Good values. It's close with Terminal 21 (around 5mins walk), which have both Green and Blue line. The hotel is comfortable, quiet and the owner is very friendly. Althought she couldn't speak much English, but she try to help with all of our requests. The room is a bit small but with this prices, it's very good. Also, there's a restaurant that serve English breakfast with reasonable price nearby.

There was an old stain on our bed sheet, and the room wasn't cleaned during our stay. On the 1st day, I did put the "Do not disturb" sign out so it understandable, but on the 2nd day, we didn't put it on but the room wasn't cleaned neither. Other than this, all were good.

I loved everything about that place. The old lady owner was an angel. She was so loving. When i came i was a bit sick from Vietnam. She ensure i was hydrated by giving me hydralites and plenty of water. She brought oranges for me to eat. She gave me cold compress to bring down my fever. She was really what a welcoming host should really be like and above. The place was clean and healthy. I wished i knew of that place well before i went to Thailand. She is God's sent.

No lifts but the bulding is not too high. So it was reasonable

It's a very small hotel in a convenient location, very clean room.

Does not have an elevator so make sure your luggage isn't too heavy, the innkeeper who is very friendly but doesn't speak much English so make sure you have a good translation app.

The owner was so lovely and helpful. The facilities were great, especially for the price. I absolutely loved the location and how close it was to restaurants/shops/ nightlife. We felt very comfortable :)

The door lock was a bit tricky, but the owner helped us immediately, so it wasn't a problem at all :)

Really lovely hotel run by the sweetest lady. Can't complain about any of the facilities, AC worked great but a standing fan was also provided, shower was decent, everything was clean. There's a coin operated washing machine and dryer right outside too.

The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful The location was right in the middle of everywhere I wanted to be. Transport was just a few minutes away

room 201 had no view from the window as it was blocked and looked scary near the next building wall. there was smell coming from the bathroom drain at night

English is limited but not a big deal. Next to a few nuru massage shops but with very friendly ladies and very limited noise at night so no problem for me.

Nice and clean Hotel nearby BTS ASOK. Terminal 21, Emsphere and many other shopping malls nearby. Good area for food, entertainment and nightlife in this area.

Clean, comfy, modern, well located. Very nice lady at reception.

Sometimes slightly noisy from street side despite good isolation.
