The hotel was so well designed! It is truly a boutique hotel with a lot of character. The staff are what I remember of Thai hospitality, from the door security guys to reception, to barista, to housekeeping. They are the young hip people of Thailand, very lovely & trendy vibe. We got a 4pax room and it was LOVELY. 4 beds side by side on the raised platform, with a big open hanging wardrobe, and a huge living room/area with proper dining table, couch & cooking facilities. There's actually a pillow menu which we totally missed out until we were leaving. There was a bathtub as well & a separate toilet (a little small/tight on space). There's also a v small balcony. The swimming pool at rooftop offered lovely view of surroundings but the pool is pretty small, perhaps more for a dip, but no-less well designed. The rooftop is very hot as well.... Breakfast is lovely too, you get a staple every morning, and alternate day dishes (day A/B) of thai local cuisines. I appreciate the laundry room as well. Reception is at 2nd Level, with parking at L1. The main road near Thonglor BTS has 7-11 and a good massage place called Nara Thai. There seemed to be a very popular mookata nearby but i didn't get to try.

I know most locals drive / ride the bike but the walk to / fro BTS Thonglor to the hotel is super scary. There's no space to walk for pedestrians and I was travelling with a child, so every time we walk along that busy 24/7 road to & fro, i'd be very concerned about our safety cos the cars are literally next to us, and the motorbikes zipping around. Once we almost got hit by an oncoming motorbike because the rider was trying to avoid driving over the drains.. It is SUPER dangerous.

It is located in Thong lor area which has quite nice bars and restaurants. Also it is close to the station. The interior design is neat and cozy! I was able to sleep safe and sound. The Thai food from the room service was just amazing!! I wanted to order more and I still can’t get over it haha

First, a lady at the counter looked incredibly busy when I tried to check in. She was kind, but I felt kind of sorry to interrupt her and couldn’t hear enough explanations. Second, I found a bug looking like a cockroach in the room almost as soon as I checked in …. :( This is why I took away some stars. Not sure whether it was actually a cockroach or not but it was big and scary enough… quite disappointed on the very first day. I think the kitchen sink might’ve been a problem. Also, the breakfast buffet didn’t offer many options. It might depend on the personal preference, but there was no fruit at all, which I found disappointing again. The Thai food was delicious though!

Relatively new hotel, impeccably clean, staff cannot do enough to help, lovely rooftop terrace with small pool. Woody the bar manager is a mix-ologist on another level! No groups or parties which was a big plus for us. Our room was small but as advertised, one thing not very clear, but we can confirm- the glass wall between the bathroom & bedroom has a drop down blind & doors for privacy. A stone throw from the SkyTrain so really easy to get around the city, which makes for a good base, but far enough away for a good night's quiet sleep. Overall, value for money Vs location, couldn't be happier

Only slight niggle was the service at breakfast time, which we pointed out and fed back. The food was excellent, however at breakfast we had to wait for cooked to order items to arrive, which mostly didn't come together and left us eating alone. A simple fix which I'm sure will be sorted.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at for its price. Great value all around. Clean, modern rooms. Nice restaurant with great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Wifi and internet was very fast and reliable, great for work and conducting zoom meetings. Each room had its own wifi router.

The area of town is great, but walking to and from Sukhumvit is a bit undesirable. Very small to non-existent sidewalks. This is my only minor complaint.

A wonderful quiet hotel in a busy area of Bangkok. We had a comfortable well-equiped small room. The breakfast and the roof terrace (with a small swimming pool on it) were two absolute highlights! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We have absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The room doors are poorly soundproofed and the housekeeping quite loud every morning. It would be great if drinking water could be provided in some more sustainable manner than in one-way plastic bottles, as plastic pollution is a heavy topic in Thailand.

Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations throughout its duration from check in to check out. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and warm towel, which was exactly what we needed after a long travel from home. A note that you need to provide a deposit, but it is returned to you right away after you leave. The staff was super friendly to assist with any questions we had linked to our stay and available everywhere in case you needed any assistance. The hotel is situated in the Sukhumvit area, which is very well connected to the BTS train, and easily accessible for taxis and Grab- throughout our stay we used all means of transportation easily from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, having a large selection of food, catering to all kinds of likes, including cooked Asian food, desserts, bread with more continental breakfast options AND if that wasn't enough you always have the choice of ordering one more breakfast option a la cart. The coffee was the greatest coffee I ever had at a hotel - an important note for those that would be busy all day exploring the city. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, an option for netflix in TV, with a strong ceiling fan and good air-condition, and black-out curtains. They even provide the option of changing your pillows according to your needs- soft medium-hard, which was another bonus-although we did not need to change anything in our case. I sincerely thought they couldn't top up our experience, but they did- providing us with a snack in check out for our travels including something savory, sweet, water and a drink. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel for your stay it provides all comforts for a relaxing stay in Bangkok.

Beautiful rooms and views, gorgeous aesthetic and design considerations. I loved the greenery I could see out of my window. The bathroom was really nice as well. Other travellers have mentioned the thin walls - I don’t know if I was just blessed with great neighbours, but I’m a very light sleeper and I had no trouble! The bed was so comfortable. I was v appreciative of the fact that they provided an adapter.

As someone who doesn’t eat meat, the choices of a hot breakfast were very limited and on one day, non existent. I feel like at least a plain congee would have been useful as a standard option? With separate toppings for those who eat seafood ? I found it quite surprising as an upmarket hotel catering to a diverse tourist crowd. There were cold food options and that’s mostly what I had. The staff at breakfast definitely seemed stressed as well. I ordered a dinner once and that wasn’t very tasty sadly. Agree with another reviewer that a regular tuktuk to the BTS would be useful - it’s not a long walk, but sometimes a little exhausting in the hot sun with no shade most of the way and no footpath, either.

I loved the vibes of this hotel, cos it's modern and effortlessly cool. The room was a good size for my needs, with all the things I could want/need, including chargers. It had probably the best AC out of all hotels I've experienced in Thailand. I arrived from Pattaya, and I felt like all of my clothes were a bit damp, and the dry mode fixed that. There's a really small pool (more like a very big tub tbh) on the rooftop and "garden" area great for relaxing, but the most impressive are the amazing views on the city. The breakfast at the hotel was very tasty, with lots of options to choose, but I advise going there sooner than later, cos when I arrived late, all the rice was gone. The check in/check out process was fast, and when I was leaving, I got a bag with water and some snacks from the hotel staff. Much appreciated. The hotel is near BTS Thong Lor station, so it's easy to travel to other places.

There's no sidewalk on a road to the hotel, so it's a bit inconvenient having to watch out for cars.

We stayed at the Karaarom hotel for 3 nights at the beginning and end of our trip to Thailand. The hotel was located in a quiet street around a 5 minute walk to Thong Lor BTS station, so really convenient for getting around the city. We booked a delux room which was spacious and very comfortable; loved the rainfall shower and additions of dressing gowns and slippers. Plus the mini kitchen area with fridge. The bed was very comfortable after long days sightseeing in the city. Breakfast was included in the price of our room and was excellent. The staff at the hotel at reception and in the foyer were wonderful and very helpful; on checking in you’re given a map of the local area with recommendations for restaurants, cafes and places to have a thai massage plus a BTS and metro map. We enjoyed happy hour in the bar which is very comfortable and the terrace is very pretty too. We would definitely stay here again!

It was one of the best places I have stayed in Bangkok the staff was amazing and the neighborhood was so safe and friendly, we had 7 eleven near by , laundry that was open 24/7 a really cozy Japanese restaurant that the owner had it at the ground floor of his house and also a bakery next to it and also a Italian restaurant. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. We forgot some stuff and they emailed us and gave back everything that we left I can’t recommend this place enough specifically if u are coming for the first time. I already miss this place.Also the uncle at the entrance was lovely and kind person😊
