go, shopping and restaurants and bars. There were 4 of us and 3 bedrooms was ideal, the master was a super king size and very comfy. There were extra beds and we could have crammed in a lot more people. The block is roughly early 1980s but has been partly refurbished. It reminded me of Bangkok 30 years ago. The apartment was quite pleasant and very large, 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms, with spacious living room and balcony, floors renovated, new furniture, rebuilt bathrooms, washing machine, huge fridge, big TV with cable, etc. Daily maid service, fast and efficient and spotlessly clean. Outside the owner had a collection of Rolls Royce, Ferrari etc. plenty of parking. Security on the gate. There was a Tuk Tuk service to Thnglor BTS if 300m was too long a walk. We stayed for 5 days and it was pleasant and enjoyable. I recommend this as a very comfortable, convenient and value for money apartment for a family stay. It may not be ultra modern but it is well maintained.

The property is very central with BST only 400 m away. The eating joints and 7/11 is also walking distance. Staff is very good and responsive. Will visit again

We are family of 5 people and The apartment is huge. We stay at room 7B. With 3 room that can fit to 7 person. We stay for 5 night so having washing machine was very helpfull. The 2 bathroom are clean and nice. Also the apartment in the quiet place near to downtown. Looking for food is easy. Tuktuk ready to take us to ThongLo BTS Station everyday, except on wednesday. Will book again if we travel with family

The kitchen need renovation. The kitchen cabinets are old. The pan was rusty and need to replace. The washing room need to clean up.

Couldn’t believe first for what you get with this price. Very spacious, super clean, nice area and everything you need. We were 3 persons so everyone had his own room. We stayed on another place more in the center for the same price but had one room…and here the location is in my opinion even better. You‘re not far away from the japanes area or the big shopping malls. Also there is the Thong Loh station within a 15 Minutes walk and I always recommend trains or metro in BKK for faster traveling.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay! The atmosphere is incredibly calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities are top-notch—everything you could possibly need is provided, making the experience feel very comfortable and convenient. We loved how spacious the rooms were, with separate bathrooms for added convenience. The views from the windows were stunning, and the atmosphere was very cozy. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around
