The room was good size with excellent bathroom including shower and bathtub. Very decent selection for breakfast .The location was lovely Sukhumvit neighbourhood, good access to cetane via BTS train.Really enjoyed the pool - it was unbreakably hot for sightseeing so this was the perfect place to be. Despite lots of screaming and diving kids, it has a nice ambience a the staff was lovely and looked after me well.

It was a real shame that the rooftop wasn't open due to renovation. This was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. If this is ongoing, you should not advertise it or there should be a note that the rooftop view and restaurant are not available.

Convenient location, great breakfast, and clean, pool was great, gym had everything I needed, and rooms are soundproof and you don’t hear people talking in the hall.

Location was really good and the rooms were really clean. Had all their facilities, body soap, hair dryer and an abundance of towels. So it was really good for us and all the towels and bed sheets were changed daily so it was really clean. Very very good location. A 5-minute walk from the BTS station, so super convenient and super near terminal 21 as well. Would definitely stay again

There is a lack of choice of TV channels and breakfast options, Other than that it was great

I like the room, pool area, breakfast, location and the staff were very friendly.

My room wasn't that clean i found a few hairs and there were sticky patches on the floor covered in dust. There used to be some more English Channel on the TV but not much to watch anymore.

Brilliant location in the Sukhumvit district and incredibly kind staff. Lovely 180 degree views from the room of the city skyline. Tasty breakfast with a wide variety of options. Indian vegetarian options were rotated each day. Traditional Thai soup was a big hit, as were the freshly cooked eggs. Very efficient housekeeping team who quickly responded to our request for firmer pillows. A safe is provided which gave us some added peace of mind. The pool is large with views of the skyline and the music from the nearby Mexican restaurant creates a fun but relaxed atmosphere. Don’t miss out on the margaritas!

Arrived at 9pm and had to wait for confirmation that the room was ready. The room decor seemed quite dated and tired. The wall mounted controls were extremely temperamental. This made operating the air conditioning, amongst other things, needlessly difficult. Pillows are very soft so needed to request firmer pillows.

It's a minor point....but the breakfast room staff in their attempts to clear up after guests quickly are sometimes too quick to clear the breakfast tables. It's a very good buffet selection for breakfast but , as a lone traveller, I have gone up to the buffet to get something and on my return my table has been cleared and , in one case, a new guest was already sitting there ! But the breakfasts and the staff are all excellent.

Located behind bukit bintang but walkable distance to the main street and Jalan alor street. Super convenient for us to get to every day. There were parts of the room that were quite old and was hanging but not a deal breaker. The lounging sofa by the window wasn't the most comfortable, you cant loinge with the table in the middle. Despite being on a higher floor, the windows are not soundproof and you can still hear the outside traffic through the night which can interfere with sleep.

Staff are amazing. Location is fantastic. Concierge are great. Aircon awesome. Free tuk tuk up the road. We love staying here but this time the beds were crazy hard.

The beds were hard as rock. Both my hips/ thighs were very sore. This is our third time staying here and this is the first time we had a room with terrible beds. It was noisy close to elevators and the cleaners were up and down the corridor very early in the morning and very noisy. Woke us up before 7am. Never experienced that before. I’ll make sure to ask for a high floor next time. We were on 5th floor. Room was dated. If the beds were comfortable I wouldn’t have cared about the other things. Hard to sleep.
