Location was good and central to most places we wanted to explore. It was also 7 mins away from Thong Lor station. 7-11s everywhere! The room was unique and comfortable, exceeding expectations of a 3* hotel. They also helped set up some streamers and balloons to celebrate my partner’s birthday which was so sweet of them!

Although the door was access card only past certain hours, I felt the elevators could use access card only entry too. The room walls could be quite thin so when other people were walking about early, we’d wake up with door slams and footsteps.

Got a room upgrade which was appreciated. Nice cafe downstairs was nice to have for coffee or breakfast or just simply hanging out. Room was spacious and I liked that it had a balcony. Staff were helpful and responsive too. Even helped me get a taxi to the airport late at night. Would stay again

Some surrounding noises. Ie. the cleaning closet and other rooms’ doors can be a bit distracting especially when you’re still sleeping. So perhaps the soundproofing can be improved. The floor my room was in also smelled like vinegar when I arrived, probably not the hotel’s fault, so perhaps something to be controlled since the smell lasted for 2 days.

Location: near BTS Thong Lo, around 5-6 mins walk only. Room is clean, spacious, love the simplicity design (a bit similar to The Murray vibe), and staff are kind and friendly! bonus point: the extension cord has USB port available which is great! Also, water pressure for shower is powerful! Hotel has a partner restaurant (Jungle Bar Salad) is a gem!

Hotel is next to a busy traffic road, noise keep coming up at night…during my check in there’s another guest approached hotel staff if possible change to her room due to noise - rejected due to full house. Depth of Water sink is narrow, when I wash my face water keep coming out..and water tap aside is in middle (that’s weird) I’m not sure if they arrange such water sink purely for design, not user friendly… Wifi not so stable Lastly, I made the booking reservation stated only 1 guest, hotel staff asked in-person several times, do I come alone? Only one person? feel a bit uncomfortable did I do something wrong or I should have one more individual to stay with me (…haunted story?)

The hotel is located really close to the BTS station of Thong Lor. The street is not too busy as it is a side street of the main big Sukhumvit road. I was staying in the Deluxe room and had plenty of space. The staff is really friendly, making sure you are having a great stay. 7-ELEVEN is closeby as well.

The wifi is good and quick, but you have to login over and over again when you close your phone. However, this is a minor inconvenience and the only thing I can say about this hotel.

The property was in a perfect location near shops, rooftop restaurants and bars and we had the pleasure of staying at the top floor; the views of the Bangkok skyline was amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful and there was a lovely cafe in the lobby where you could buy breakfast and coffee, as well as coffee and tea being available in your room for free. The room was so spacious with a gorgeous balcony that went all around, the hotel staff also decorated the bed with fresh rose petals as it was mine and my partners anniversary, which was such a lovely touch! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Bangkok who wants to experience luxury for a good price!!

Having to smoke downstairs outside the lobby in the smoking area which was a bit difficult as we were on the top floor and couldn’t smoke on our balcony but that was just a preference and understand why the hotel have no smoking rules in the room.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at IR-ON hotel, couldn't rate it more highly. The hotel is quiet, very modern and is conveniently located about 6-7min from the BTS Thong Lor station on foot and easy to pick up taxis, as well as having lots of restaurants and a 7-Eleven within short walking distance. The rooms are a generous size with plenty of floor space, big comfy beds and were very quiet despite being just off the main road. There is also a wonderful café located in the foyer where we had a light breakfast every morning for reasonable price, as well as offering aircon and complimentary WiFi. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including storing our luggage for 5 days whilst we took a trip to Phuket and placing it on our rooms upon arrival. From being super affordable to its superb location, lovely attentive staff and providing a calm, peaceful escape from the hot noisiness of the city, IR-ON well exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning on future trips to Bangkok. Thank you IR-ON! :)

My only nitpick was that the room WiFi was slightly unreliable and we kept having to sign in multiple times. The other is that the hotel is located on quite a busy road, so you need to be cautious when walking to and from the BTS station or to the other amenities - not the hotel's fault but something to bear in mind!

The location is perfect if you want to stay in the Thong Lo area. The staff was very forthcoming and helped more than expected. It also felt very safe. I liked the room's industrial-modern design, bed and sheets were comfy and smelled nice.

Although small it's still a busy street. We staid in the 3rd floor and could hear all the traffic late in the evening. I also can't wrap my head around the common thai wc standard setting - you barely have any privacy if you are not staying alone in the room.

Lovely little hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive,remembering our names and always ready to help. The room was not very big, but cute, beds comfortable. Liked the cafe in the lobby. Close to BSt station

The lighting of the room wasn't so good, particularly not for putting on make up. The doors to the bathroom is semi see through, something to keep in mind if you travel with someone you don't know very well. We both really liked the hotel though

The location is super great! Staff was very friendly, the bed super comfortable- we received every day a fresh bottle of water. There was no breakfast but the downstairs coffee makes good coffee and has nice bread. We liked overall the design a lot of the hotel

The main problem was the bad insulation which did not protect at all from the noisy street outside - for that reason i would unfortunately not repeat the hotel nor recommend it. The rooms seemed here and there a bit over used (old) but for 2-3 nights it was fine

We love our stay in IR-ON. The minute we arrived, the staff's are super nice and friendly. They chatted with our daughter nicely, also give us recommendations for places to go an how to go there. The room is comforatble with its industrial style. Spacious enough for 2 adults and 1 toddler to live inside. Our TV is not working for the first night, but the staffs is quick enough to repair it in the morning. The location of the hotel is soo great. it's only 5 minutes walks to the nearest BTS Station (Thong Lo). Near by to many local dishes which some of them are michellin star. There's a bbq place nearby also worth the price and always full during dinner time. Definitely would love to come back if we go to Bangkok again.

So far nothing we find that we didn't like.
