Location was perfect the room was nice the only issue was the lifts only one was working and took too long to get up and down . This issue has been there since February . Something has to be done or else the hotel will lose a lot of potential hurlers in near future

Breakfast was amazing and rooms cost and comfortable great views. Easy location for the metro and bts. The pool was breathtaking

The elevator was like catching a bus at times. But the visit overweighted that.

The lobby is very small. And the swimming pool is very small too! The swimming pool doesn’t look like the photos.

Lifts were very slow in coming and often full so you couldn’t get in after waiting for them to arrive.

The Continent Hotel Bangkok is a stylish and modern hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit, just a short walk from both Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. The rooms are designed in different themes—Forest, Ocean, Desert, and Space—adding a unique touch. They are well-equipped with a TV, minibar, safe, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel offers great facilities, including a rooftop pool with amazing views, a well-equipped gym, and several dining options. Medinii serves a mix of Italian and Asian dishes, Bangkok Heightz specializes in Thai cuisine, and Axis & Spin Sky Bar is perfect for enjoying a cocktail while overlooking the city. The friendly and helpful staff also add to the overall experience.

Despite its many positives, the hotel has some drawbacks. One of the biggest issues was the elevators—one was often out of service, and the waiting times were frustratingly long, especially during peak hours. Another downside is that some of the rooms are starting to show signs of wear and tear, and they are smaller than expected, which might not be ideal for those who prefer more spacious accommodations. While the hotel offers a great location and solid amenities, these issues can affect the overall experience, especially for guests who value efficiency and comfort.

We booked two rooms as a family. The rooms are quite quiet relatively speaking given it is facing one of the busiest road of Bangkok. The location is excellent. It is close to some decent Michelin restaurants and a shopping mall of reasonable prices so you have many choices. Also, Netflix is provided at the room.

1. The stay was a bit expensive. 2. I am not interested in the bars and the marijuana shops but yet not bothered by them even I was travelling with my kids. Fortunately, this hotel is not surrounded by these shops, you can take the path to the BTS station or Terminal 21 without passing through any of these shops. 3. The lift. I stayed here before, and I’d forgotten how stupid the lift is. Previously I stayed on floor 31, this time on 23. Both times we were baffled with the lift, you press the button to call it, it comes, but goes straight past your floor to a floor above (or many floors above), then eventually comes to your floor. Then it takes off in the opposite direction you wanted to go, on my last visit when I was on floor 31 I waited for over 20 minutes before the lift actually arrived. It would have been quicker to walk down! Then we ended up going up and down between floors for another 10 minutes before.

Excellent location few steps away from Asok sky train station and Sukhumvit blue line station, lively surroundings, bars, restaurants, close to shopping malls. Staff very helpful. Bangkok is a hyper city, never sleeps. Roof top pool is a bit small, but view is fantastic, coffee in the morning on the roof top sets you up for the day. Gym is small. Rooms are good and clean, bathroom and shower very good. View from 31 floor - must see, definitely would stay again. Thank you to the team.
