Brand new apart hotel, located not so far from BTS and Sukhumvit road. Area around hotel is very quiet, without any traffic and other noises. Swimming pool is great, also they have laundry and yoga class. They have shuttle bus that can bring you to nearest restaurants or convenience shops such as 7-11. Owners are very kind and welcome.

This place looks better than in the pictures. The room feels cozy and comfortable. I immediately felt at home there. It is the perfect size: not too big, not too small. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a simple meal. My room had a bathtub, which was awesome. The cleanliness is exceptional. The room was cleaned daily, and I would say that not every 5-star hotel can boast the same level of cleanliness. There is a lovely rooftop pool. The location is great as well. 5 minutes to a sky train, 5 minutes to a great gym. Lots of cafes and shops nearby. I loved staying there, and can recommend it.

No such thing

Great location, away from the busy and noisy streets but still in a walkable distance to great cafés, restaurants and convenience stores, the free 24 hour golf cart that takes you to the station is great because it’s close to the highly raved rooftop bars so it was really convenient getting back to our hotel at a later hour. The room itself was spacious, and we loved the rooftop pool and courtyard, it was the perfect place for NYE as the fireworks were seen from different parts of the city skyline

Not a big deal, but there isn’t a lot of Grab cars in the area when we want to leave at around noon-2pm It usually is a longer wait for a Grab, so just plan ahead if you have a set schedule, or opt for the train

What a perfect location! Close enough to a BTS station, 7-11 shops, and busy areas; but on a quiet road so traffic noise was non-existent. The staff were excellent, and I loved the free shuttle bus option to/from the BTS station. Room was big, with an excellent bathroom and kitchen. Free laundry machines (both washer and dryer) were wonderful to have available. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Bangkok and have already recommended to friends.

More seats by the pool and chairs on the room balcony would have been great.

Our stay was amazing. After getting tired from walking all day, it is such a comfort to return to this cozy hotel. 5 star for the male receptionist also, i think his name is Leo, he was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely room, we booked a king room but were given a suite. Lovely room on 2 floors with a very comfortable bed. Lots of water provided plus tea and coffee. There was also a mini bar where you could buy food drinks, including beer and snacks. The bathroom was very big with a walk in shower and separate bath, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, moisturiser, shower cap, toothbrushes and a hairdryer are all provided. Japanese style toilet with heated seat. The rooftop pool is lovely, there you will also find 3 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers, no extra charge. The staff are very nice and they run a free shuttle to the BTS. A great stay, with lovely people, would stay here again.

Nothing to complain about. Just a suggestion that something to dry dishes with or dishwasher tablets would be good, even if you had to pay a few baht.

Pool and rooftop are cool. We took a Yoga class in the rooftop (different company, not part of the hotel) that was also great! Room is huge and clean.

Staff is not very helpful. It was my first day in Bangkok and I asked them if they have recommendations of what to do, and they literally told me that they don’t lol. I believe they did not understand my question properly. Location is not close to the tourist areas. In fact, every time we were leaving the hotel was between 40min and 1hour in a taxi. But the neighborhood (Thonglor) is pretty cool as well.

The hotel is new and modern, we love the style. The bathroom is really comfortable and cosy. There is big TV that you can use with HDMI right infront of the bed. The last floor has rooftop pool and seating area which has amazing view and its mostly empty. There is free washing and drying machines too. Very convenient was the location on 7 mins to Thong Lo BTS Sky Train station. The hotel offers a drive to there for free with electric cart which we used many times. This hotel enhanced our stay in Bangkok quite well!

That's a great place to stay. The location is very convenient as the Thong Lor surroundings have everything you need - starting from cafes to shops and gourmet markets. Next time I'd be glad to stay there as well. The rooftop pool with sunbeds and yoga room adds to the comfort and the free washing machines makes you don't think about the laundry service at all.

There were incorrectly set up lighting in the room but with the help of hotel technicians we could make it work. Maybe a bigger table would be more convenient than two smaller ones, but we managed to deal with that. The wifi in public areas had limit and we couldn't use it in the pool area.

I had a lovely stay at The Sacha 38. I loved the fact that they have 24-hour self-service laundry, rooms with kitchens and the 24-hour buggy service. I walked sometimes but most of the time I had the security guard drive me to and from the BTS in the buggy. The staff are so lovely, professional and accommodating. Having a microwave, cutlery, dishwasher, self-service laundry, drop off service to the station and swimming pool area to sit around made my trip so much more comfortable than if it was the usual hotel room. Also daily room service, and there is the option to refuse housekeeping if you don’t need it. I didn’t need it after my first night so I asked them to skip a day and they complied. It’s not right in the center of things like the river, the malls or the party areas but very easy to get around with the BTS and buses. I mostly took public transport over 4 days in Bangkok and only took a taxi on my last day to get to the airport. I saved a lot of money on Grab/Bolt taxis because I used the public transportation available near Thong Lo station.

Soundproofing is not all that but that’s par for the course in most hotels from my experience. Overnight construction and partying noises were slightly annoying but nothing I couldn’t fix with earplugs and white noise.
