The design of the hotel is really very interesting, the rooms are quite spacious, and the presence of a kitchen is a big plus. wonderful pillows and mattresses, good bed linen. very attentive reception staff

what I didn't like was the very poor breakfast. I lived in this hotel for almost a week and went to breakfast only two mornings. Probably for 4 stars it's normal. During my 5 days of staying at the hotel, the floor was never washed. I met the maid in the hallway and asked her to wash the floor, after which she washed it. Another nuance is that there are not enough sunbeds near the pool.

Amazing location just in city center. The first room was stinks from renovation or something so we asked to change and the stuff imidiately change it without hesitate. We have a welcome sorbet which was perfect in 37 degrees! The room was enough for us for one day in a connection flight. really recommend this place and sure will be here next time

The breakfast wasn't the best. We should expect Thai food in Thailand but maybe the hotel wants western costumers. Still it was vary and good enough for the rest of our day.

- There is no soundproofing and you can hear people from the doorway - There are kids screaming, jumping, playing all day long at the pool area so you cant swim or rest in peace. There is also construction works nearby which you can hear loud and clear from the pool area. - Ordering a simple bottle of water would cost you 100baht at the restaurant - The area around the pool is very slippery and if you dont break your neck during your stay thats a win

The room was very large and provided all the living space one needs. The hotel's overall design is trendy and provides a casual feeling of non pretentiousness. The Gym is amazing, the pool is OK, the lobby bar nothing to write home about and breakfast was also very good with a manned egg station etc., however, eating at the restaurant is very expensive. The SPA is also very nice but pricey for BKK standards. Another excellent fact is that there is free parking on site for the guests. I had rented a scooter and was able to park on the 2nd floor at the moto parking spaces - very convenient.

I didnt like the fact that there were no amenities in the bathroom, however, these could be requested from the hotel at any time. The pool Sofas need a good scrub as they were a tad bit dirty.

They will need good insulation to dampen road noise, especially the glass windows/doors. Road noise is profoundly noticeable. I called my stay shorter because of this

It is conveniently located—about a 15-minute walk to BTS Phrom Phong, and also accessible by taxi or motorbike to Sukhumvit MRT. The free hourly shuttle to the Skytrain (if on time) is a great bonus. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived early due to my flight, and they kindly checked the room status and allowed early check-in. There’s a 7-11 and Starbucks nearby. The rooftop pool and restaurant (5F) look great, though I couldn’t use them due to bad weather. There’s also a gym and onsen on the 6th floor. Room was clean and tidy, with a spacious bathroom—plenty of legroom in the tub.

It would be even better if reusable indoor slippers were provided instead of disposable ones.

Stylish interior and atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms, everything was comfortable, Kevin Murphy cosmetics in the bathroom, everyday cleaning, different lighting, comfy bed. The pool is perfect - nice view, many places to lay down, loved to chill there. VERY GOOD breakfast! You definitely need to add this to your reservation! Large selection, you won’t be hungry and they change the set every day. Anyway very good hotel!

Only 1 small minus: Far from BTS station. They have shuttle every hour but it was long wait for us so we walked all the time. You can order Grab, but anyway if close metro station is important for you - you should be ready for that.

Room was interesting, i liked it. Pool area was nice. Nice staff. I’d come back for a short stay.

Only 2 elevators. Gym sucks: limited free-weights and you have to be very creative to work out all muscle groups. To the hotel management: Many travelers pick their hotel based on the gym (one day passes in local gym are insanely expensive)—i.e., invest in some lat-pull machine and some kind of hybrid station where arms and legs could be worked out.

The breakfast buffet has very limited choices for me as a diabetic person. Everything has carbs &/or sugar. Even the egg omelette was horrible, tasteless and under-done. The chopped tomatoes smell rancid. No white cheese. The same applies to the dinner menu since I do not eat pizza, pasta, bread, rice etc. Only fish and vegetables. In general, why should I pay a sales tax? I am not a Thai citizen. This is for Booking.com. your room rate is more expensive than Trip.com. As a result, I am extending my stay through Trip.com.

I think there's something wrong with the pipes as it smelled bad both inside our room but also in the reception and around the building. You had to have the AC on all the time to keep the smell away, which is not very environmentally friendly. The pool area wasn't as luxury as shown on the picture, but still very nice. However, the sun beds are quite few in relations to how big the hotel is, so it was quite hard getting a spot by the pool which you kind of expect when paying for a room. I would recommend the hotel to replace some of the seating areas behind the bar with more sun beds
