The room is beautifully designed and very clean. It’s a couple of minutes from Thong lo which is super convenient. There were multiple plugs located near the beds. We really enjoyed the space!

Our key code didn’t work when we tried to check in so we had to call to sort it out. It was easily fixed. Staff should knock before entering the apartment. One of the days a staff walked in while my friend was half naked. I checked with the team, they told me it was housekeeping. However we didn’t see the housekeeping again after that. There was no housekeeping provided so I’m not sure what that was about. Lastly, you can leave your luggage with them, I was told to leave it inside the hallway however when we went to collect our bags, the door was wide open and no one was around. So all our bags could easily have been taken. This should definitely be worked on cause you should not do baggage storage if it isn’t safe.

Location is great, quiet neighbourhood in the heart of town. This is my second stay at this property and I stayed at the Frances room this time (JK Lennon room two months ago). Frances room is on ground level, so no stairs to deal with. Bathroom was smaller compared to JK Lennon (which was huge). Room was clean and comfortable. Self-serve check in and out. This property is not for you if you need room service, concierge and housekeeping. I like it because of the spacious rooms and that the property is small with only 4 rooms.

This time, I received the check in instructions only on the morning of the day of check in. A day before check in, I was a little worried not knowing when or whether I would receive the info, as I know that there is no front desk staff at the property to assist if I didn't have the info to self check-in.

The location was very nice. 7eleven just 2 mins walking, BTS Thong Lo and Phrom Phong took only less than 10-15 mins walk. So many cafes/restos/food stalls around the neighborhood. Thai massage parlours were also nearby. We really love our unit. We booked the presidential suite (Frances) We love the uniqueness, simplicity, modern design of the Frances unit.It was like we have our own tiny apartments 😍 because it was on the ground floor and separate with other units. Fyi, it was the 3 of us staying there. The amenities were in a good standard, enough if you're okay with just a simple amenities. The communication with the manager were all good (in English). We exchanged messages through the number on this app which turns out was a whatsapp number, so every communication were just going so well from the day we checked in until checked out. We can put our luggages there before/after checkin/checkout. They will give us a passcode to open the doors for checking in. Another info we need to put here is this apartment consists of only 4 rooms as I remembered, and they dont have lift, only stairs. You should be prepared for that, dont be misleaded because there was no info in booking.com about this.

Our AC in the bedroom didn't work well. But no big deal because AC in the living room was just very fine to work for the whole unit.

The stay at the property was a different experience than that of a chain hotel. There is no front desk, and check in was done independently via a passcode, which was convenient and fuss free. The JK Lennon room that I stayed at was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. I love the huge bathroom and shower room! There was also Netflix available. The location is about a 600m walk from Thong Lor BTS, with lots of restaurants nearby. Outside of the check in and check out timings, I left my luggage at the common corridor, which was quite safe as it is only accessible by a few guests with the passcode to the main door and there were security cameras. I would consider this property favourably the next time I'm in Bangkok.

The self check in process could be clearer and info could be made available earlier. The info is currently only made known via the booking.com message app one day before check in. I understand that it may be for security purposes to send the passcodes just before check in, but the check in and left baggage deposit process could be clearer. Being able to check in early, or leave my baggage at the property before check-in and after check-out, would affect how I plan my itinerary. Also, messages left on booking.com were not answered. I contacted the property through whatsapp. Nevertheless, it was not a big issue, just a little uncertainty that could have been avoided.

The location is just off of Sukhumvit in one of our favorite areas of Bangkok. Incredible walking street with great selection of morning street food stalls.

The attendants at the stay were incredibly nice, though communication with host before arriving about check in was difficult. No response regarding the possibility of early check in (noon instead of 3pm), until just before the original check in time.

The unit wall near shower room and kitchen basin need to be touched up. And utensils such as drinking glasses and wine glasses need to be topped up. We only found 1 wine glass. Other than that we really love the apartment, the vicinity to Bts, and the neighbourhood. Hope this place will be well kept and will return again.

The experience with B House 49 was generally good. The 3rd floor apartment was great. Huge bathroom, and comfy bed. The only problem was the lack of communication with the staff. I felt that I had to ask about check in details, and I called the apartment at least twice. This area of communication with customers could be 100% improved.

The place is extremely accessible with a skytrain station only 7 minutes walk from the aparthotel. It is sufficiently clean, with the bathroom looking new and the room in comfortable condition, the bed has no issues with bugs etc.

The staff did not seem to come up to replace our used towels and bed sheet during the time we were away in the day.

We love the interior of the house. Everything placed perfectly to fit the space so that it doesn’t feel too cramped with 4 people with huge luggage each inside the unit.

During our stay, the bidet leaked so that we had to hold the hose in some manner to prevent it from making our clothes wet while using it.

The location was perfect. Tucked away in a safe & quiet alley but very near the mall, MRT and others. There are also cafes very nearby (2 mins walk tops!). Very convenient check in process as well. The bed was also very soft!

There were 2 light bulbs that weren't working but opening the blinds was sufficient. Wish the table was bigger too for us couple catching up on some work.
