Non smoking with balcony room otherwize everything was great

I got a good rate but somet8mes it is expensive considering it's location. However I've stayed here a few times and the rooms are great, even the standard rooms can have good city views. Aircin,fridge, WiFi, shower all excellent.

Not a deal breaker but the shuttle bus to sukumvhit road has fixed times now, It used to be on demand as and when.

Good location, comfy bed. Free cold drink in the lobby. Pool on the roof.

They ask for a deposit of 1000 in cash. This is not very practical, as a tourist you don't want to have money left over upon check out.

The location is great and the staff are super friendly and pollite. It was very clean and good air conditioning. The pool was closed for maintenance, but they paid for transport to another hotel pool any time. Also they provided me with a suitcase storage service for full 2 weeks free of charge!

The room without balcony - even though there is a small balcony they dont allow the door to open. The breakfast was less than I expected, although prepared professionally and served hospitably. The pool was closed for maintenance, unfortunately this was not communicated before cancellation period.

the room was clean and tidy. bed was huge and a massive tele.

couldn’t use the balcony, pool closed at 9pm with no bar/food offering. location was okay, short walk to average but expensive bars and restaurants but a bit too far out of town for my liking. the door to the bathroom wasn’t ideal and didn’t always close.

I do not recommend the rooms with balcony. I first booked one of those, but they are much less nice than the ones without and are also much noisier. There is no seating on the balcony either.

Well located, you can walk to the shopping centre and main road nearby. It was a fairly spacious room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room did the job. The security guard at the small carpark was a helpful at getting our bags from And into a taxi.

The view wasn’t as good as I thought it would be from the balcony. The front of the hotel faces the street which is quite nosey but that didn’t bother me, it might bother some guests however. The sofa was a little bit dirty but this at didn’t bother me as I didn’t use it. The swimming pool was out of order during my stay which was disappointing. Overall this hotel does the job fine.

breakfast is good, serve a lot of options include omelete and scrumble eggs, and asian favor breakfast!

room is tiny

It was my second time staying in this hotel. I enjoyed it even more than the first time! I didn't like the location of the first room they offered (facing a noisy part of the neighbourhood) and the reception staff kindly assisted with providing a room that was very quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the lounging area with kitchenette, sofa and big TV was perfect to relax in the early morning and evenings. I also have to add that the smell of the cleaning product they use for the floors is sooo good - you feel it in your room and as you walk on the corridors of the hotel, very nice.

Not a huge thing, but a few years ago they used to include Thai pandan custard as a spread available in the breakfast buffet. This time, it seems they don't use it anymore. I would recommend to bring it back, it was so delicious to spread on bread or croissants. Just a personal preference, but I am sure many local Thai guests will enjoy that too ;) Thank you again for a fantastic stay.

I had a very pleasant stay. I was allowed to store my lugage 4 hours prior to checkin time when I arrived. Luckily could check in 30 minutes early too, to hit the shower after getting overheated and dehydrated walking outside exploring Bangkok (came from a country where it's 5 celsius this time of year, Thailand is a bit warmer). The room was large enough and very clean. Bathroom had an overhead shower, next to a standard showerhead. Bed was a bit tougher than I'm used too, but with my back problems that was actually a big plus. Netflix worked as expected. Staff was very pleasant, friendly greetings, asking "how are you?" etc when I'd enter the hotel after a day out. They had a smile on their face when helping me, which I certainly appreciate. The rooftop has a nice pool, which is clean and about 130cm deep. No diving but good for a swim. Happily used it every day in the Bangkok heat. It was generally quite calm when I was there, end of february. There is a mix between continental/western and asian style breakfast buffet. I did not know about the asian part of the buffet on my first morning, ask for it if you can't find it. I personally like the location. 7/11 just around the corner, plenty of restaurants around. It's near the large Sukhumvit street, walking there would take about 10 minutes through Soi 33 (iirc). First BTS stop, Phromphong, is about 15 minutes from the hotel. It's not the best hotel for meeting new people, admittedly, as it doesn't host activities or have a bar (to my knowledge). Not a bad thing in my opinion, I like the peace and quiet. But, if you want to party with people from your accomodation, this may be suboptimal. The gym was workable. Dumbells up to 50lbs, a cable bridge with two pulleys and a bench and some leg machines. Enough to get a traveler's workout in. Would certainly recommend, will most likely return myself!
