The room was very spacious and my dog enjoyed people watching from the couch by the window. It was very helpful and convenient that the apartment came furnished as we were only in Bangkok for a short period of time. The staff, from the management to tuktuk driver to security, were all lovely and helpful people. The location is extremely convenient. As it's in the middle of a residential area in Thonglor, I was able to go on walks with my dog early in the morning and late at night without major issues. The rooftop area was super helpful for days when I didn't feel like dealing with the Bangkok traffic with my dog!

No major issues with the apartment, but the drainage in the bathroom was a bit smelly and we had to keep the doors to the bathroom closed to prevent the smell from spreading into the rest of the apartment. It takes a bit longer to walk out of the area since it's tucked away in a neighbourhood with many dead-end roads. The free tuktuk helps though!

The best place to stay in Bangkok if you want to explore the city. It is just 350m away from a BTS (Thong Lo) station, and you also have free tuk-tuk service to many places, including the BTS. You also have 7/11, Big C and many other stores and shops at a walking distance of 10 minutes from the hotel, which makes everything even more convenient. The staff is really helpful - I was traveling with my cat, and they even gave her a litter box because I didn't have one. The hotel is neat, clean and well maintained, which makes your stay even more better.

The only thing I felt could have been improved is that they do not offer coffee, tea, or anything inside the room. Usually, at hotels and stays, you get complimentary coffee and tea sachets every day (which they refill when they come to clean). I feel like that could have been included.

All the required facilities were available in the apartment, washing machine, iron, clothes screen, etc. Staff were friendly. The phone was always answered-even around 9pm when the reception was closed, They helped organizing airport taxi too. A free tuk tuk service to selected places such as train station, Big C, etc. was provided. Can walk to sky train station in about 12 minutes and a few stops to Siam Paragon from there. There is a nice view of the city from all windows.

Though the bathroom was big with a bath and a shower and the water pressure was excellent, the shower head was not rotatable. Persons who don't like to hold the shower head will find this uncomfortable. One has to ask the reception to clean the bins. Common areas can be improved.

Comfortable place at an excellent location. Only a few mins walk to Thong Lor BTS and a free shuttle service to BTS and nearby malls was super convenient. The gym is tiny, but was sufficient for my daily workout, havent't tried other amenities. It has a kitchen and is suitable also for a long term stay. Pet friendly, but very clean.

Wifi is shared per floor, so some corner apartments have a weaker signal. I changed my room to get a better signal and forgot my pyjamas in the first room. The next day it was nowhere to be found and the room service seemed very surprised and suggesting some other guest might take it. They probably just threw it out during the cleaning, I can accept that, it was my fault, but they could tell me. I kept looking in my stuff for next few days and did not find it.

The staff were super professional and helpful. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, they were friendly and willing to help. The tuktuk driver on-premise/on-demand is also a huge plus. He was very friendly and willing to pick us up whenever we called (within reason nearby).

Hard to say something I don't like. I'll just add this: the jacuzzi isn't free for guests. THere is a fee for usage and I guess I didn't like that.

Big apartments with a kitchen. Very reasonable price for that you get. Free shattle to metro. Nice staff in condo.

Nothing critical. The Kettle didnt work. Batteries in aircon remote control was dead. A bit far from grocery shops, you can use moto taxi or delivery, but still not really convenient.

The property is so super clean. TVery spacious and we have everything we need: a huge fridge, cooker, microwave and washing machine. It is close to the Quartier Mall (high end mall) and BTS (Prom Phong station). One stop away from Terminal 21, another mall (high street mall) and the red light district. 5 stops away from the Siam Paragon and MBK Mall. Very central. The team are amazing, helpful and polite. Downside is the the place needs updating. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay. Cherry on the cake is the complimentary tuk-tuk that can take you to the BTS.

We have stayed in most pet friendly hotels in Bangkok with our 3 cats. Most are very expensive and not so friendly. The Kaze 34 is by the best pet friendly hotel in Bangkok. The rooms are dated but super comfortable spacious, Great internet but the thing that sets them apart is the staff and the vibe, so friendly and helpful and it's an absolute bargain. This hotel is a hidden gem.

The room was of a good size. We appreciated the free tuktuk transport from the hotel and the helpful attitude of employees.

The location is ok, but not great; it is tricky for cars to get in and we experienced several taxi drivers refusing to take us there. A couple of times, returning to the hotel on foot at night, we needed to be careful as the roads leading to the place have no or very narrow shoulders.

The Kaze 34 is perfect for people traveling with pets. We stayed one month with our two cats, and it was absolutely great. The service is perfect, the staff really friendly and helpful, the neighborhood quiet but very close to BTS and shopping centres at the same time (and you can use the free tuk tuk to get there). The room are clean and spacious, with a washing machine, which was great for us considering the duration of our stay. Everything went well and I would recommend the place to everyone.

Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the view from the rooftop, which was under renovation. But I bet that it must offer a great view on the neighbourhood, which is an additional positive point.
