Adelphi Grande is just a short walk from the BTS which makes it convenient but in the quiet surroundings of a side street. The staff are so friendly and welcoming every single day and when I had an unexpected extra night in Bangkok, I decided to return here. Highlight for me was the pool which is located on the fourth floor, has plenty of space for lounging and close to the restaurant for food and drink orders. It is also surrounded on two sides by adjoining gardens which gives is a nice breeze and a lush environment. (FYI, only sun on the pool until lunchtime if that's your dealbreaker). Also handy to have a kitchenette with fridge and washing machine which is great for a longer stay. A couple of fabulous coffee places also on the same road. Highly recommend.

Shower was clean, but could have been a bit cleaner. Aircon a little noisy.

No initial security bond required. A welcoming relief to know that an upfront security bond was not required for my 8 night stay. I've had other hotels that charged up to B1000 per night of stay, If this hotel did that, I would have been 8000 out of pocket from the beginning. More hotels should follow this. - The breakfast was good. with early opening hours and open till 10am. - The pool is better than average, a good size. with a depth ranging from 1.2-1.5m - The fitness facilities is also above average with a good range of equipment, suitable for a hotel gym. Sure' its not 5 star, but it was above average. - Having a washing machine was really handy in the room. ALthough there was no separate dryer, and no convenient place to hang the washing. Better than nothing. - Only 10 minute walk from Shopping mall and BTS. So transport around Bangkok is convenient. - The hotel is away from the busy noisy area. so we appreciated the peacefulness of the location. Its close enough for convenience, and far enough to give you peace and quiet. Loved the stay, Will book again by default.

There is not much I didn't like about this hotel. Perhaps provide an area where we can hang our washing. This is minor and I wouldn't disregard this hotel because of that. The positives that I provided are worthwhile. We stayed here for 8 nights, and it was EXCELLENT.

Well positioned in Bangkok's busy shopping area, easy access to the BTS. Set in a quiet and peaceful street, away from the bustle of Sukhumvit. Room was well appointed and we made full use of the washing machine. We were there in the hot season and the air conditioning in our room was not cool enough. For some reason this could not be rectified and remained so for the duration of our stay. In fact the lobby of the hotel was also stuffy. We enjoyed our breakfast which offered a selection of Western and Asian dishes.

Great location, close to the BTS with an easy connection to the MRT. Our twin room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and having a washing machine in the room was useful. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

A minor issue with the shower flooding any time it was used. We had to keep asking for more towels to soak up the water otherwise we would have slipped on the floors. We expected after pointing out the issue and asking for more towels a second time they would automatically top up the towels when they made up the room each day but we had to constantly ask for more towels and toilet paper paper (no spare roles left in the room!)

Fantastic location, only a 7min walk to the BTS Phrom Phong station and to the Em Sphere, Quarter and Emporium shopping district. With that said the Adlephi Grande is located in a very quiet tree lined street which is a lovely escape from it all. The stand out is the service and attention from the kind and friendly staff that make the stay extra special. This will now be our go to accommodation for future trips.

The room we had, provided a combined bath shower which we found to be okay, but for those not as young or agile, it wouldn't be a deal breaker but it might be a challenge getting in and out of.

Good location, near BTS Phrom Phong (just a 7 min walk) There is Emsphere shopping mall in walking distance as well. It is good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious as booked and clean. Had only issue with bathroom. The water faucet in sink and bath cubicle was dirty and probably hasn’t been cleaned for ages. There was mold in the shower cubicle. We used flip flops in there as we were afraid of catching a verrucas or fungus.

As mentioned above - disinfection of sanitary area wasn’t good.

We stayed at the Adelphi Grande for two weeks and loved it so much we extended our stay for an additional week. Located in a lovely tree lined quiet street, which is a great escape from the bustling Sukhumvit Road, yet a 7min stroll will get you to the nearest BTS at Phrom Phong and to the EM district which has the amazing Em Sphere/ Quarter and Emporium. The rooms are spacious and much more comfortable than the average hotel room when staying for long periods. The Adelphi provides hotel style service with apartment living with a small kitchenette and washer/dryer which is really convenient. The stand out for us though was the staff, they make you feel valued and very welcome. From the lovely man at the security gate that warmly greets you everyday when you leave or return, to the beautiful staff at the front desk that bend over backwards to assist you with your needs. A special mention and shout out to James, the concierge/ porter. He is a wonderful asset to this establishment. Genuine, engaging and attentive. Believe me when I say he will make your stay memorable and special. I have always said accommodation can be described simply as a place to sleep and park your suitcase, but the Adelphi provides much more than that. The lovely staff make you feel like it is your home away from home. You won't get that at the average hotel.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. We stayed for 6 nights during Songkran and got a bad food poisoning, and the staff kindly gave us some electrolytes. The room was spacious with a washing machine, which was handy. There's a cleaning lady tending to our room every day as requested. They also separates recycling, which is great. The smart TV was a plus. The location was great, with a short walk to 7-11, malls, and BTS SkyTrain.

The soi has no footpath, so it's not very pleasant to walk along the traffic, but it's common in Bangkok.

The location was really good,about an 8 minute walk to the train station with lots of shops nearby.I received a room upgrade on check in and the rooms were spacious with everything you needed including a full size fridge and washing machine.Nice big pool and a decent size gym,also the restaurant offered room service.The front desk and concierge staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool was in the shade for most of the day so the water was refreshing but cold!

Spacious and bright room, true to picture. The hotel is located in a small street, so very quiet. A bit of a walk away from the nearest metro station (Phrom Pong), but the hotel offers a free car ride between the hotel and the main street until 7pm every day, which is nice. Very kind and polite staff.

The hotel was being renovated, so water was cut off between 10am and 4pm for 2 days while I was staying there, which the hotel staff informed me when I arrived. Overall, it was fine because I was out visiting the city most of the time and the water was running in the evening by the time I got back to the hotel.
