Decent room Privacy. entry to the hotel is with a card. usually nobody sees the guests coming or going Water pressure in the shower was good. Good Wi-Fi

1. Main problem was the noise from a construction site outside the window, which started from 8 AM. 2. Also, There were renovation works in the hotel (Which thankfully didn't start until later but were very loud when they did) 3. No shower curtain. (Why?) 4. the shower head holder was broken in my room (408) so the shower head height could not be adjusted 5. Room is smaller than it looks in the pictures

- Good location - Good Wifi Connexion - Secure location (video surveillance and corridor with access card) - Good size room and large comfortable bed - Rooms are cleaned every day with 2 water bottle

- Little hot water and low water pressure - The staff dont speak English - You can hear the other customers who came home late and were drunk in the evening. Or customers who leave early in the morning if they make a little noise in the hallway

Good location as it is near Asok station, Clean room with good aircon- basic but totally enough!

For European standards was the bed too hard. Room was clean but you saw that it’s a bit older. No early checkin possible which is unfortunate when your plane lands at 6 in the morning.

Great position. Lots of places to eat and shopping malls nearby. Located less than 10 minutes walk from both Phrom Phong and Asok BTS stations and around 15 minutes walk from Sukhumvit Subway station. The place is clean.

No elevator. No laundry service, unlike stated. A little hard to find. There is a cash deposit of 1000 Baht (28 USD) that will be returned to you on the day of check-out after the owner inspects the room, which can be annoying.

Staff super attentive. When I had a problem with my TV, they gave me a new room immediately. The facilities were nice, bed comfortable. AC worked a bit too well at times, but definitely made the room feel cool.

Only complaint is a very small one. So the standard in all the rooms is not to have room service. Nothing wrong with that, since daily room service is redundant, but whenever there is no room service they supply you with a bag with water, toiletries and tea every day. Since I didnt fully use all of these every day these really stacked up after a while. I hope they reuse everything, otherwise it might be a bit wasteful.

The family that runs this place is awesome! The place is super clean, AC works very well and beds are comfortable. Some people have commented that you have to walk down an alley and that there are a few 'massage parlours' between the main street and hotel. While this is true this should in NO WAY take away from the hotel. The walk down the alley is about 100 meters, my 60 year old mother arrived at midnight and one of the employees at aforementioned massage parlours even helped her find the hotel. Don't let it scare you off this great place, nothing sketchy about it just maybe different from what you're used to!

The location was ideal as you paid a budget price for a high-end area. The staff were friendly and the manager arranged a taxi to the airport at 5 am in the morning at a reasonable price. The area leading up to the accommodation may look off the beaten path, but this is Thailand, so just go with the flow. They have a reasonably priced laundry 20 metres from SU22, so that was a godsend as Bangkok is HOT. Terminal 21 is 800 to 900 metres, and there are plenty of high-end shops 200 metres away. There are 711 and a grocer 100 metres from the accommodation. All in all, it's a nice place and definitely worth the price.

This is not regarding SU22. Bangkok belly in the high-end places around SU22. Be careful of the pharmacies as they will not always give you the correct otc medication.

Nice HOT WATER in Shower, Low Pressure, But Refreshing. Strong and Cool A/C... Bonus 2 BOTTLES of WATER, Small Bottle of SHAMPOO and BODY WASH,2 Sachets of COFFEE and a TEABAG and after 3RD DAY (Extra TOILET ROLL) which was Nice... Large Refrigerator, which was handy for Supplies that needed to be Cold. Have to mention the Family Staff (Hosts), not much English, But helpful and Friendly.

LOCATION was a bit of an Eye Sore, Its Situated Well, BUT the Start of the Alley.. (There are 2 Massage Parlors) and it may be upsetting for some FEMALE GUESTS at Times. But BANGKOK is Well Known for these Premises... Just be Prepared!! I thought the WALLS were a little thin too as you Could Hear your GUEST NEIGHBOURS on their Phone Alot and the TV Going while it was on...

Great location close to BTS, Terminal 21 and lots of shops, restaurants, and bars around. Very clean and well maintained, fast WiFi, hot water in the shower. Third time I'm staying here and will stay again

the hotel is located in a dead end in a quiet alley, not far from the main Sukhumvit road absolute cleanliness in the room, as well as in the entire hotel, a feeling of complete sterility WiFi works great, including the zoom video. new AC, but placed right opposite the bed and blows directly on you

THB1000 for deposit no elevator small room ~20m2 no safebox in the room or at the reception no outlet on one side of the bed no tea in the room, only nescafe the view from the window faces the wall of the neighboring building, there is no any view on the 2nd floor.
