The staff were lovely and very accommodating. They made the check in process easy and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I came back a second time as I stayed in other places in Bangkok however nothing compared to this hotel when it came to value for money, comfort, cleanliness standards and service from staff. I would definitely come back again.

I was pleased with everything however some guests might prefer more facilities. I personally didn’t need anything more and my expectations were exceeded.

I only write reviews for two reasons: first, when something is exceptionally bad, and second, when something is exceptionally good. Luckily, this hotel is the latter. I've got to say this hotel has the most comfortable and soft beds and pillows with which I have ever slept -- EVER! The shower is hot and strong. On a hot day out in town, coming back to the hotel and finding a hot shower, soft bed, and cold A/C is heaven.

The room was exceptionally superb. Very convenient location on Sukhumvit33. Ashok Metro, Ashok Mall, Terminal 21, the famous cowboy all nearby. Terminal 21 has an amazing food court at a very reasonable price. A few minutes walk from the hotel. Overall it is the best hotel with awesome staff. I would like to thank and appreciate the amazing front desk staff. Their hospitality to the guests was awesome.

I booked on the same day and came at night. The lady at the reception checked me in quickly. Everyone was so friendly and nice. I also had a package sent to me by a friend. The daytime receptionist communicated with me via message and even helped me take the package upstairs as my hands were full from my day errand. The room was very clean and nice! The location was perfect. I used to take the MRT to get to Sukhumvit and I would walk around the same streets but now I don't have to. Everything is right there and just a 5-10 minute walk! Love it!

The late night reception worked perfectly and the security was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff gave me some attitude when I asked them to help call a taxi for a friend. Staff were not always present at the front desk. Biggest problem was the air conditioning didnt really have an adjustment or on/off feature. My room had a column going through the front door making it a bit of a tight squeeze, but ce la vi.

I really liked the staff, cute and helpful. Their English is sufficient enough to answer any and all of my questions, room service is also relaxed, they will bring you fresh towels and water every day if you want, the bed is also very comfortable. You had the normal showerhead and the overhead rain shower which was to my liking. The elevator is fast. No complaints here.

The location for me was not ideal, though it's personal preference, many "massage" and karaoke bars, many massage salons and even more girls that try beckon you inside, it doesn't sound bad but for me it was awkward.

Every time i go there, the AC says that the filter has to be changed - do they never change the filter?
