Everything was great.

Nice facilities and excellent pool.

The property charges a 14,000 THB card authorisation on top of the actual room charge. Worthwhile considering seeing the authorisation is actually more than the room rate and you won’t have the money returned for 7-14 business days, well after a holiday has finished.

Personnel friendliness , interior, quiet, odor.

No razor to shave, cotton sticks for cleaning ears were provided this time. Surprised 🥺

The location was perfection. And the view from our room was superb. Also, the hotel was just a 5-min walk from a BTS station and an MRT station. The breakfast spread was tasty, extensive and diverse. If I find myself in Bangkok again, I will be rebooking.

There was no indication about a need for a security deposit when we booked. However, when we were checking in, we were asked to leave a security deposit. It was no issue for us as we had the money on us and it was refundable but we were a bit taken aback. I think the property needs to be upfront on here so people are prepared(mentally and financially).

Staff were very pleasant

Aamiainen oli aivan loistava. Breakfast was excellent and service as well. Hotel situated in a very good position. It was easy to come from the airport via train and metro. Finnish Sauna in hotel was excellent. Plus good gym and nice pool in the middle of Bangkok. Most like will come back to this hotel later when visiting Bangkok once again.

Could not use chrome cast due to reason that Wifi is asking username and password;-)

- Mostly a 5-star atmosphere and comfort level - Helpful & supportive staff - Central Sukhumvit location - Well sound-proofed, great night’s sleep

- wifi was very stable but extremely slow for 5-star hotel in Bangkok - TV channel lineup was not in sync with online guide. Very few English channels for 5-star international hotel - The pool deck was in disrepair and needs remodeling, very shabby look for such an otherwise beautiful hotel.
