Had a great stay at the August Residence last week. The room was very quiet and extremely clean. The neighborhood has some fantastic restaurants . The location is very convenient, walking distance from Asok and Phrom Phong BTS station. Overall very happy with the owner and the staff especially Apple and Vee. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Namaste. Khop Khun ka !!

Nothing. Everything is excellent.

The twin bedroom with semi-double beds. Spacious enough to open two suitcases easily. Staff were always nice. They gave us 2 bottles of water per day. AC functioning well.

The location might be a bit far away from the main attraction of the city. It took for about 1 hour to get to The Grand Palace. We stayed here because of my boyfriend's business.

Family run hotel. Staff and owners are very kind and generous. Breakfast was great! They keep the building very secure. I would stay here again but next time I will request a room at the back of the building away from traffic noise.

There should be more outlets in the room for plugging in kettle, laptop, charger, etc.

The place is nestled a quiet place in Bangkok with a great neighborhood. There are shops and restaurants nearby and the malls are just a short ride away. I love the ambience of the room which has the feel of a condominium unit. The meals served are simple but very filling. Most of all the staff is super friendly and helpful.

There is practically not to like with this place. I will definitely come back to this place

Perfect little quiet hotel tucked away from the main street & walking distance from bars and restaurants..very friendly staff and parking is available too. Clean rooms, comfortable bed & spacious rooms...will definitely come back when I bangkok.

The owner and staff far and away my best hotel experience.Late dinner and shopping transportation, both free. Extremely helpful in locating various businesses. Very personal engagement. 24 hour reception. Accomodation spotless and quite comfortable, especially full size bed.

A 10 minute walk from bts and comfortable and less crowded when compared to staying near the bts station. Easily accessible with grab or another transportation app. Doorman and desk clerk were friendly

The property is extremely clean and well kept. Everything feels/looks new. The ladies at reception were extremely nice and helpful. They take pride in their establishment and service. One of the nicest places I stayed during this trip.

The only area that needs any improvement is the quality and consistency of the Wi-Fi.

The staff in this hotel are so friendly and hospitable, they made us feel really welcome. Super clean rooms, comfy beds and lots of amenities. 24/7 reception so felt very secure.

Amazing staff, quiet, central and superb value for money. Definitely will return for my next business trips.
