The lady at checkout stopped my taxi when i was leaving to go check my room as i was leaving. I had already paid 500 baht extra for late check-out 5 pm so management knew what time i was leaving. At 4;45 pm i brought down my luggage to the reception and even at that time she didn't bother to check. Only when all my luggage was loaded into the taxi and i was about to leave she comes rushing and tells the cab driver to wait. She then confirmed that everything in the room should be as it . And then told the cab guy that he could leave. My entire stay was spoiled by this incident

Really central location in Bangkok with staff that speaks good English. This is a great hotel for folks who want to remain in a central/convenient part of Bangkok. The only downside is that the food in this area is kind of expensive given that it's a very touristy area, but you can't have everything! The AC in the rooms is incredible and I had to turn it down a bit because it gets chilly after awhile. The breakfast buffet is also pretty lovely with fresh cooked breakfast platters and I recommend giving it a try. For 250 baht you get all you can eat eggs, ham, sausage, etc. (they have 5 different plates to try). Wifi was also pretty quick and no issues.

The gym in this hotel is just really small and not at all useful honestly. This is not a big scale hotel in that regard, but for what I paid (about $40 a night) and the location, it's hard to come up with any negatives.

New hotel with an elevator in a great location. Introductory pricing that wasn’t too far above my budget as a retired slow traveler looking for a bit of a splurge. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with comfy bed, quiet aircon, and good lighting. Good WiFi. Decent room size and storage area for me as a solo traveler. Spacious bathroom.

Lobby area still a work in progress. I’m sure this was to my advantage and one of the reasons why I got such a great introductory rate. Not a big deal. Of note: When I arrived, the street in front of the hotel was badly flooded due to the rains. It was like a mini rushing river. There was no way I could have walked through that with my luggage. Fortunately I took a Grab/Bolt rather than chancing the short 10 minute walk from the metro stop. It was rough going and I had to step directly from the car up onto the baggage ramp leading from the sidewalk to the hotel. Even so I got wet. Proper street drainage needed!

Absolutely gem of a find. My standards are high - I live in Switzerland, and spend much of my time in Japan. It's not easy for a hotel to impress me. These guys nailed it on all fronts. Spotless facility - like new throughout. Beds are heavenly- I didn't want to leave them. Can't recall the last time I slept so well. Only a short walk to the BTS train. Room was quiet. Staff was very friendly - all of them. One of the best places I've stayed at in Bangkok over the years. The value especially is incredible. You won't find this level of quality at this price in BKK. Booking here is a no-brainer. You'll thank me later.

Honestly, I took a moment to think about it, and I really can't think of a single thing I'd change in this hotel.

Location - 10 minutes from Emquartier and Terminal 21. It is new and 24 hours Reception (ideal for us as we had a very early arrival) staff are friendly and helpful. It’s clean and comfy bed and not affected by street noise (but you will hear your neighbours)

Be aware that the rooms are rather small and I will not grade it as 4 star as it is rather basic hotel with only 1 Receptionist, 2 piece of equipment in the gym and shower gel and shampoo and not replenished. I asked for extra pillows and it’s not possible…

Location: The hotel is in a good spot, just 10 minutes’ walk to Asok Station. Environment: The hotel is in a quiet alley near Sukhumvit Road. I slept really well every night. Facilities: The hotel has new and well-kept facilities. The bed and pillows are very comfy. Service: The hotel is clean, and the staff are nice and friendly.

It would be better if there were a chair and a small trash bin in the room. I brought food back to the hotel a few times. A chair would make it easier to sit and eat at the table without worrying about spilling food on the bed.

I recently stayed at T2 The Portal Sukhumvit hotel and overall really satisfying experience. The hotel is centrally located, offering a good price/value ratio. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right from the start. I particularly loved the room decor - it was stylish and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a truly relaxing stay. I will definitely return on my next visit and highly recommend this hotel to others!

It’s was our second visit during our month long stay in Thailand. This is a new clean small no frills hotel. The price is too high for what you get, it is in a good location close to subway and Terminal 21. Rooms are small and sheets won’t be changed during your stay towels will. We found under our bed dust and rubbish as well as a water bottle. Cleaning seems to be done by one lady. Staff were friendly with basic English spoken.

Better cleaning under the bed have more staff to help the poor cleaning lady. Suggest better security such as swipe card to be used to access the lift, any one can use it.

New small, very clean, quiet large rooms. We had a high floor room which helped to keep it quiet.

It is in a small laneway we arrived during a rain storm and the road was flooded we had to wade through knee high water with our suitcases a kind man helped us. Apparently it gets flooded a lot during heavy rain. It is a very small hotel which is fine for us. No extras the gym is really a token in a tiny room. No tea only coffee satchel in the room. Very basic but new and clean. The price is a bit high as there are no other facilities and the large hotels on the main street are comparable and include breakfast.

Quiet location yet near to BTS less than 10mins walk. Massage / eateries along the way from Terminal 21. New hotel, friendly staff, very helpful and accomdating. There is a secured luggage storage area. Though situated in a lane but safe for me when I returned in the evening as there were security guards along the way from nearby buildings. The drainage in my bathroom is slow. Hope they get it fixed. Other than that, it was perfect for me ! The bed was soooo comfortable. The staff are excellent, they are so enthusiastic and happy. My kind of lovely Thai hospitality.!
