I was staying in the superior room for 4 nights. The room is equipped with a 55 inch smart tv. Room is generally quiet. Water pressure is good. You can get cheap and good food nearby next to the 7 eleven. The bts is in walking distance. Staff was really friendly and they all did speak English.

Air conditioning is facing the bed. Bathroom could use a shelf next to the sink.

What's not to love about this place? First the location is great, about a ten minute walk to Thong Lor BTS. The room was decent size, huge TV with Netflix installed. The shower was hot and the linen was comfortable especially the down comforter. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and even gave me a free gift for taking a picture to promote the hotel. They had a small indoor lap pool downstairs and there are many locations to eat in the area from fast food to high end dining ( I suggest Sorellina for great pizza and Boonlang noodles right around the corner on Sukhumvit 36 for excellent Kao Soi). Considering the price and the area you can't miss with Roomquest 36.

If I had to be a stickler the only complaint is that Sukhumvit 36 is a bit narrow walking down which has nothing to do with the hotel.

Air conditioning was giving trouble and door into room was a problem sometimes, other than that all was fine.

A genuine 10 stars on all categories from me .. location was suitable, room was clean and fresh.. had a kettle and a little fridge... bed was super comfy and heaps of pillows was awesome, i I need them... sheets were clean and maids did an excellent job.... shower was hot and good... . 10 minutes to thong lo BTS .. close to 711 and street food.... one of the best hotels I have stayed at...

We stayed 3 nights in Bangkok and we really enjoyed our stay at the Roomquest. The staff was very professional, the hotel offer 24 reception desk and it was very convenient for us as we had to check out at 5am. The room was spacious, clean and bright. Highly recommended.

As a smoker I was happy that the room had a balcony. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from BTS Thong Lo. Also there is a 7-11 near the hotel, with some street food carts in the parking lot. Excellent food and reasonable prices!!

I washed some clothes in the bathroom sink, didn´t manage to let the water out after....sorry Roomquest staff! :D

The bed was comfortable and room were kept clean even if you don’t need room service they still go ahead to clean the room.

not a good location if you’re looking to stay at the center of Sukhumvit, all good restaurants and coffees are at least 15 mins walk from here, the room is smaller than the picture - we booked the front room but ended up in the corner room which has a smaller balcony.

Sink was leaking onto the bathroom floor and balcony door would not lock. Staff seemed irritated upon my arrival. But other than that everything was fine.

Second time staying here so I guess that says something 🤷‍♂️ brilliant service, lovely staff and well kept hotels room within a short walk from BTS, laundry, 7eleven and nice bars/restaurant close by.

Nothing bad to report other than watch your head with the A/C units on the balcony 🤕😂
