I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience, thanks largely to the wonderful staff who provided excellent service from start to finish. They truly made my stay more pleasant. While the amenities and external spaces were lush and inviting, I found the room itself somewhat lacking. It had an apartment-style layout that didn't quite align with the luxury hotel experience I was hoping for. This might just be a matter of personal preference, but I expected a bit more opulence. The restaurant there served good food—nothing fine dining, but quite enjoyable—and the service was excellent. My favorite feature of the hotel was the guest service center. It provided a spacious area to shower, change, and relax before my late flight, which was a huge plus. Overall, I had a lovely stay. Just be mindful to balance expectations with reality, and you’ll likely have a great experience too.

One downside was the quality of the robes provided. Instead of the fluffy, luxurious feel I anticipated, they were quite thin and not very comfortable, which detracted from the overall experience. Infinity pool access: I was under the impression that all guests could enjoy it based on an Instagram reel, but access is limited to suite guests. This was disappointing, but I did discover another pool on the 27th level that offered stunning views.

Only thing twice the one young bellboy keeps booking poor cars I think they are his friends and then they don’t take you to where you want to go. Best to book through grab yourself. So just be careful

The pool was amazing! It was a treat to enjoy after a hot day exploring. The bartenders were also so nice especially Pik!

The hotell was amazing, from the lobby to the room, to the pool and outdoor area. The bed was really comfy and had a nice view over the city. The balcony was also nice but we did not use it much as the hotell at a very nice pool area on the 27th floor. The hotell had a shuttle bus to and from the shopping mall "EmQuartier" which is a high end shopping mall with a lot of designer stores. There was also a lot of good resturants in the nearby area, a bit expensive for the locals but for foreigners it's still very affordable.

There was not anything i didn't like about the hotell, it was a proper 5 Star hotell that lived up to everything about it from the pictures on booking.com. However the only small complaint i have is that the top pool on floor 31 is only for suiets and could be written more clearly. It's not a big deal as the pool on the 27th floor is also extremely nice.

Incredible hotel and very attentive staff! Very comfortable bed for Americans used to soft beds!

Neighborhood is a little bit difficult to walk, many roads do not have sidewalks. Shops are more spread apart

Good quality room with advanced functionality. Quality of room cleaning is good. Useful option of free transport drop and pick up to the nearby mall. Good explanation of the facilities at the time of check-in.

Travelling in and out of the hotel takes a lot of time due to traffic congestion. Replenishment of consumables like washing liquid had to be requested instead of it being done automatically. Range of cutlery in the room can be better. Deposit refund took a long time to be credited back to the credit card.

Amazing Apart Hotel that had everything you needed located near the Emporium Designer fashion Mall and in a quiet clean area ! A bit away from most of tourist attractions but UBER is so safe and easy to order and reliable with clean cars so we did not mind being away from the crowds! We had 2 rooms with sunset at 20th floor and we loved the view ! The property was so nice to receive us with a Happy Anniversary flowers and balloons so pls do not forget to mention if you have a birthday or anniversary! The restaurant and pool and jacuzzi at 26th floor were so nice and the view stunning! I also discovered in my last day that at the bathrooms at the pool there was a wet sauna you could turn on and use and showers! The water in the pool in December/ Jan was a bit to cold for my taste but other people were swimming! Also the water in jacuzzi was cold ! The gym at 6th floor was well equipped and nice!

The pool water was a bit too cold so I could not swim! Also the jacuzzi was not heated !

Restrictions on areas including restaurants, accessible only to clients staying on the top few floors. The bar/restaurant at the pool was closed when we were there; the jacuzzi was not working

This hotel is wonderful, because: 1. You can have all the facilities you would need, even washing machine and drying machine. 2. Rooms are clean and comfortable, specially quiet. 3. We are 5 people. Hotel prepared the extra bed in one of the rooms. 4. The special sweet treat for our reunion is really appreciated. 5. Staff: very friendly, considerate and helpful.

The only thing is that the light inside the closet of our room couldn’t be turn off in second night. It’s weak light, but still affected my sleeping. But generally it’s a pleasant stay in 137 Pillars.

it was just beautiful I don’t know how to describe it, everything just made you feel so welcomed and at peace. in my opinion for a hotel that is more on the luxury side of things it was worth every cent and I have never felt more taken care of.
