The room was good size with excellent bathroom including shower and bathtub. Very decent selection for breakfast .The location was lovely Sukhumvit neighbourhood, good access to cetane via BTS train.Really enjoyed the pool - it was unbreakably hot for sightseeing so this was the perfect place to be. Despite lots of screaming and diving kids, it has a nice ambience a the staff was lovely and looked after me well.

It was a real shame that the rooftop wasn't open due to renovation. This was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. If this is ongoing, you should not advertise it or there should be a note that the rooftop view and restaurant are not available.

I like the room, pool area, breakfast, location and the staff were very friendly.

My room wasn't that clean i found a few hairs and there were sticky patches on the floor covered in dust. There used to be some more English Channel on the TV but not much to watch anymore.

Brilliant location in the Sukhumvit district and incredibly kind staff. Lovely 180 degree views from the room of the city skyline. Tasty breakfast with a wide variety of options. Indian vegetarian options were rotated each day. Traditional Thai soup was a big hit, as were the freshly cooked eggs. Very efficient housekeeping team who quickly responded to our request for firmer pillows. A safe is provided which gave us some added peace of mind. The pool is large with views of the skyline and the music from the nearby Mexican restaurant creates a fun but relaxed atmosphere. Don’t miss out on the margaritas!

Arrived at 9pm and had to wait for confirmation that the room was ready. The room decor seemed quite dated and tired. The wall mounted controls were extremely temperamental. This made operating the air conditioning, amongst other things, needlessly difficult. Pillows are very soft so needed to request firmer pillows.

A clean , comfortable and well run hotel in great location

It's a minor point....but the breakfast room staff in their attempts to clear up after guests quickly are sometimes too quick to clear the breakfast tables. It's a very good buffet selection for breakfast but , as a lone traveller, I have gone up to the buffet to get something and on my return my table has been cleared and , in one case, a new guest was already sitting there ! But the breakfasts and the staff are all excellent.

The room, location and breakfast were all very good. Enjoyed my stay. It was my third in the last two years. Would love to come again! Special appreciation for the duty manager (Apple). She is very friendly and goes over & beyond to make the guests happy and comfortable!

One of the days, despite the 'make up my room' sign, the room wasn't cleaned by the housekeeping staff. On registering my complaint to the duty manager 'Apple', it was swiftly addressed. I was also sent an apology note and a fruit basket, as a goodwill gesture. Loved it ! Apple was quick to resolve the issue, which is well appreciated.

Staff is exceptional, as is the location. Beds are great, very comfortable. That can be a big thing here. Some beds in Thai hotels can be a bit on the firm side... like sleeping on a slab of concrete...but the beds here are top rate. The place is a bit older now and has many of luxury amenaties popular in the 90s or so... phone in the toilet, a somewhat novel electronically controlled Do Not Disturb sign on the door, etc.)... so it is a bit of a time warp. Oh, the Mexican restaurant on the 4th floor by the pool on the 4th floor, has authentic Mexican (a favorite of mine) food with an interesting and fun floor show. We stayed only one night but were very pleased with the experience.

The location was excellent, and the breakfast had lots of options and was always fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful when we had any questions, needed help, or asked to arrange a taxi to the airport. The rooms were very very, spacious, had a super comfy bed, and great big windows with a good view of the city.

The interior of the rooms could maybe be updated and modernized (nicer color schemes would help). The tv was relatively old, and it wouldn't hurt to put in smart TVs in case one wants to rest in the evening with some netflix, etc. But all in all, we really enjoyed our stay. With the location, the spacious rooms, and super friendly staff, the Rembrandt has an incredible potential to be even better if they make slight updates.

The quality and variety of the food were impressive, making for a perfect start to each day. The room itself was remarkably spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind. The stunning view from my window added to the overall pleasant atmosphere, offering a captivating glimpse of the city. In summary, the Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok excels in several key areas: prime location, exceptional staff service, a fantastic breakfast with halal options, and spacious rooms with great views. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok.

The cleaness of the rooms, the down to earth hospitality of the entire staff, the spacious nature of the lobby and the corridors leading to the rooms and above all the varieties and qualities of the food served at breakfast is second to none which I believe has made Rembrandt Hotel the perfect choice for many tourists and visitors to Thailand.

I didn’t like the old TV set in the hotel rooms. You need to change them with a smart TV to allow your customers watch programs of their choice through the internet. The toilet and the bathroom are also too old.

The room had a bunk bed and a king sized bed, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. Overall it was clean, quiet, and comfortable for 4 people. A great location with access to malls, the sky train, the subway, and all kinds of places to eat. Our favorite eats were the people selling grilled meat, sticky rice, and green papaya salad in the carts on the street outside the hotel. There were lots of places for massages on the street as well. The breakfast bar was very busy, but had excellent food options and good coffee.

This is a very busy and touristy location. If you want something smaller and off the beaten path, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a typical tourist experience, this is the place for you.
