This review is for 3 bedrooms. We stayed for 5 nights. Our travel purpose is to visit family and hang around in Bangkok so we didn't go to the major attractions near the river. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. They re 2.5 bath. We all could spread out comfortably. The location is great right next to BTS Thonglor only 3 mins walk. We didn't have breakfast include in our stay so every morning we walked out of the hotel and there are so many food stalls, coffee place and yummy noodles shops to eat right next to hotel, not including the places along soi Thonglor (Sukhumwit 55). It is so lively in the morning. Those stalls end at 11 am just fyi. They're so many places to go for food though. We went out to many cool bars around the area at night. We didn't interact with anyone at the hotel since we didn't need anything extra but they all were polite, had free masks and always there to help open the door for you coming in and out. My friends came to visit and could park at their parking lot for free just need to validate the ticket at the lobby. Since this is service apartment they have separate elevator so we didn't have to share with other hotel guests, not crowded and came fast every single time we were there. The pool is not that big and could get a bit busy but we still managed to get a lounge chair and relax. The lobby is busy, people come and go all the time. Its not a boutique hotel so you get the idea. I think this place is perfect for us as we have big family and want to be in the same room instead of booking many rooms in one hotel. We will be back for sure.

The bathroom doors are not sealed completely so the water leaked outside almost every single time we showered. I just have to remind my family to be carful and turn the shower head inward and away from the door as much as possible. It wasn't a really big deal for us so I didn't report to the hotel since it will eventually dry and get clean the next day. They have a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent and I couldn't find any at the nearby 711 so we did it by hand so if you stay longer maybe go get some at a bigger supermarket or bring from home.

The location is very good and there were street food options at Sukhumvit street. The staff was helpful and they resolved an issue with the safety box by replacing it. The Thong Lor BTS station is 100 meters from the property. The neighbourhood was decent and safe at night. There is a very good shop selling amazing Mango Stick Rice very close to the property.

The package did not include breakfast given the price for the room is well above average. There were no dishwasher tablets available and we had to wash the plates ourselves as we stayed in an apartment hotel.

If you need to stay in this area I can absolutely recommend this hotel. They have regular hotel rooms and executive apartments which are separate accessible via different lifts. We chose the apartments as the price offer was almost the same during our stay.

The check in procedure takes a bit longer and we were asked to go to the separate lobby just to get a sugar sweet welcome drink. Which is wasted time if you are business traveler.

Mostly everything is good. The staff is very courteous.

We booked a suite, but the tv lounge is extremely small and cramped. Not enough space. I think there's no need for washing machine and dryer to be also in the same room.

The Hotel is lovely. This is my second time staying at Marriott.. It's comfortable..

I stayed here 10 years ago. Just feels a little outdated some of the rooms. But overall still as stunning as it was 10 years ago.

The location and the staff are the highlights of this hotel.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. The pool is a little small but it wasn’t super busy or crowded so that didn’t matter.

Excellent service. Especially the bell team and F&B teams. Exceptional breakfast. Rooms are spacious and offer great amenities. Location is convenient on BTS. Cool rooftop club.
