Good location in quiet place. In 9 min by walking distance from Phrom Phong BTS station. Very friendly staff . Room was clean and new. There are Tops grocery store , some massage shops close to hotel. I was fully satisfied staying in Aquila Hotel.

I love the 24hrs service! They helped me deliver food upstairs to my room, have washing service 100baht/kg and serviced folded my laundry cloth. When I called my taxi they went outside making sure to redirect the taxi driver to reroute. When coming in & out the helped me carry heavy luggage and other stuff, I really grateful about it, never feel so home before!

Only have one key card, with 1000baht deposit. Getting down to get food upstairs had to bring the card and shut off all electric including in the middle of watching Netflis is a bit annoying. But ehy make up by calling them bringing my food upstairs.

Seems like the hotel is fairly new. It was super clean and room service did a good job each night. The staff who checked us in and out was a gem. He carried our bags for us and made sure we got into our car to the airport with ease. We didn't have to drive around or travel too much because the location was central to a lot of things and great restaurants. It seems the area is a little pricey for bars and such. Bed was surprisingly hard, but we had no trouble sleeping in it. We really liked having a couch and table in front of the tv. Would %100 stay here again.

We were asked for a 1000 baht deposit when checking in, which I understood, but then asked for another 1000 baht in order to have a second card, which felt ridiculous. There were no issues getting back the deposit, but felt strange.

Brand new apartments, nice small balcony. Great location, very close to Phrom Phong station. Room is on the smaller side, so need to be able to manage the luggage situation if you have a bit more. Staff was very helpful, also complimentary, delicious coffee available in the lobby. There was nearby construction going on, starting at around 8am until about 5pm (End of November 2024). Would come again.

Very nice and clean, with a super comfortable bed and bedding. Hot shower with decent water pressure. I had a late check-in and a very early check-out, so having staff available 24/7 was perfect. The free coffee downstairs was a great start to an early morning. The staff were wonderful, they gave me food recommendations, and check-out was quick and smooth. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

The location was great, just enough distance from Sukhumvit to offer some calm. Little sofa in the room was a nice touch, as we're robes. Lovely shower. Fair size fridge.

The room was a little small and you couldn't get large cases through without moving the bed. I called the reception manager at 6am to request a taxi for 6.30am and he only booked the taxi when we got there. I'd left plenty of time so thankfully it wasn't an issue.

Great location right next to Sing Sing theatre so easy to hail a cab back to the property, friendly staff always there to help!

The pillows were a little bit high for my preference, but otherwise the room was amazing!

Our stay was great here, 5min to BTS, shops around and in a quiet side street. You could hear bird sounds in the morning. The staff Wint was exceptional helpful and everyone was kind.

Excellent hotel- perfect location (5 minute walk on the Main Street for the BTS). Very, very clean. Polite and kind staff. Great stay.

The bed pillows were a bit hard. Softer ones are needed to give guests a choice between hard and soft.
